The invention has the beneficial effects that: the flat plate type cleaning mechanism, the transverse brush cleaning mechanism, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism, the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the air drying disinfection mechanism are sequentially and linearly arranged on the vehicle cleaning channel, and after a vehicle enters a cleaning area, the sensors arranged on the flat plate type cleaning mechanism, the transverse brush cleaning mechanism, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism are sequentially arranged, and the controller collects information of the vehicle and cleaning conditions of the vehicle to control the cleaning mechanism to act, so that the omnibearing automatic intelligent cleaning of the vehicle is realized; then the air-drying and disinfecting mechanism is controlled to act by an inductor arranged on the air-drying and disinfecting mechanism and information of the vehicle collected from a controller, so that air-drying, disinfecting and deodorizing of the vehicle are realized; meanwhile, the distance between the cleaning equipment and the vehicle body is adjusted in time by collecting the current change in the driving motor, so that the condition of damaging the surface of the vehicle can be effectively avoided; in addition, the ground induction coils are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the car washing channel, the license plate recognition system is arranged at the inlet, signals are input by the ground induction coils to induce the car to enter the car washing channel, and the license plate recognition system recognizes the car information, so that unmanned automatic recognition of the car entering and exiting the car washing channel can be realized.

The combined channel type full-automatic vehicle washing system in the embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to the cleaning work of sanitation vehicles, and can be also applied to the cleaning work of other vehicle-shaped structures without limitation.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the flat plate type cleaning mechanism 1, the transverse brush cleaning mechanism 2, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 3, the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism 4 and the air drying and disinfecting mechanism 5 are sequentially and linearly arranged on the vehicle cleaning channel, and after a vehicle enters a cleaning area, the sensors arranged on the flat plate type cleaning mechanism 1, the transverse brush cleaning mechanism 2, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 3 and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism 4 and the slave controller collect the information of the vehicle and the cleaning condition of the vehicle to control the movement of the cleaning mechanism, so that the omnibearing automatic intelligent cleaning of the vehicle is realized; then the air-drying and disinfecting mechanism 5 is controlled to act by an inductor arranged on the air-drying and disinfecting mechanism 5 and information of the vehicle collected from a controller, so as to realize air-drying, disinfecting and deodorizing of the vehicle; meanwhile, the distance between the cleaning equipment and the vehicle body is adjusted in time by collecting the current change in the cleaning structure, so that the condition of damaging the surface of the vehicle can be effectively avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the combined channel type full-automatic car washing system further includes: a barrier system, a vehicle identification system 6 and a ground induction coil assembly; the barrier gate system comprises an inlet barrier gate 7 and an outlet barrier gate 8, the inlet barrier gate 7 and the outlet barrier gate 8 are respectively arranged at an inlet and an outlet of the car washing channel, the vehicle identification system 6 is arranged on the front side of the inlet barrier gate 7, and the ground induction coil assemblies are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the car washing channel; the barrier gate system, the vehicle identification system 6 and the ground induction coil assembly are electrically connected with the controller respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the flatbed car washing mechanism 1 comprises a first flatbed car washing device 9 and a second flatbed car washing device 10, the first flat plate type car washing device 9 and the second flat plate type car washing device 10 have the same structure, the first flat car washing device 9 comprises a chassis 11, a first washing wall plate 12 and a second washing wall plate 13, the first 12 and the second 13 flushing wall panels are arranged vertically opposite each other on both sides of the chassis 11, the first flushing wall plate 12, the second flushing wall plate 13 and the chassis 11 form a flushing channel therebetween, the first and second flushing wall panels 12, 13 are each provided with a plurality of flushing nozzles 14, preferably, 364 high-pressure washing nozzles are arranged on the first washing wall plate 12 and the second washing wall plate 13 together, so that the chassis and wheels of the vehicle can be effectively cleaned; the first flat plate type car washing device 9 and the second flat plate type car washing device 10 are automatically started and stopped in sequence so as to meet the requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal brush cleaning mechanism 2 includes: the device comprises a first rack, a lifting device, a first cleaning device and a first water spraying device; the first machine frame comprises a first upright post 15, a second upright post 16 and a supporting cross rod 17, wherein the supporting cross rod 17 is respectively connected with the top ends of the first upright post 15 and the second upright post 16; the first water spraying device is arranged on one side of the first upright post 15, which is opposite to the second upright post 16, the lifting device is arranged on the first rack, and the first cleaning device is connected with the lifting device; the lifting device, the first cleaning device and the first water spraying device are electrically connected with the controller respectively.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting device includes a first swing device and an electric cylinder; the first swing device comprises a first swing arm 18, a second swing arm 19 and a first cross arm 20, two ends of the first cross arm 20 are respectively connected with the first swing arm 18 and the second swing arm 19, the first swing arm 18 is rotatably connected with the first upright post 15, and the second swing arm 19 is rotatably connected with the second upright post 16; the electric cylinders comprise a first electric cylinder 21 and a second electric cylinder 22, the first electric cylinder 21 is arranged on the first upright post 15, the output shaft of the first electric cylinder 15 is connected with the first swing arm 18, the second electric cylinder 22 is arranged on the second upright post 16, and the output shaft of the second electric cylinder 22 is connected with the second swing arm 19; in order to improve the stability of the first oscillating device, it is preferable that the first oscillating device further includes: and the two ends of the second cross arm are respectively connected with the first swing arm 18 and the second swing arm 19, and the two ends of the third swing arm are respectively connected with the first cross arm 20 and the second cross arm. When the device works, the controller controls the first electric cylinder 11 and the second electric cylinder 12 to perform telescopic action so as to drive the swinging device to swing up and down; the first cleaning device comprises a first cleaning hairbrush 23 and a first motor 24, the first cleaning hairbrush 23 comprises a first rotating shaft 25 and a first rolling brush head 26, the first rolling brush head 26 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 25, and preferably, brush wires of the first rolling brush head 16 are woven by high polymer nylon wires, so that the first cleaning device has the advantages of corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, wear resistance and the like, and has a good water-containing effect; meanwhile, the top ends of the brush wires are in a flower shape, so that the stain removing effect is improved, paint outside the vehicle can be protected from being damaged, and two ends of the first rotating shaft 25 are respectively in rotating connection with the first swing arm 18 and the second swing arm 19; the first motor 24 is arranged at one end of the second swing arm 19 close to the first cleaning brush 23, and an output shaft of the first motor 24 is in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft 25; when the cleaning device works, the first motor 24 drives the first rotating shaft 25 to rotate at a high speed, so that the sanitation vehicle is quickly cleaned. A first waterproof cover 27 is further arranged on the outer side of the first cleaning brush 23, a connecting cross rod is arranged on the first waterproof cover 27, and two ends of the connecting cross rod are respectively connected with the first swing arm 18 and the second swing arm 19; preferably, the first waterproof cover 17 is an aluminum alloy waterproof cover, so that the cleaning brush 4 can be effectively prevented from splashing sewage around to pollute the environment when rotating at a high speed. Preferably, the first water spraying device comprises a first water spraying pipe 28, a second water spraying pipe 29 and a third water spraying pipe 30, the first water spraying pipe 28 is arranged inside the first upright post 15, the second water spraying pipe 29 is arranged inside the second upright post 16, the first water spraying pipe 28 and the second water spraying pipe 29 are arranged opposite to each other, and two ends of the third water spraying pipe 30 are respectively connected with the first water spraying pipe 28 and the second water spraying pipe 29 to form a communication pipeline; the first, second and third spray pipes 28, 29 and 30 are further provided with a plurality of nozzles, preferably stainless steel nozzles. Specifically, the bottom ends of the first spray pipe 28 and the second spray pipe 29 are respectively connected with an external water supply device to provide a cleaning water source for the spray devices. In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the sensor includes an ultrasonic sensor and a plurality of laser range finders, and the ultrasonic sensor is disposed on the first rack and is configured to detect whether a vehicle to be cleaned enters a vehicle cleaning area; of course, it is understood that the ultrasonic sensor may be disposed at any position of the frame, as long as it can detect the position information of the vehicle entering the cleaning area, and is not limited; the laser range finders are arranged on the supporting cross rod and used for measuring and profiling the contour of the cleaned vehicle. When the vehicle top profile measuring device works, the laser range finder measures and scans the vehicle top profile and transmits the measurement result to the controller; preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, more preferably, a frequency converter is arranged inside the PLC controller and used for collecting current changes of the first motor 24, and in combination with measured data of the plurality of laser range finders on the top contour of the vehicle, the frequency converter controls the telescopic electric cylinder to drive the swinging device to move, so that a proper distance between the first cleaning brush 13 and the top contour of the vehicle is ensured, cleaning of any vehicle type is achieved, protruding parts on the top of the vehicle can be automatically avoided, and damage to equipment and the vehicle is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to balance the weight of the first cleaning brush 13, the horizontal brush cleaning mechanism 1 further includes: the counter weight subassembly, the counter weight subassembly includes first balancing weight and second balancing weight, first balancing weight and second balancing weight are located respectively first stand 5 and 6 bottoms of second stand to through counter weight rope and fixed pulley respectively with first swing arm 8 and 9 distances of second swing arm first belt cleaning device's one end is connected, and is preferred, the counter weight rope is wire rope.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 3 and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism 4 are the same in structure, and the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 3 includes a second frame, a first cleaning assembly and a second cleaning assembly; the second frame comprises a third upright column 31 and a fourth upright column 32, the first cleaning assembly is arranged on the third upright column 31, the second cleaning assembly is arranged on the fourth upright column 34, and the second cleaning assembly has the same structure as the first cleaning assembly; the first cleaning assembly and the second cleaning assembly are electrically connected with the controller respectively; the first cleaning assembly comprises a second swinging device, a second cleaning device and a second water spraying device, the second swinging device is installed on the third upright column 31, and the second cleaning device and the second water spraying device are both installed on the second swinging device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second swing device includes a central rotating shaft 35, a third swing arm 36, a fourth swing arm 37 and a second motor 38, two ends of the central rotating shaft 35 are respectively hinged to the third upright column 31, and the third swing arm 36 and the fourth swing arm 37 are respectively mounted on the central rotating shaft 35; the second motor 38 is mounted on the third swing arm 36, a bearing seat is arranged on the third upright column 31, a gear plate is arranged on the bearing seat, and the second motor is engaged with the gear plate 38 to drive the third swing arm 36 and the fourth swing arm 36 to swing; in order to improve the stability of the swing device, preferably, the swing device further comprises: two ends of the support rod are respectively connected with the third swing arm 25 and the fourth swing arm 26, a connecting rod is further arranged on the support rod, and one end of the connecting rod is connected with the central rotating shaft 24; the second cleaning device comprises a second cleaning hairbrush 37 and a third motor 38, the second cleaning hairbrush 37 comprises a second rotating shaft 39 and a second rolling brush 40, and preferably, the brush filaments of the second rolling brush head 31 are woven by high polymer nylon filaments, so that the second cleaning device has the advantages of corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, wear resistance and the like, and has a good water-containing effect; meanwhile, the top ends of the brush wires are in a flower shape, so that the stain removing effect is improved, and meanwhile, the paint outside the vehicle can be protected from being damaged; the second rolling brush head 40 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 39, and two ends of the second rotating shaft 39 are respectively connected with the third swing arm 36 and the fourth swing arm 37 in a rotating manner; the third motor 38 is arranged at one end of the third swing arm 36 close to the second cleaning brush 37, and an output shaft of the third motor 38 is in transmission connection with the second rotating shaft 39; a second waterproof cover 41 is further arranged on the outer side of the second cleaning brush 37, and the second waterproof cover 41 is installed on the third upright column 31; preferably, the second waterproof cover 32 includes a first support frame, a second support frame and a waterproof panel, the first support frame and the second support frame are installed on the third upright 22, and the waterproof panel is installed on the first support frame and the second support frame; the second waterproof cover 32 is made of aluminum alloy, so that the second cleaning brush 28 can be effectively prevented from splashing sewage to pollute the environment when rotating at a high speed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is noted that the cleaning brush of the first cleaning assembly and the cleaning brush of the second cleaning assembly are vertically arranged between the third upright and the fourth upright, and the rotation directions of the cleaning brushes are opposite to each other during operation. For example, the cleaning brush of the first cleaning assembly may rotate leftwards, and the cleaning brush of the second cleaning assembly may rotate rightwards, or other rotation directions may be used, without limitation.

In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second rack 21 further includes a beam connecting the third upright column 31 and the fourth upright column 32, the sensor includes a plurality of ultrasonic sensors and a limit switch, and the plurality of ultrasonic sensors are disposed on the beam, but it should be understood that the plurality of ultrasonic sensors may also be disposed at other positions on the second rack, as long as the position information of the vehicle entering the cleaning area can be detected, which is not limited; the limit switches are disposed on the third column 31 and/or the fourth column 32, but it should be understood that the limit switches may be disposed at other positions of the second frame, as long as the position information of the vehicle can be detected, and the limit switches are not limited. The ultrasonic sensor and the limit switch sense the position information of the cleaning vehicle and the initial position of the second cleaning brush 37, and the limit position of the swinging device can be effectively controlled.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, and the PLC controller is disposed on the third column 31 and/or the fourth column 32, but it should be understood that the PLC controller may also be disposed at other positions of the second rack, as long as the PLC controller can be electrically connected to the sensing device, the first cleaning assembly, and the second cleaning assembly, and the PLC controller is not limited thereto. The PLC controller specifically comprises an SIMATICS7300PLC, a control module, a servo controller and a frequency converter, wherein the SIMATICS7300PLC system is established on an open-type structure network environment, and an open system which meets industrial standards is used for system design, so that the system is easy to expand and upgrade; the frequency converter drives the servo motor to drive the third swing arm and the fourth swing arm to rotate back and forth according to the current change of the driving motor, and automatic and accurate profiling cleaning of the surface of the vehicle is achieved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the air drying and sterilizing mechanism includes: a third frame, a disinfection device and an air drying device; the sterilizing device is arranged on one side of the third rack; the third rack comprises a fifth upright column 43 and a sixth upright column 44, the air drying device comprises a first air drying component and a second air drying component, the first air drying component is arranged on the fifth upright column 43, the second air drying component is arranged on the sixth upright column 44, and the first air drying component and the second air drying component are arranged opposite to each other and have the same structure; the sterilizing device and the air drying device are respectively electrically connected with the controller.
