Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a packaging structure for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner, which is used for packaging the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2, plays roles of storage, shock absorption and protection and is convenient for packaging and transportation of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2, and can also be used as an auxiliary structure for mounting the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 to the top of a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packaging structure for the vehicle-mounted air conditioner provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a base 6 and a peripheral support 8, wherein the base 6 is matched with the bottom surface of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 in shape, the base 6 is provided with an installation opening 7 matched with the air inlet/outlet of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 in shape, and the air inlet/outlet faces the installation opening 7 in a state where the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is placed in the packaging structure; the peripheral supporting body 8 is detachably sleeved on the periphery of the base 6, and the inner edge of the peripheral supporting body 8 is matched with the peripheral shape of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2.
When the packaging structure in the embodiment of the application is used as a package, as shown in fig. 3, the upper surface of the base 6 is in contact with the bottom surface of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2, so that the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 can be placed and carried, the bearing effect is achieved, the peripheral supporting body 8 is in contact with the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 in the circumferential direction, the protection effect is achieved, and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is prevented from being extruded by external force.
When the packaging structure in the embodiment of the present application is used as an auxiliary structure for mounting the vehicle air conditioner 2 on the roof of a vehicle, a specific use method of the packaging structure, namely a mounting method of the vehicle air conditioner 2, comprises the following steps:
step 1: the packaging structure is placed on the vehicle roof 14.
In this step, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 in the package structure is first taken out, and then the package structure is placed on the roof 14.
Step 2: the size of the existing mounting opening 15 of the roof 14 is checked or corrected on the basis of the position and size of the mounting opening 7, or the mounting opening 15 is made in the roof 14 on the basis of the position and size of the mounting opening 7.
In this step, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a suitable position is selected according to the following manner, and then the packaging structure is fixed to the vehicle roof 14, preventing the packaging structure from moving.
(1) When the roof 14 has been provided with the mounting opening 15, it is necessary to check the size of the opening and to use the mounting opening 7 in the packaging structure for positioning and alignment.
(2) When the mounting opening 15 is not formed in the roof 14, an appropriate mounting position is measured by approximate estimation using the periphery of the package structure, and then a cutting line is drawn along the mounting opening 7 of the package structure, and the mounting opening 15 of the roof 14 is cut.
In this step, preferably, four corners of the bottom surface of the packaging structure are adhered to the vehicle roof 14 by double-sided adhesive tapes, so that the packaging structure is fixed, the method is simple and easy, and the packaging structure is convenient to remove from the vehicle roof 14 at a later stage.
And step 3: the base 6 is removed and the vehicle air conditioner 2 is placed on the roof 14 according to the contour inside the peripheral support 8.
In this step, as shown in fig. 7, the base 6 is removed from the perimeter support 8, leaving only the perimeter support 8, with the roof 14 exposed in the middle of the perimeter support 8, and having the same contour as the bottom surface of the vehicle air conditioner 2. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is then placed on the roof 14, and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is vertically placed into the perimeter support 8 along the contour of the inside of the perimeter support 8, completing the positioning of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 in the circumferential direction.
And 4, step 4: and (5) removing the peripheral support body 8 to finish the installation of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2.
In this step, as shown in fig. 10, the vehicle air conditioner 2 is fixed to the roof 14 by using a bolt, a mounting bracket, and the like, and then the remaining packaging structure, i.e., the peripheral support 8, is removed, thereby completing the entire installation work of the vehicle air conditioner 2.
Compared with other modes of positioning and installing by using additional parts, the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is installed by adopting the positioning structure or the packaging structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, so that the number of the parts is reduced, the cost of the parts is reduced, the quick positioning can be carried out, and the installation efficiency is improved. In addition, the auxiliary positioning packaging structure is removed from the vehicle roof 14 after the installation is completed, the auxiliary positioning packaging structure cannot remain on the vehicle roof 14, the size of the whole packaging structure is reduced by reducing positioning parts, and compared with the mode that the auxiliary parts remain on the vehicle roof 14 in the prior art, the height of the product installed on the vehicle roof 14 can be reduced, the better vehicle passing performance is realized, and the running wind resistance of the automobile is reduced.
In some embodiments, the base 6 and the peripheral support 8 are in press fit to realize detachable connection therebetween, the processing technology is simple, and quick detachment of the base and the peripheral support can be realized. The base 6 and the peripheral support 8 are preferably made of elastic materials, preferably foam, so that not only can a good packaging, damping and protecting function be realized, but also the base 6 can be easily matched with the peripheral support 8 in a squeezing mode.
In addition to the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first removing groove 9 is formed at a position where the base 6 is connected to the peripheral support 8, so that the user can conveniently remove the base 6 from the peripheral support 8, for example, by inserting a finger or a tool into the first removing groove 9 to remove the base 6. Specifically, the first removal groove 9 is provided on a side surface of the packaging structure where the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is placed. Wherein the first removal groove 9 may be provided at an outer edge of the base 6, the first removal groove 9 may be provided at an inner edge of the peripheral support 8, and of course the first removal groove 9 may be provided at both the outer edge of the base 6 and the inner edge of the peripheral support 8.
In general, the same packaging structure can be used for vehicle air conditioners 2 with air inlets and air outlets of different specifications, in this case, two mounting ports 7 of different specifications can be formed in a base 6, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting ports 7 include a first mounting port and a second mounting port, wherein the first mounting port has a size of 360mmX360mm (tolerance is ± 10mm), the second mounting port has a size of 400mmX400mm (tolerance is ± 10mm), the base 6 further includes a mounting ring 10, the first mounting port is formed in the mounting ring 10, and the mounting ring 10 is detachably sleeved in the second mounting port. When the air inlet and outlet of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is matched with the first mounting port, the base 6 is used together with the mounting ring 10, and when the air inlet and outlet of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is matched with the second mounting port, the mounting ring 10 is detached from the base 6 and then used. Preferably, a second removal groove 11 is formed at a position where the base 6 is connected to the mounting ring 10, so that the user can conveniently remove the mounting ring 10 from the base 6, for example, by inserting a finger or a tool into the second removal groove 11 to remove the mounting ring 10. Specifically, the second removal groove 11 is provided on a side surface of the packaging structure where the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is placed. Wherein the second removing groove 11 may be provided at an inner edge of the base 6, and the second removing groove 11 may be provided at an outer edge of the mounting ring 10, and of course, the second removing groove 11 may be provided at both the inner edge of the base 6 and the outer edge of the mounting ring 10. When the packing structure of the present embodiment is adopted, in step 2 of the installation method of the in-vehicle air conditioner 2, a suitable position is selected according to the following manner, and then the packing structure is fixed to the roof 14, preventing the packing structure from moving.
(1) When the roof 14 already has the mounting opening 15, it is necessary to check the size of the mounting opening 15: (a) when the size of the air inlet and outlet of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is 360mmX360mm (the tolerance is +/-10 mm), the first mounting port of the packaging structure is used for positioning and aligning; (b) when the size of the air inlet/outlet of the vehicle air conditioner 2 is 400mmX400mm (tolerance is ± 10mm), the mounting ring 10 of the packing structure is removed along the second removal groove 11, and positioning alignment is performed using the second mounting opening.
(2) When the roof 14 is not provided with the mounting opening 15, the appropriate mounting position is measured using a rough estimation of the circumference of the packaging structure, and then: (a) when the size of the air inlet and the air outlet of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2 is 360mmX360mm (the tolerance is +/-10 mm), selecting a first mounting opening, drawing a cutting line along the line, and cutting the mounting opening 15 of the roof 14; (b) when the size of the air inlet/outlet of the in-vehicle air conditioner 2 is 400mmX400mm (tolerance is ± 10mm), the mounting ring 10 of the packing structure is removed along the second removal groove 11, a cutting line is drawn along the line using the second mounting opening, and the mounting opening 15 of the roof 14 is cut.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the peripheral support 8 includes a first support 801 and a second support 802 detachably connected, and a third removal groove 12 is formed between the first support 801 and the second support 802. The division of the peripheral support 8 into two parts, which is easy to remove, can be conveniently achieved by the third removal groove 12. Specifically, as shown in the figure, the first supporting body 801 and the second supporting body 802 may be connected at one end by a plug-in fit, and the other end is provided with a third removal groove 12.
In order to further realize the accurate limit of the peripheral support body 8 to the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of limit blocks 13 may be disposed on the peripheral support body 8, and the set packages of the limit blocks 13 include, but are not limited to, the left and right sides and the front and rear ends of the peripheral support body 8, and may be specifically set as required.
Example 2
