A diamond crushing device for processing diamond materials comprises a crushing box body (18), and a crushing assembly and a screening assembly which are arranged in the crushing box body (18), and is characterized in that the crushing assembly comprises a first crushing roller (17), a crushing motor (20) and a second crushing roller (24), two ends of the first crushing roller (17) and two ends of the second crushing roller (24) are respectively in sliding connection with sliding grooves fixedly arranged on two side walls of the crushing box body (18) through a first adjusting device and a second adjusting device, the crushing motors (20) are two in number and respectively fixedly arranged on the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device, and the two groups of crushing motors (20) are respectively in linkage with the first crushing roller (17) and the second crushing roller (24); the screening component comprises a screening cylinder (5), a material conveying cylinder (6) and a screening motor (16), wherein the material conveying cylinder (6) is fixedly installed on the side wall of a crushing box body (18) through a material conveying cylinder support (21) and is located below a first crushing roller (17) and a second crushing roller (24), the screening cylinder (5) is rotatably installed inside the material conveying cylinder (6) through a bearing, multiple groups of screening holes are formed in the side wall of the screening cylinder (5), the screening motor (16) is fixedly installed on the side wall of the crushing box body (18) and an output shaft of the screening cylinder is fixedly provided with a belt transmission device (15), the belt transmission device (15) is in linkage with a feed pipeline (4) communicated with the top of the screening cylinder (5), and multiple groups of grinding balls (14) are further placed inside the screening cylinder (5); the inside feed arrangement and the discharging device that still are provided with of broken box (18), feed arrangement UNICOM sets up at broken box (18) top and its discharge end is located first crushing roller (17) and second crushing roller (24) top, discharging device sets up in broken box (18) bottom and its feed inlet sets up corresponding with UNICOM in the play hopper (13) position of feed delivery section of thick bamboo (6) bottom.

The diamond crushing device for processing diamond materials according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting device comprises two groups of electric push rods (25) and sliding blocks (26), the sliding blocks (26) are arranged at two ends of the first crushing roller (17) in a sliding mode, the sliding blocks (26) are arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, one side, away from the first crushing roller (17), of one group of sliding blocks (26) is fixedly provided with a protruding plate used for installing the crushing motor (20), the electric push rods (25) are arranged in two groups and are fixedly arranged in the sliding groove respectively, and protruding ends of the electric push rods (25) are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks (26).

The diamond crushing device for diamond material processing according to claim 1, the second adjusting device comprises two groups of sliding blocks (26) and telescopic rods (28), the sliding blocks (26) are respectively rotatably arranged at two ends of the second crushing roller (24) through bearings, the two groups of sliding blocks (26) are slidably arranged in the sliding grooves, and one side, away from the second crushing roller (24), of one group of sliding blocks (26) is fixedly provided with a protruding plate for installing the crushing motor (20), the number of the telescopic rods (28) is two, the extending ends of the telescopic rods are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks (26), compression springs (27) are sleeved on the peripheries of the extending ends of the two telescopic rods (28), and one ends of the telescopic rods, far away from the compression springs (27), are installed on the side wall of the crushing box body (18) through elastic regulators.

The diamond crushing device for processing the diamond material according to claim 3, wherein the elastic regulator comprises an adjusting screw rod (3), one end of the adjusting screw rod (3) is rotatably installed at the tail end of the telescopic rod (28) through a bearing, threads are arranged on the periphery of the other end of the adjusting screw rod, the adjusting screw rod (3) is in threaded fit with threaded holes formed in the side wall of the crushing box body (18), and an adjusting hand wheel is fixedly installed at one end, far away from the telescopic rod (28), of the adjusting screw rod (3).

The diamond crushing device for diamond material processing according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device comprises a feeding hopper (1) and baffle plates (2), the feeding hopper (1) is communicated with the top of the crushing box body (18), the top of the feeding hopper (1) is also provided with a feeding door (19), and the baffle plates (2) are in multiple groups and are obliquely arranged on the side wall of the crushing box body (18).

The diamond crushing device for diamond material processing according to claim 1, wherein the discharging device comprises a storage box (8), and the storage box (8) is arranged at the inner bottom of the crushing box body (18) and corresponds to the position of a discharging door (7) arranged on the side wall of the crushing box body (18).
7. The diamond crushing device for processing diamond material according to claim 6, wherein storage box handles (12) are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of two sides of the storage box (8), and four groups of storage box rollers (11) are arranged at the bottom of the storage box (8).

The diamond crushing device for processing diamond materials according to claim 6, wherein four groups of supporting bases (23) are fixedly arranged at the outer bottom of the crushing box body (18), the crushing box body (18) is supported on the ground through the supporting bases (23), and anti-skid pads (22) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the four groups of supporting bases (23).
9. The diamond crushing device for processing diamond material according to claim 8, wherein the supporting base (23) is internally provided with a mounting groove, a roller lifting rod (9) is further arranged in the mounting groove, the top of the roller lifting rod (9) is fixedly connected with the top wall of the mounting groove, and the extending end of the roller lifting rod is provided with a crushing box roller (10).
