Example 4
Typical cases are:
case one:
zhangzhi, male, 45 years old, called Henhaote city, the worker lacerated the ankle in one exercise, hematoma, pain unable to walk, the hospital diagnosis ligament lacerated, hematoma. The pain is not obviously relieved by using a certain externally applied medicine for two days, and hematoma can not be well improved. The external hot compress liquid coating for treatment described in example 1 was applied for 3 days, and then the patient could independently walk and hematoma was significantly improved. And discharging after one week.
Case analysis: the joint ligament strain after the movement is the most common acute sprain in daily life, most of the strains are treated by using a conventional method, and the general rehabilitation period is 1 to 2 months. In more than 40 patients treated by using the external hot compress liquid coating for external treatment of the invention, the treatment effect and the healing time can be obviously improved and are far better than most of external various dosage form medicines circulating in the market.
Case two:
lanzhou, female, 29 years old, Tongliao, freely selected from the owners. When the doctor visits the doctor to treat other diseases, the doctor finds that symmetrical red papules are frequently generated and the arthralgia is transferred to the department of the doctor. The test shows that the medicine is rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic erythema and acute attack. Corresponding treatment is carried out from internal medicine. When the external hot compress liquid coating for treating the joint part is adopted, the curative effect is very obvious, and the erythema disappears in a short time.
Case analysis: at present, for the external preparation for treating the facet joint pain, the duration of an effective medicament is short (because the external medicament is not easy to be stored at the skin along with activities, and a plaster is not easy to be stuck at the facet joint and used in a large range), but the scheme of the invention can be used at multiple places and in a large range, and various joints, different body types and skins can be used, and the maximum curative effect can be well generated locally by combining the special compatibility of the medicaments.
Case three:
liza, female, age 42, Wulan scotch City, farmer. Morning stiffness, limited waist movement, drooping eyes, weakness and muscular soreness were found two years ago. Local examination is transferred to a hospital in Beijing, myasthenia gravis is confirmed, symptoms are controlled by hormone therapy, but pain cannot be relieved by stiffness of joints and waist of hands and particularly in climate change. The external hot compress liquid coating for treatment disclosed by the embodiment 1 of the invention is matched with internal medicines, so that the effect is very ideal. The medicine is heated and coated twice a day, the activity is obviously improved after half a month, the treatment effect of local pain is ideal, and the analgesic is stopped taking.
Case analysis: for many chronic painful diseases, a large amount of hormone and pain killer is needed for a long time to maintain and control, and side effects such as multi-organ function damage, gastrointestinal tract stimulation, osteoporosis and the like are mostly caused. After the external hot compress liquid coating is matched with the external hot compress liquid coating, the symptoms can be relieved, and the using amount and the using frequency of other medicines can be reduced. This results in not only treatment but also more protection to the body of the patient.
The number of the cases is very large, and the cases are typical cases, so that the external hot compress liquid coating for treating the chronic rhinitis has definite curative effect, simple method and low price. The agilawood and the monkshood have the effects of strengthening yang and dredging collaterals, particularly have ideal effect after the skin is soft by using the linaloe oil, and after the scheme is adopted, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obtain very satisfactory effect in years of clinical treatment no matter from the onset time or the continuous action, and can also introduce medicines into the interior (kidney) to ensure that the external application method has greater effect. Common liquid medicines are quick in volatilization and poor in absorption when being externally used, and cannot effectively produce effects; the outermost liquid membrane agent of the invention can protect the drug from being volatilized by body temperature, so that the skin can absorb the drug for a long time, and the drug effect can be maximized.
The chronic slow arthralgia is caused by the invasion of turbid toxin to the body, which causes the failure of normal metabolism of tissues and the failure of normal distribution of meridians to the whole body, thus causing the failure of meridians. Therefore, the white spirit is added into the formula, so that the medicine channeling property is enhanced, and other medicines can act more quickly.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the agilawood and the monkshood are added into the external hot compress liquid coating film for treating external diseases, so that the effects of supporting yang and dredging collaterals are achieved; the medicine effect is maximized by utilizing the slight stimulation of the linaloe oil to the skin and the effect of introducing the medicine of the agilawood into bones, interior and kidneys; by adding the white spirit, the medicine channeling performance is enhanced, and other medicine components can act more quickly. The external medicines in various formulations on the market are expensive, no matter plaster or plastic coating films can cause more or less pollution, but the soft coating film of the external hot compress liquid for external treatment of the invention can be absorbed, is convenient to use, has reasonable price and obvious effect.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
