Abstract

Description

用于在一固定的水冷焊接机头下 焊接薄连续钢板的装置
本发明涉及到一个用于在一固定的水冷焊接机头下焊接薄的连续钢板的装置,特别是用于在保护气体下借助在焊接机头中配置的一个或多个非熔化电极而焊接成型管之金属带纵向连续边的装置。在这些电极中的每一个电极都利用一电极夹头而固定在焊炬壳体中,以及该电极夹头利用一夹架保持在焊炬壳体中。
这种装置由德国专利DE-A-2256851公开。该公开的装置由带有三个电极的固定安装的焊接机头组成,这三个电极每一个都配置在一个电极架中。一种要焊接的管子在焊炬头下运行,以及一电弧在每一电极与管子之间产生。一保护气体幕围绕着该电弧和焊接区。在电极用完时,生产过程必要中断。该焊炬头从焊接平面摆出来,以及电极夹松开之后利用调节螺钉可以使电极由电极架向下拔出,并且由新的电极代替。特别是当用于焊接金属管的装置要与制造塑料管的装置相结合时,即在用于制造金属/塑料连接管的装置中,换电极必须在短的时间内实现。
因此本发明的目的在于,对这种用于焊接金属管的已知的装置做如下的改进,一方面基本上可以迅速替换一般的由钨构成电极,其次,在电极替换时整个焊炬可以不发生摆动。
该目的按照本发明由此解决,即在一个中心的连续的孔里位于夹架内配置一个管状的夹杆,在该夹杆朝向管的开槽端部中电极被夹紧地安装着。
通过本发明的措施在电极夹松开之后可以不摆动焊炬地使电极向上拉出。
在移开消耗的或损坏的电极之后立即在夹杆中安装一个新的电极,该电极调节成距管子为期望的距离,并且与夹杆共同安装在焊炬中和固定在电极夹中。
为了在夹架与夹杆之间的环形间隙中输入的保护气体不能向上泄漏,至少设置一个环密封,该环密封在背离管子的端部上密封该环形间隙。
本发明的其它结构是,在夹杆背离管的端部上安装着一个手柄,这种手柄使得夹杆的拔出和再安装容易。
除了前面涉及到的优点之外,还有明显的优点在于,还热的电极就可以立刻拔出来,并且一个第二个装有新电极的夹杆可以立刻安装上。
假若当对该已知的焊炬替换和调节该电极时持续最多为30秒,那么本发明仅时间耗费就减少到了10秒。
本发明根据在附图中表示的实施例详细地说明。
在附图中表示了根据本发明的构思的焊炬的剖面图。
该焊炬包括一个焊炬外壳1,该焊炬外壳1由同心配置的内体1a、保护管1b和保护套1c组成。位于保护管1b与保护套1c之间保留着一个没有详细表示的环形间隙,在该环形间隙中利用一软管2输入冷却水。
在焊矩壳体1之内具有一个夹架3,夹架3经线4供电,并在其下端固定有一个电极夹5。夹架3在其整个长度上成管形并在其上端具有一个转头6。转动转头6,夹架3及电极夹5随之沿焊矩壳体的纵向移动。
在夹架3内部安装着形成环形间隙8的一个管状的夹杆7,该夹杆7的上端部具有一手柄。在夹杆7的下端部是开槽的,并夹紧地固定住该电极10,一般是一钨电极。在该环形间隙8中利用输入导管11输入一种保护气体,例如氩气,该保护气体在焊炬的下端部位于电极10与保护气体喷咀12之间导出,并且在焊缝之上生成一种保护气体幕。
该环形间隙8在上端通过两个环密封13和14而密封,为的是阻止保护气体向上逸出。
当焊炬操作时电极夹紧靠在内体1a的下端的斜坡上和由此牢固地夹住电极10。如果需要替换电极,那么电极夹5通过转动转动头6而松开。该电极10可与夹杆10共同向上拔出来,并且换上一新电极10,该新电极10夹入一个第二个夹杆7的开槽的端部中,并与第二个夹杆共同插入到夹架3中。通过转动转动头6该电极10夹入电极夹中。这种电极替换过程可以不摆动焊炬,并且又在热电极,也就是在焊炬停止操作之后立刻实现。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于在一固定的水冷却焊接机头下焊接薄连续钢板的装置,特别是用于在保护气体下借助在焊接机头中配置的一个或多个非熔化电极而焊接要成型管的金属带之纵向连续边的装置,在这些电极中的每一个电极都利用一个电极夹头而固定在焊炬壳体中,以及该电极夹头利用一个夹架保护在焊炬壳体中,其特征在于,在一个中心的连续的孔里位于夹架(3)内配置一个管状的夹杆(7),在该夹杆(7)朝着管的开槽的端部中电极(10)被夹紧地安装着。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在夹架(3)与夹杆(7)之间的环形间隙(8)中供入保护气体,以及该环形间隙(8)在其背离管子的端部通过至少一个环密封(13、14)而密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在夹杆(7)的背离管子的端部安装一个手柄(9)。
