As shown in fig. 3, referring to fig. 1, a method for reserving vehicle repair services for a designated service platform includes:
step 210: receiving first vehicle taking and delivering order information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering order information is generated by a customer service platform according to received first vehicle taking and delivering request information;
step 210 is a step corresponding to step 140 in the method for the customer service platform, which is the process of receiving the first pick-up cart order information.
Step 220: starting first generation driving service according to the first vehicle taking and sending order information so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information after the first generation driving service is completed, wherein the maintenance service order information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on a received maintenance instruction, and the maintenance instruction is generated by a customer service platform based on the received first vehicle taking and sending request information.
Step 220 is that after the designated driving service platform receives the first vehicle taking and delivering order information, the designated driving service platform starts the first designated driving service according to the first vehicle taking and delivering order information until the subsequent work of the first designated driving service is completed, and the step further comprises the step of sending first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information to the maintenance service platform, so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the starting of the first generation driving service according to the first pick-up car order information specifically includes sending first pick-up car task information, where the first pick-up car task information is used to instruct a driver to execute a first pick-up car task; receiving first vehicle taking and delivering process information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering process information is generated by the designated driver based on execution of a first vehicle taking and delivering task; and updating the first vehicle taking and delivering order information according to the first vehicle taking and delivering process information so as to enable the service state in the first vehicle taking and delivering order information to be in vehicle taking, delivery or delivery completion.
It can be understood that the specifically included process mainly refers to the subsequent work after the first generation of driving service is started, and mainly includes sending first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information to the maintenance service platform, so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information. The task completion information is generated based on the delivery completion status information in the first vehicle taking and delivering process information.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, before sending the first pick-up and delivery task information, generating a pick-up verification code according to the identity information of the designated driver; and sending the vehicle taking verification code, wherein the vehicle taking verification code is used for the client to carry out identity verification on the designated driver.
The process can be that when the designated driver is instructed to execute the first vehicle taking and delivering task, the designated driver identity information is obtained at the same time, then the vehicle taking verification code is generated according to the designated driver identity information and is sent to the client, so that the client can carry out identity verification on the designated driver when the designated driver takes the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, after the starting of the first generation driving service according to the first pick-up vehicle order information, the method further includes receiving second pick-up vehicle order information, where the second pick-up vehicle order information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on that the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance order information is completed; and starting second generation driving service according to the second vehicle taking and delivering order information so as to deliver the vehicle which is completely repaired to the user.
And the second vehicle taking and sending order is generated by the maintenance service platform according to the second vehicle taking and sending request information received by the maintenance service platform, wherein the second vehicle taking and sending request information is the confirmation and reply information of the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information. The second pick-up and delivery order information is generated after the confirmation response is obtained, and is sent to the designated driving service platform, so that the designated driving service platform starts the second designated driving service after receiving the second pick-up and delivery order information.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the second pick-up vehicle order may be generated by the customer service platform that generated the first pick-up vehicle order. In the process, after the maintenance service platform receives the reply message of the confirmation of the delivery of the vehicle from the client, only a second vehicle taking and delivering request message is sent to the client service platform, and the subsequent work is completed by communication between the client service platform and the designated driving service platform.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for a designated driving service platform according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, referring to fig. 1, a method of reserving vehicle service for a service platform, includes:
step 310: and receiving a maintenance instruction, wherein the maintenance instruction is generated by the customer service platform according to the received first vehicle taking and sending request information.
Step 310 is a step corresponding to step 130 of the method for a customer service platform, which is referred to as a process of receiving a maintenance order.
Step 320: and generating maintenance service order information according to the maintenance instruction.
The step refers to an initial action executed by the maintenance service platform after receiving the maintenance instruction, that is, generating or creating a maintenance service order. When the order is first generated, the maintenance service platform does not need to do other work until the order is updated.
Step 330: and receiving first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information is generated by the designated driving service platform according to the distribution completion state in the received first vehicle taking and delivering process information.
Step 330 is a step corresponding to the step specifically included in step 220 of the method for a designated driver service platform. The method mainly comprises the step that a driving service platform updates a service state in first vehicle taking and delivering order information based on the first vehicle taking and delivering process information, wherein the service state comprises vehicle taking, delivery and delivery completion. And when the state is updated to be the distribution completion, sending first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information to the maintenance service platform.
Step 340: and updating the maintenance service order information based on the first pick-up and delivery vehicle task completion information.
Updating the maintenance service order information in step 340 mainly means that after the first pick-up and delivery vehicle task completion information is received, the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information according to the vehicle maintenance requirement, including generating a maintenance work order and a part delivery order at the same time, so that the corresponding maintenance task in the maintenance service order information enters into execution.
Step 350: and generating maintenance comprehensive service information based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information.
Step 350 refers to the generation conditions and basis for maintaining the integrated service information. The maintenance integrated service information is generated after the maintenance service platform completes the corresponding maintenance service in the maintenance service order information, the maintenance integrated service information generally comprises various order information related to the maintenance service, and the maintenance integrated service information is various orders generated by the maintenance service platform, and comprises the summary of maintenance service orders, maintenance work orders and part delivery orders.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, when the maintenance service platform sends query information on whether a vehicle needs to be taken or not to the client based on completion of corresponding maintenance service in the maintenance service order information, and obtains a confirmed reply message, second vehicle taking and sending order information is generated, and the second vehicle taking and sending order information is sent to the designated driving service platform, so as to start second-generation driving service. After the second order information is sent, the maintenance service platform combines the second order information with the various order information of the summary maintenance service platform to generate maintenance comprehensive service information.
The repair/integrated service information includes both the case where the second pick-up vehicle order information is included and the case where the second pick-up order information is not included.
Step 360: and sending the maintenance comprehensive service information, wherein the maintenance comprehensive service information is used for indicating a client service platform to generate total service bill information.
Step 360 is a step corresponding to step 150 of the method for the customer service platform, and is used for explaining the sending process and the sending purpose of the maintenance integrated service information.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, generating the maintenance integrated service information based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information specifically includes: generating and sending pickup vehicle inquiry information based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information, wherein the pickup vehicle inquiry information is used for inquiring whether a user needs to take the place of a pickup vehicle; receiving second vehicle taking and sending request information, wherein the second vehicle taking and sending request information is generated by a confirmation reply of a user to the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information; generating and sending second vehicle taking and sending order information according to the second vehicle taking and sending request information, wherein the second vehicle taking and sending order information is used for indicating the designated driving service platform to start second generation driving service; and generating maintenance comprehensive service information by combining the maintenance service order information and the second vehicle taking and delivering order information.

as shown in fig. 5, referring to fig. 1, a method of reserving a vehicle repair service for a client includes:
step 410: and sending first vehicle taking and sending request information, wherein the first vehicle taking and sending request information is used for indicating a customer service platform to generate and send a maintenance instruction and first vehicle taking and sending order information.
Step 410 is a step corresponding to step 110 in the method for the customer service platform. The step is also the initial step of the whole reserved vehicle maintenance service, and the customer service platform generates and sends the maintenance service instruction and the first vehicle taking and sending order information, namely the maintenance service instruction and the first vehicle taking and sending order information are made by the request of the first vehicle taking and sending request information.
Step 420: receiving total service bill information, wherein the total service bill information is generated by a client service platform based on the first vehicle taking and delivering order information and maintenance comprehensive service information, the maintenance comprehensive service information is generated by a maintenance service platform based on the completion of the maintenance service order, and the maintenance service order is generated by the maintenance service platform according to the received maintenance instruction.
Step 420 is a step corresponding to step 170 in the method for the customer service platform. The step refers to the process of receiving the total service bill information and explains the information source and the information composition of the total service bill information.
Step 430: generating a payment bill based on the total service bill information;
step 430 is an action performed by the client based on the received total service bill information, which is automatically performed by the client, that is, when the total service bill from the client service platform is received, a corresponding bill for payment is generated in the client, so that the client can check the bill and pay online.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, after sending the first pick-up and delivery request message, before receiving the total service bill message, the method further includes receiving pick-up verification code information, where the pick-up verification code information is generated by a designated driver service platform according to the designated driver identity information for executing a first pick-up and delivery task corresponding to the first pick-up and delivery order information; and checking the identity information of the designated driver according to the vehicle taking verification code information.
The pick-up and delivery verification code is a verification code which is generated and sent by the designated driver according to the identity information of the designated driver before the designated driver is instructed to execute a first pick-up and delivery task by the designated driver service platform, so that a client can conveniently verify the identity of the designated driver through the client. The verification code is, for example, a two-dimensional code which brings identification card information or mobile phone number information, and can also be a group of encrypted character strings used for verifying whether the identity of the designated driver is authentic.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, after sending the first pickup cart request message, receiving a total service billing message and before receiving the total service billing message further includes receiving a pickup cart query message, where the pickup cart query message is generated by the maintenance service platform based on completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order message; and feeding back second vehicle taking and sending request information according to the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information.
The process refers to a process that the client receives the vehicle-sending inquiry information and performs confirmation feedback according to the inquiry information. And the maintenance service platform generates second generation driving service order information according to the fed back second taking and sending request information, and sends the information to the driving service platform to start second generation driving service so as to complete a second vehicle taking and sending task.

As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture includes a client, a customer service platform, a designated drive service platform, and a maintenance service platform.

The first sending module 13 is further configured to send the total service bill information, where the total service bill information is used to instruct the client to generate a payment bill.
In some embodiments, the first generating module 13 is configured to, when generating the maintenance instruction and the first pick-up and delivery vehicle order information based on the first pick-up and delivery vehicle request information, specifically, analyze the first pick-up and delivery vehicle request information to obtain first pick-up information and first delivery vehicle information; generating the maintenance instruction according to the first vehicle sending information; and generating the first vehicle taking and sending order information according to the first vehicle taking information and the first vehicle sending information.

1. A method of reserving vehicle service for a customer service platform, comprising:
receiving first vehicle taking and sending request information;
generating maintenance instruction information and first vehicle taking and delivering order information based on the first vehicle taking and delivering request information;
sending the maintenance instruction, wherein the maintenance instruction is used for indicating a maintenance service platform to generate maintenance service order information;
sending the first vehicle taking and delivering order information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering order information is used for indicating a designated driving service platform to start first-generation driving service, so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information after the first-generation driving service is finished;
receiving maintenance integrated service information, wherein the maintenance integrated service information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on the completion of maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information;
generating total service bill information based on the maintenance comprehensive service information and the first vehicle taking and delivering order information;
and sending the total service bill information, wherein the total service bill information is used for indicating a client to generate a payment bill.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a service order and first delivery vehicle order information based on the first delivery vehicle request information comprises:
analyzing the first vehicle taking and sending request information to obtain first vehicle taking information and first vehicle sending information;
generating the maintenance instruction according to the first vehicle sending information;
and generating the first vehicle taking and sending order information according to the first vehicle taking information and the first vehicle sending information.
3. A method of reserving vehicle repair services for a designated drive service platform, comprising:
receiving first vehicle taking and delivering order information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering order information is generated by a customer service platform according to received first vehicle taking and delivering request information;
starting first generation driving service according to the first vehicle taking and sending order information so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information after the first generation driving service is completed, wherein the maintenance service order information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on a received maintenance instruction, and the maintenance instruction is generated by a customer service platform based on the received first vehicle taking and sending request information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein initiating a first generation of driving services according to the first pick-up order information comprises:
sending first vehicle taking and delivering task information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering task information is used for indicating a designated driver to execute a first vehicle taking and delivering task;
receiving first vehicle taking and delivering process information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering process information is generated by the designated driver based on execution of a first vehicle taking and delivering task;
and updating the first vehicle taking and delivering order information according to the first vehicle taking and delivering process information so as to enable the service state in the first vehicle taking and delivering order information to be in vehicle taking, delivery or delivery completion.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to sending the first pick-up cart task information, further comprising:
generating a vehicle taking verification code according to the identity information of the designated driver;
and sending the vehicle taking verification code, wherein the vehicle taking verification code is used for the client to carry out identity verification on the designated driver.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein after initiating a first generation of driving services in accordance with the first pick-up order information, further comprising:
receiving second vehicle taking and delivering order information, wherein the second vehicle taking and delivering order information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on the fact that maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance order information is completed;
and starting second generation driving service according to the second vehicle taking and delivering order information so as to deliver the vehicle which is completely repaired to the user.
7. A method of reserving vehicle service for a service platform, comprising:
receiving a maintenance instruction, wherein the maintenance instruction is generated by a customer service platform according to received first vehicle taking and sending request information;
generating maintenance service order information according to the maintenance instruction;
receiving first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering task completion information is generated by a designated driving service platform according to a distribution completion state in the received first vehicle taking and delivering process information;
updating the maintenance service order information based on the first pick-up and delivery vehicle task completion information;
generating maintenance comprehensive service information based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information;
and sending the maintenance comprehensive service information, wherein the maintenance comprehensive service information is used for indicating a client service platform to generate total service bill information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein generating repair integrated service information based on completion of repair services corresponding to the repair service order information comprises:
generating and sending pickup vehicle inquiry information based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information, wherein the pickup vehicle inquiry information is used for inquiring whether a user needs to take the place of a pickup vehicle;
receiving second vehicle taking and sending request information, wherein the second vehicle taking and sending request information is generated by a confirmation reply of a user to the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information;
generating and sending second vehicle taking and sending order information according to the second vehicle taking and sending request information, wherein the second vehicle taking and sending order information is used for indicating the designated driving service platform to start second generation driving service;
and generating maintenance comprehensive service information by combining the maintenance service order information and the second vehicle taking and delivering order information.
9. A method of reserving vehicle repair services for a client, comprising:
sending first vehicle taking and delivering request information, wherein the first vehicle taking and delivering request information is used for indicating a customer service platform to generate and send a maintenance instruction and first vehicle taking and delivering order information;
receiving total service bill information, wherein the total service bill information is generated by a client service platform based on the first vehicle taking and sending order information and maintenance comprehensive service information, the maintenance comprehensive service information is generated by a maintenance service platform based on the completion of the maintenance service order, and the maintenance service order is generated by the maintenance service platform according to the maintenance instruction received by the maintenance service platform;
generating a bill for payment based on the total service bill information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after sending the first pickup cart request message and before receiving the total service billing information further comprises:
receiving vehicle taking and sending verification code information, wherein the vehicle taking and sending verification code information is generated by a designated driving service platform according to designated driving driver identity information for executing a first vehicle taking and sending task corresponding to the first vehicle taking and sending order information;
and checking the identity information of the designated driver according to the vehicle taking verification code information.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein after sending the first pickup cart request message and before receiving the total service billing information further comprises:
receiving vehicle taking and sending inquiry information, wherein the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on the completion of the maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information;
and feeding back second vehicle taking and sending request information according to the vehicle taking and sending inquiry information.
12. An apparatus for reserving vehicle service for a customer service platform communicatively coupled to a client, a designated service platform, and a service platform, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving first vehicle taking and delivering request information;
the first generation module is used for generating a maintenance instruction and first vehicle taking and delivering order information based on the first vehicle taking and delivering request information;
the first sending module is used for sending the maintenance instruction, and the maintenance instruction is used for indicating a maintenance service platform to generate maintenance service order information;
the first sending module is further configured to send first pick-up and delivery vehicle order information, where the first pick-up and delivery vehicle order information is used to instruct a designated driving service platform to start a first designated driving service, so that the maintenance service platform updates the maintenance service order information after the first designated driving service is completed;
the first receiving module is further configured to receive maintenance integrated service information, where the maintenance integrated service information is generated by the maintenance service platform based on completion of maintenance service corresponding to the maintenance service order information;
the first generating module is further used for generating total service bill information based on the maintenance comprehensive service information and the first vehicle taking and delivering order information;
the first sending module is further configured to send the total service bill information, where the total service bill information is used to instruct a client to generate a payment bill.

The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first generating module is configured to, when generating the maintenance instruction and the first pick-up and delivery vehicle order information based on the first pick-up and delivery vehicle request information, specifically, parse the first pick-up and delivery vehicle request information to obtain first pick-up information and first delivery vehicle information; generating the maintenance instruction according to the first vehicle sending information; and generating the first vehicle taking and sending order information according to the first vehicle taking information and the first vehicle sending information.

A device for reserving vehicle maintenance service is used for a designated driving service platform, and is characterized in that the designated driving service platform is connected with a client service platform, a maintenance service platform and a client in a communication mode, and the device comprises:

A device for reserving vehicle maintenance service, which is used for a maintenance service platform, and is characterized in that the maintenance service platform is connected with a customer service platform, a designated driving service platform and a client in a communication mode, and the device comprises:
the third receiving module is used for receiving a maintenance instruction, and the maintenance instruction is generated by the customer service platform according to the received first vehicle taking and sending request information;

18. An electronic device comprising at least one processor and a memory, the memory storing computer-executable instructions, the at least one processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to cause the electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1-11.
