The present exemplary embodiment provides a service platform, and fig. 1 shows a system architecture of the service platform. As shown in fig. 1, the service platform 100 may include: a server 110, a first client 120, and a second client 130. The first client 120 is a service staff client and is installed on a terminal used by a service staff; the second client 130 is a consumer client and is installed on a terminal used by a consumer; the first client 120 and the second client 130 have different functions and different user interfaces; the server 110 is deployed in the background and can perform data interaction with the first client 120 and the second client 130 through the network.
It should be noted that the number of components shown in fig. 1 is merely exemplary, and any number of first clients 120 or second clients 130 may be provided according to actual needs, and the server 110 may also be a server cluster formed by multiple devices.
The present exemplary embodiment provides a service order processing method, which may be executed by the server 110 described above. The method is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. Referring to fig. 2, the service order processing method of the present embodiment may include the following steps S210 to S250:
step S210, receiving the reservation information sent by the first client, and generating a home service order.
When a consumer makes a reservation for a home service on a platform through a first client, reservation information is generated and sent to a server, and the reservation information can comprise time, address, name of the consumer, contact way, specific service content and the like of the reserved service. After receiving the reservation information, the server generates a corresponding home service order, where the home service order may include the reservation information, and may also include service information allocated by the platform, such as an order number, specific service time, service flow information, or service personnel information.
Step S220, sending the home service order to the second client.
The server can determine specific service personnel when generating the home service order, can also search nearby service personnel according to the service address and perform task allocation after generating the home service order, and can also allocate the service personnel to a lower-level service network point and assign the service personnel by the network point. In summary, after determining the service person, the server may send the home service order to the second client used by the service person, so that the service person obtains order information.
Step S230, receiving the verification code and the positioning information sent by the second client based on the home service order.
After the second client receives the home service order, the service personnel can perform home service according to the reserved time. When the service is carried out, the server needs a service worker to submit the verification code and the positioning information so as to verify whether the service worker is actually carried out on the ground.
The verification code may be sent to the first client by the server in advance, for example, after the server generates a home service order, the server sends the service verification code to the first client, and the service verification code may be sent in various manners such as short message, in-platform message, mail, and the like. When the service personnel is in home service, the service verification code is requested from the consumer, and the verification code is submitted to the server through the second client. The positioning information mainly comprises the current positioning of the second client, so that the server determines the current position of the service personnel to judge whether the service personnel really visit the server. Usually, the verification code and the positioning information can be submitted simultaneously, generally before a service worker arrives at a service address and starts service, verification is selected, the verification code is input in the second client, and the verification code and the current positioning information are sent to the server; of course, the verification code and the positioning information may not be submitted simultaneously, for example, after the service address is reached, the positioning information is sent first, and the verification code is submitted again in the service process. The present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Step S240, the verification code and the positioning information are verified, and the verification result is returned to the second client.
In an optional implementation manner, the server may check whether the verification code sent by the second client is consistent with the service verification code sent to the first client in advance, if so, check the verification code to be passed, and if not, check the verification code to be not passed.
In an optional implementation manner, the server may determine a service address from the home service order, and then verify whether the positioning information sent by the second client is within a preset range of the service address, where the preset range may be set as a 500m or 1km range around the service address according to an actual situation; if the positioning information is within the preset range, the positioning information is checked to pass; and if the positioning information is not in the preset range, the positioning information is not checked to be passed.
The verification code and the positioning information are equivalent to double verification. In an optional implementation mode, when the verification code and the positioning information are verified to pass, determining that the verification result is pass; and when at least one of the verification code and the positioning information is not verified, determining that the verification result is not passed. In other words, the service person needs to submit the correct verification code and should be located at the correct address, so that the server can determine that the service person is in the real home service state. If one check fails, the service state of the service personnel is judged to be abnormal, and the abnormal service state can be processed by the intervention of background management personnel, such as making a call with the service personnel or making a call with a consumer for verification, or adopting a mode of replying an order and the like.
The server may return the verification to the second client for notification to the attendant. If the verification result is that the verification result is passed, the service personnel can carry out subsequent service work; if the verification result is not passed, the reasons of the failed verification, such as verification failure of the verification code or positioning verification failure, can be sent at the same time, so that service personnel can select to re-verify according to the reasons of the failure.
And step S250, if the verification result is that the verification result is passed, sending the cost information of the home service order to the first client and/or the second client.
The fee information is determined by the server according to the service content of the home service order, and may include fees corresponding to each service content and total fees. The server determines and sends the charge information, so that the charging standard can be unified, and service personnel can be prevented from randomly charging on site.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the server transmits the fee information to at least one of the first client and the second client in a case where the verification of the second client is passed. For example: the server sends the cost information to the first client, and the consumer can directly complete payment in the first client without the intervention of service personnel in the payment process. Or the server sends the fee voice information of the home service order to the second client, so that the second client automatically plays the fee voice information when receiving the fee voice information, and a consumer on site can hear the fee voice information, which is equivalent to disclosing the fee; it is necessary to supplement that, when sending the fee voice information, the current volume of the second client may be detected, and if the current volume is smaller than the preset volume, the second client is notified to adjust the current volume to the preset volume, and then the fee voice information is sent, so as to prevent the situation that the fee voice information is too small and cannot be heard by the consumer. Or the server simultaneously sends the expense information to the first client and the second client, so that both the consumer and the service personnel can check the expense condition.
In an optional embodiment, the service order processing method may further include the steps of:
receiving completion information sent by a second client, wherein the completion information comprises a service field picture and the current location of the second client;
the home service order is marked as processed.
Wherein the service person may generally send completion information after completing the service job, including a picture of the service site to verify that the service job is completed, and the current location of the second client to verify that the service person is still at the service address. After receiving the completion information, the server can mark the home service order as processed; or checking the completion information, including checking the service site picture, checking the current location of the second client, and marking the home service order as processed when the checking is passed.
In consideration of the uncertainty of the service content in the home service process, for example, the required amount of consumables cannot be determined in advance, or some service obstacles exist on the site, so that the cost information determined in advance may be inaccurate. Based on this, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the service order processing method may further include the following steps S310 to S330:
step S310, determining initial cost according to the service content of the home service order;
step S320, when receiving the service content change information submitted by the second client, sending the service content change information to the first client, and enabling the first client to check the service content change information;
step S330, when receiving the message that the check of the service content change information returned by the first client is passed, modifying the initial cost according to the service content change information to obtain the cost information of the home service order.
The customer selects the service content when the service is reserved, the server can calculate the initial cost according to the service content, and the parts which cannot be determined, such as the number of consumables and the like, can be set as default values to calculate the corresponding initial cost. In the process of the service personnel going to home, if the actual service content is deviated from the service content in the order, for example, more consumables are actually used, or service obstacles exist on the site, service items need to be added, and the like, the service personnel can submit service content change information in the second client. The service content change information may include detailed changes of service content, such as which service items are added, which original service items are deleted, changes of specific values in the service items, and the like. After receiving the service content change information, the server can send the service content change information to the first client, so that the consumer can check the information to prevent service personnel from tampering the service content unilaterally. If the consumer checks the information, the first client sends the information that the check is passed, the server confirms the authenticity of the service content change information after receiving the information, and the initial cost is modified according to the change information to obtain the actual cost information. Through the processing mode, service personnel can be further prevented from charging randomly on site.
The present exemplary embodiment provides another service order processing method, which can be executed by the second client 130. The method is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, the service order processing method of the present embodiment may include the following steps S410 to S440:
step S410, receiving a door-to-door service order sent by a server;
step S420, responding to a verification instruction input by a user, and sending positioning information and a verification code input by the user to a server;
step S430, receiving a verification result returned by the server and related to the positioning information and the verification code;
and step S440, receiving and presenting the cost information of the home service order sent by the server.
The home service order is generated by the server according to the reservation information sent by the first client. The customer makes a reservation of the home service on the platform through the first client, the reservation information is sent to the server, the server generates a corresponding home service order and distributes the corresponding home service order to a specific service person, and then the home service order is sent to the second client of the service person. After the user of the second client, i.e. the service person, arrives at the service site, the user needs to perform verification on the system, i.e. input a verification instruction, e.g. click a verification option of the second client, and input a verification code pre-allocated by the server in the verification interface, and send the verification code together with the current positioning information of the second client to the server. And after the server verifies the positioning information and the verification code, returning a verification result to the second client. Typically, in case the check passes, the cost information of the home service order is subsequently sent to the second client. And the second client performs corresponding presentation after receiving the expense information.
In an optional implementation manner, step S440 may specifically include: receiving cost voice information of a home service order sent by a server; and playing the fee voice information. After receiving the fee voice message, the second client can trigger the automatic voice playing, so that the on-site consumer can hear the fee voice message, which is equivalent to showing the fee.
Furthermore, before the expense voice information is played, the current volume can be detected, and if the current volume is smaller than the preset volume, the current volume is adjusted to the preset volume so as to prevent the condition that the expense voice information cannot be heard by a consumer due to too small volume. The preset volume may be empirically set to an appropriate value.
In an alternative embodiment, after step S440, the following steps may be further performed:
and responding to a completion instruction input by a user, and sending completion information to a server, wherein the completion information comprises a service field picture and current positioning.
In an optional embodiment, the service order processing method may further include the steps of:
responding to the service content change information input by the user, sending the service content change information to the server, and enabling the server to modify the cost information according to the service content change information;
and receiving the modified expense information sent by the server.
Generally, when a consumer selects service contents when making a service reservation, the server may calculate initial cost information according to the service contents, and may set a default value for an indeterminate portion, such as the number of consumables, to calculate a corresponding initial cost. In the process of the service personnel visiting the door, if the actual service content and the service content in the order have deviation, the service personnel can submit the service content change information in the second client. The service content change information may include detailed changes of service content, such as which service items are added, which original service items are deleted, changes of specific values in the service items, and the like. And the server modifies the expense information according to the change information to obtain actual expense information and returns the actual expense information to the second client. Thereby preventing service personnel from being charged at random on site.
FIG. 5 illustrates an interactive flow of service order processing that may include:
the first client 120 first executes step S521: and reserving the door-to-door service and sending reservation information.
The server 110 executes step S511: receiving reservation information and generating a corresponding home service order; step S512 is executed again: service personnel are allocated for the order, and order information is sent to the second client 130 used by the service personnel.
Meanwhile, the server 110 may perform step S513: generating a service verification code for the order, and sending the service verification code to the first client 120; the first client 120 performs step S522: a service authentication code is received.
The second client 130 performs step S531: receiving a home service order; when the service person arrives at the service site, the step S532 may be performed by the second client 130: confirming the door, and initiating card punching verification; and performs step S533: and sending the verification code and the positioning information.
After receiving the verification code and the positioning information sent by the second client 130, the server 110 first performs step S514: judging whether the positioning information is in a preset range of a service address; if not, the second client 130 is notified that the verification fails, and if so, the step S515 is continuously executed: judging whether the verification code is correct or not; if not, the second client 130 is informed that the verification is not passed, and if yes, the second client 130 is informed that the verification is passed.
In case the check passes, the server 110 may continue to perform step S516: determining cost information according to the service content and sending the cost information to the second client 130; the second client 130 performs step S534: receiving the fee voice message, then executing step S535: the fee voice information is automatically played, so that the on-site consumer can hear the fee voice information.
When the service person completes the service work, the step S536 may be executed by the second client 130: transmitting completion information; the server 110 executes step S517: receiving completion information, marking the home service order as processed, and then notifying the first client 120; the first client 120 performs step S523: a completion notification is received. Thereby completing the entire flow of service order processing.
In summary, in the service order processing method according to the exemplary embodiment, on one hand, automation and information processing of the entire home service process are realized, so that all links are executed based on data interaction between the server and the client, records are generated in the platform system, authenticity of information is guaranteed, and processing efficiency is improved. On the other hand, through the verification of the verification code and the positioning information, the service work of service personnel can be effectively monitored, so that the service quality is ensured, and the consumer experience is improved. On the other hand, the server determines and sends the cost information of the home service, so that effective management in the aspect of cost can be formed, the uniformity of the cost standard is ensured, and the condition that service personnel charge randomly on site is improved.
