Abstract
一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)油墨基材的制备:按重量份数,将高分子亲水性材料、辅助单体、溶剂、链转移剂、引发剂混合后常温搅拌反应1‑6h,制成油墨基材A;按重量份数,将高分子硅烷材料、辅助单体、溶剂、链转移剂、引发剂混合后搅拌常温反应1‑6h,制成油墨基材B;(2)油墨的制备:按重量份数,将油墨基材、颜料、交联剂混合,加入研磨介质研磨10‑120min,即得所述隐形眼镜油墨;本发明反应条件比较温和,在制备过程中不会破坏亲水基团,大大提高了油墨的亲水性。该油墨使用了多异氰酸酯交联剂,使油墨和隐形眼镜单体能通过化学键结合,提高了油墨结合的牢固度;同时,该油墨中的颜料被油墨基材完全包覆,增加了油墨的安全性。

背景技术
近年来,人们对隐形眼镜需求日益增长的同时,对其要求也越来越高,不仅要求美观、时尚,更追求佩戴的舒适性、亲水性以及高透氧性等功能。而油墨作为隐形眼镜中非常重要的组成部分,不仅是可以体现隐形眼镜的色彩丰富性,更是能实现隐形眼镜功能多样性的关键技术之一;因此越来越多的研究者研究隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法。
中国专利CN 1658020A中公开一种彩片油墨的制备方法,具体公开了彩色油墨制备所需的甲基丙烯酸类结合树脂的制备过程,将1,2-二羟基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、异丁烯酸甲酯以及偶氮二异丁腈,2-巯基乙醇、乳酸乙酯置于反应器中,在65℃恒温水槽中反应8h,然后加入阻聚剂用冰水冷却停止反应制成结合树脂,然后将结合树脂、颜料、溶剂混合研磨制成彩色涂料,然后加入交联剂和溶剂混合搅拌均匀制成彩色油墨;该制备工艺复杂,耗时长,不利于批量化生产;而且只适用于抛弃型模压片或传统车削片,使用范围小。
美国专利US8147728B2提供了一种油墨及其制备方法,该油墨可应用于硅酮水凝胶隐形眼镜,其中油墨含有至少一种着色剂、含硅酮粘合剂聚合物、附着促进剂、以及任选的稀释剂。其中含硅酮粘合剂聚合物是包括1.至少一种亲水乙烯类单体;2.至少一种官能化乙烯类单体例如(-OH、-NHR、-COOH、环氧基、酰胺基等)3.至少一种含硅酮乙烯类单体或大单体4.聚合引发剂、溶剂和引发剂。油墨的制备方法包括:步骤一:合成含硅大单体;步骤二:合成含硅酮粘合聚合物;步骤三:制备油墨;该发明提供的油墨虽然可以应用于具有高氧渗透性的硅酮类隐形眼镜,但是因为油墨材料中使用了含硅大单体和硅酮类粘合聚合物,且经过复杂的制备,使油墨的亲水性较差,影响了佩戴的舒适性,同时该油墨的的制备工艺很复杂,工艺条件严苛,不利于生产。因此开发出一种工艺简单、应用范围广油墨的制备方法迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)油墨基材的制备
按重量份数,将60-85份高分子亲水性材料、0-15份辅助单体、10-25份溶剂、0.5-5份链转移剂、0.3-3份引发剂混合后常温搅拌反应1-6h,制成油墨基材A;
按重量份数,将60-85份高分子硅烷材料、0-15份辅助单体、10-25份溶剂、0.5-5份链转移剂、0.3-3份引发剂混合后搅拌常温反应1-6h,制成油墨基材B;
(2)油墨的制备
按重量份数,将55-90份油墨基材、0-30份颜料、3-10份交联剂混合,加入研磨介质研磨10-120min,即得所述隐形眼镜油墨,其中,研磨介质可以为氧化锆小球或玛瑙小球,研磨方法为将混合原料放入研磨罐中,送入研磨机中研磨,研磨完成后将研磨介质滤除,完成所述隐形眼镜油墨的制备过程。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述高分子亲水性材料由甲基丙烯酸类单体和亲水乙烯类单体聚合而成;其中,所述的甲基丙烯酸类单体为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,3-二羟基丙酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种;所述的亲水乙烯类单体为N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基-N-甲基乙酰胺中的至少一种。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述高分子硅烷材料由含一个或多个硅烷或硅氧烷单体聚合而成;其中,所述的含一个或多个硅烷或硅氧烷单体为甲基丙烯酰氧乙氧基硅烷、o-(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)-n-(三乙氧基硅基丙基)氨基甲酸酯、(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)丙基双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基、双-3-甲基丙烯基氧丙基化四甲基二硅氧烷、(甲基丙烯酰氧基甲基)双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基硅烷、二甲基乙氧基甲酰氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述溶剂为环戊酮、环已酮、乳酸乙酯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙醇中的至少一种。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述链转移剂为硫醇类链转移剂十二烷基硫醇、脂肪族硫醇中的至少一种。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢叔丁基、N,N二甲基苯胺、N,N二甲基对甲苯胺中的至少一种。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述油墨基材为油性基材A、油墨基材B或油性基材A和油墨基材B的混合物中的任意一种。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述交联剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、聚六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、双(异氰酸酯苯基)甲烷、二环氧化物中的至少一种。
优选地,所述辅助单体为多烷基类季铵盐、(甲基)丙烯酸氟代烷基酯中的至少一种;其中,多烷基类季铵盐的烷基碳链中的碳原子数低于16。
优选地,所述(甲基)丙烯酸氟代烷基酯包括甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)在制备油墨基材时采用的是常温快速聚合反应体系,反应条件简单,在常温条件下就能发生反应,使油墨基材中的主要单体、辅助单体和其他反应介质快速聚合,从而制得油墨基材。该油墨基材是油墨重要的组成成分,其制备方法是油墨能否制备成功的重要技术。采用此方法制备油墨基材既能实现油墨功能的多样化,同时应用范围广,不仅能应用于水凝胶隐形眼镜,又能应用于硅水凝胶隐形眼镜;
(2)在油墨制备过程中采用特殊的研磨搅拌方式,并且加入氧化锆或玛瑙类材质的小珠或小球。这种研磨方式很好的运用了公转和自转,大大提高了研磨效率,缩短了研磨时间;不仅操作简便,而且能使油墨充分研磨均匀,使油墨基材能完全包覆颜料,提高了油墨色泽的均匀度,同时避免因长时间研磨导致油墨温度升高,使油墨聚合过度而无法使用;
(3)该油墨的反应条件比较温和,在制备过程中不会破坏亲水基团,大大提高了油墨的亲水性。该油墨使用了多异氰酸酯交联剂,使油墨和隐形眼镜单体能通过化学键结合,提高了油墨结合的牢固度;同时,该油墨中的颜料被油墨基材完全包覆,增加了油墨的安全性。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)油墨基材的制备
称取相应重量份数的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,3-二羟基丙酯(GMMA)、环戊酮(CP)、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)于烧杯中,常温搅拌1-2h,然后加入N,N-二甲基苯胺,继续搅拌1-4h,制成油墨基材;配制过程如表1所示;

(2)油墨的制备
称取相应重量份数的油墨基材、交联剂和颜料,和研磨介质混合后研磨10-120min,制得所述隐形眼镜油墨;配制过程如表2所示;

实施例2
(1)油墨基材的制备
称取相应重量份数的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,3-二羟基丙酯(GMMA)、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)、十二烷基硫醇(1-DOL)、乳酸乙酯(EYL)、环戊酮(CP)、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TMA)和过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)于烧杯中,常温搅拌1-2h,然后加入N,N-二甲基苯胺,继续搅拌1-4h,制成油墨基材;配制过程如表3所示;

(3)油墨的制备
称取相应重量份数的油墨基材、交联剂和颜料,和研磨介质混合后研磨10-120min,制得所述隐形眼镜油墨;配制过程如表4所示;

实施例3
(1)油墨基材的制备
称取相应重量份数的(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)丙基双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基(S1)、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷(T1)、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基单封端二甲基聚硅氧烷(P1)、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯(H1)、2-丙醇、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)于烧杯中,常温搅拌1-2h,然后加入N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺(DMPT),继续搅拌1-4h,制成油墨基材;配制过程如表5所示;

(2)油墨的制备
称取相应重量份数的油墨基材、交联剂和颜料,和研磨介质混合后研磨10-120min,制得所述隐形眼镜油墨;配制过程如表6所示;

实施例4
(1)油墨基材的制备
称取相应重量份数的(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)丙基双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基(S1)、O-(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)-N-(三乙氧基硅基丙基)氨基甲酸酯(S2)、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷(T1)、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基单封端二甲基聚硅氧烷(P1)、2-丙醇、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)于烧杯中,常温搅拌1-2h,然后加入N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺(DMPT),继续搅拌1-4h,制成油墨基材;配制过程如表7所示;

(2)油墨的制备
称取相应重量份数的油墨基材、交联剂和颜料,和研磨介质混合后研磨10-120min,制得所述隐形眼镜油墨;配制过程如表8所示;

Claims (10)
1.一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)油墨基材的制备
按重量份数,将60-85份高分子亲水性材料、0-15份辅助单体、10-25份溶剂、0.5-5份链转移剂、0.3-3份引发剂混合后常温搅拌反应1-6h,制成油墨基材A;
按重量份数,将60-85份高分子硅烷材料、0-15份辅助单体、10-25份溶剂、0.5-5份链转移剂、0.3-3份引发剂混合后搅拌常温反应1-6h,制成油墨基材B;
(2)油墨的制备
按重量份数,将55-90份油墨基材、0-30份颜料、3-10份交联剂混合,加入研磨介质研磨10-120min,即得所述隐形眼镜油墨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述高分子亲水性材料由甲基丙烯酸类单体和亲水乙烯类单体聚合而成;其中,所述的甲基丙烯酸类单体为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,3-二羟基丙酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种;所述的亲水乙烯类单体为N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基-N-甲基乙酰胺中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述高分子硅烷材料由含一个或多个硅烷或硅氧烷单体聚合而成;其中,所述的含一个或多个硅烷或硅氧烷单体为甲基丙烯酰氧乙氧基硅烷、o-(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)-n-(三乙氧基硅基丙基)氨基甲酸酯、(3-甲基丙烯酰氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)丙基双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基、双-3-甲基丙烯基氧丙基化四甲基二硅氧烷、(甲基丙烯酰氧基甲基)双(三甲基硅氧基)甲基硅烷、二甲基乙氧基甲酰氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述溶剂为环戊酮、环已酮、乳酸乙酯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述链转移剂为硫醇类链转移剂十二烷基硫醇、脂肪族硫醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢叔丁基、N,N二甲基苯胺、N,N二甲基对甲苯胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述油墨基材为油性基材A、油墨基材B或油性基材A和油墨基材B的混合物中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述交联剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、聚六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、双(异氰酸酯苯基)甲烷、二环氧化物中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辅助单体为多烷基类季铵盐、(甲基)丙烯酸氟代烷基酯中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种隐形眼镜油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述(甲基)丙烯酸氟代烷基酯包括甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯中的至少一种。
