Abstract
The invention relates to a skid deflection-guiding transverse moving device for a roller bed conveying line, which is provided with at least two sets of wheel blocking mechanisms along the direction of the roller bed conveying line, wherein each set of wheel blocking mechanism comprises a first wheel blocking group, a second wheel blocking group and a third wheel blocking group which are sequentially arranged, each of the first wheel blocking group, the second wheel blocking group and the third wheel blocking group consists of a pair of rollers arranged at two sides of the roller bed conveying line, and the widths of the first wheel blocking group, the second wheel blocking group and the third wheel blocking group are sequentially reduced; the second blocking wheel set and/or the third blocking wheel set are/is arranged on a movable plate assembly capable of transversely moving, and the movable plate assembly is connected with the driving unit. The device solves the problem that the slide needs to transversely move by 5mm on a station, has simple and reliable structure, is flexibly arranged without influencing a roller bed, adopts a guide wheel deviation guiding method during the slide feeding to transversely move the slide, reduces the required transverse force, adopts the cylinder to push the slide to adapt to high-frequency operation, reduces the beat time, and adopts the lever and the connecting rod mechanism to reduce the required cylinder thrust.

Background
At present, most of transverse moving equipment such as chain type transverse moving machines, transverse moving trolleys and the like are adopted for transverse moving of a skid in logistics transportation of automobile factories, and the working distance is measured by meters. Such devices are often inadequate in the face of 5mm movement requirements. Firstly, the accuracy problem is that the cross sliding machine adopts a roller wheel with the diameter controlled by a motor and 125mm to roll and convey the skid or the motor drives a chain to convey the skid, the accuracy of the two modes can not reach +/-1 mm, the control of the motor such as starting and stopping can be greatly difficult due to too small stroke, the structure of the cross sliding machine is often heavy, the applicability is poor for the occasion which only requires 5mm of cross sliding, and the occupied space is large.

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a roller bed conveyor line skid deviation guide transverse moving device, which solves the problem that a skid needs to transversely move on a station by 5mm, and the transverse positioning precision of the skid is +/-1 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the device solves the problem that the slide needs to transversely move by 5mm on a station, can ensure the transverse positioning precision of the slide to be +/-1 mm, has simple and reliable structure, can be flexibly arranged under the condition of not influencing a roller bed, adopts a guide wheel deflection method when the slide is fed to transversely move the slide, reduces the required transverse force, adopts the cylinder to push the slide to be suitable for high-frequency operation, reduces the beat time, and adopts the lever and the connecting rod mechanism to reduce the required cylinder thrust.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a skid deflection-guiding and traversing device for a roller bed conveying line is provided with at least two sets of wheel blocking mechanisms along the direction of the roller bed conveying line, wherein each set of wheel blocking mechanism comprises a first wheel blocking group 1, a second wheel blocking group 2 and a third wheel blocking group 3 which are sequentially arranged, each of the first wheel blocking group 1, the second wheel blocking group 2 and the third wheel blocking group 3 consists of a pair of rollers arranged at two sides of the roller bed conveying line, and the widths of the first wheel blocking group 1, the second wheel blocking group 2 and the third wheel blocking group 3 are sequentially reduced; the second blocking wheel set 2 and/or the third blocking wheel set 3 are/is mounted on a movable plate assembly 4 capable of transversely moving, and the movable plate assembly 4 is connected with a driving unit 5.
The tolerance of the position of the first block wheel set 1 for limiting the skid is +/-5-7 mm, the tolerance of the position of the second block wheel set 2 for limiting the skid is +/-3-4 mm, and the tolerance of the position of the second block wheel set 2 for limiting the skid is +/-0.5-1.5 mm. The distance between the first gear wheel set 1 and the second gear wheel set 2 is 600 mm and 650 mm. The distance between the second gear set 2 and the third gear set 3 is 150-170 mm.
The movable plate assembly 4 includes a bottom plate 401, a linear guide 402 disposed on the upper portion of the bottom plate 401, and a sliding plate 403 slidably disposed on the linear guide 402, and the second catch wheel set 2 and/or the third catch wheel set 3 are mounted at two ends of the sliding plate 403 through a bracket 404.
The driving unit 5 comprises a driving cylinder 501, a lever 502 and a connecting rod 503, wherein one end of the lever 502 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the driving cylinder 501, the other end of the lever is hinged on the bottom plate 401 through a fixed shaft 504, one end of the connecting rod 503 is connected with the lever 502, and the other end of the connecting rod 503 is connected on the sliding plate 403. The length direction of the lever 502 is perpendicular to the length direction of the linear guide 402. A copper flange sleeve is arranged between the lever 502 and the fixed shaft 504, so that the lever 502 rotates around the fixed shaft 504. The connecting point of the connecting rod 503 and the lever 502 is arranged close to the connecting end of the lever 502 and the bottom plate 401, so that the force can be increased by utilizing the lever principle, and the force is applied to the sliding plate through the connecting rod, so that the operation is more labor-saving.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the skid transverse moving device 8 is particularly applied to a roller bed conveying line, in the figure, a roller bed 6, a skid 7, a skid locking mechanism 9 and a vehicle body lifter 10 are arranged, when the skid does not need to be transversely moved in work, an air cylinder does not act, and at the moment, a first blocking wheel set, a second blocking wheel set and a third blocking wheel set play a role in guiding and positioning to guide the skid to a middle position. When the sliding sledge needs to transversely move, the cylinder drives the lever to swing, force amplified by utilizing the lever principle is applied to the sliding plate through the connecting rod, then the second blocking wheel set and/or the third blocking wheel set are fixed on the sliding plate and are deviated by 5mm, when the sliding sledge enters after moving, the sliding sledge is guided by 5mm through the guide wheels, and the sliding sledge can be accurately transversely moved after being guided by 6 groups of guide wheels.

the first blocking wheel set (1), the second blocking wheel set (2) and the third blocking wheel set (3) are all composed of a pair of idler wheels arranged on two sides of the roller bed conveying line, and the widths of the first blocking wheel set (1), the second blocking wheel set (2) and the third blocking wheel set (3) are sequentially reduced;
the second blocking wheel set (2) and/or the third blocking wheel set (3) are/is arranged on a movable plate component (4) capable of transversely moving, and the movable plate component (4) is connected with a driving unit (5).

The skid deviation-guiding and traversing device for the roller bed conveying line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tolerance of the position of the skid of the first block wheel set (1) is limited to be +/-5-7 mm, the tolerance of the position of the skid of the second block wheel set (2) is limited to be +/-3-4 mm, and the tolerance of the position of the skid of the second block wheel set (2) is +/-0.5-1.5 mm.
