Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, a wiping roller 12 is rotatably disposed at the left end of an inner cavity of the air drying box 5, two strip-shaped openings (not labeled in the figures) are disposed on the top wall of the air drying box 5 above the wiping roller 12, a drying box 13 is disposed on the upper surface of the air drying box 5 above the two strip-shaped openings, a driving roller 14 and a driven roller 15 are disposed inside the drying box 13, the outer end of the driving roller 14 extending out of the drying box 13 is connected with a first motor 16, and the first motor 16 is used for driving the driving roller 14 to rotate. A transfer cloth belt 17 is provided between the wiping roller 12, the drive roller 14, and the driven roller 15, and the transfer cloth belt 17 thereof is provided in the air drying box 5 and the drying box 13 through two strip-shaped ports. The outer surface of the transmission cloth belt 17 is compounded with a water absorption layer 18, and the water absorption layer 18 can be selected from water absorption cotton cloth or water absorption sponge with good water absorption. A drying opening (not marked in the figure) facing the water absorbing layer 18 is arranged on the left end inclined plane of the drying box 13, an air inlet cover 19 is arranged on the drying opening, an air heater 20 is arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning box 4, an air outlet of the air heater 20 is connected with a hot air pipe 21, then the end part of the hot air pipe 21 is connected with the air inlet cover 19, and hot air can be continuously input into the drying box 13 through the air heater 20. Meanwhile, a cloth guide roller 22 is also rotatably provided in the drying box 13 on the right side of the transfer cloth belt 17, and the arrangement of the cloth guide roller 22 thereof slants the transfer cloth belt 17 between the cloth guide roller 22 and the driven roller 15 low on the left and high on the right. A dust removing claw roller 23 is rotatably arranged in the drying box 13 positioned at the upper right of the cloth guide roller 22, a plurality of claws 231 (the shape of the dust removing claw roller 23 can refer to the figure 6) are arranged on the circumferential surface of the dust removing claw roller 23, the claws 231 on the left side surface of the dust removing claw roller 23 are contacted with the water absorbing layer 18 on the outer surface of the conveying cloth belt 17, a second motor 24 connected with the roller shaft of the dust removing claw roller 23 is arranged on the outer wall of the drying box 13, the second motor 24 can drive the dust removing claw roller 23 to rotate clockwise, and impurities adhered on the water absorbing layer can be raked down in the clockwise rotation process of the dust removing claw roller 23.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a dust suction opening (not labeled in the figure) is formed in the right side surface of the drying box 13 on the right side of the dust removing claw roller 23, a dust suction cover 25 is arranged on the dust suction opening, an industrial dust collector 26 is arranged beside the rack 1, a dust suction pipe 27 connected with the dust suction cover 25 is connected to the industrial dust collector 26, and impurities climbing down from the water absorption layer 18 by the dust removing claw roller 23 can be completely removed through the negative pressure adsorption effect of the industrial dust collector 26.
Finally, referring to fig. 3 and 7, air knives 27 are symmetrically arranged up and down in the air drying box 5 located at the right side of the wiping roller 12, air inlets of the two air knives 27 are connected with an external air blower (not shown in the figure), and the air drying process of the last process can be completed on the glass cover plate through the arrangement of the two air knives 27.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 is an improvement of the inside of the water tank on the basis of embodiment 1, and embodiment 2 is the same as embodiment 1 without explaining again except that an upper end opening of the water tank 6 is provided and an upper end opening of the water tank 6 is provided directly below the washing tank 4 with reference to fig. 3. This embodiment is provided with the water deflector 28 that the height set up on the low right side in a left side in the right side wall of water tank 6, leave the clearance between its water deflector 28 left end and the 6 left side walls of water tank, lower surface at water deflector 28 is connected with riser 29, also leave the clearance between riser 29 and the diapire of water tank 6, then be connected with baffle 30 on the 6 diapire of water tank that is located riser 29 right side, the setting of its riser 29 and baffle 30 can reach the effect of similar and U type level gauge, then be provided with filter cloth 31 between riser 29 and baffle 30, its filter cloth 31 can be complete with the whole filtration of the impurity that carries in the washing liquid. Then the pipeline connected with the water inlet end of the water pump 10 extends into the inner cavity of the water tank 6 at the right side of the clapboard 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in order to realize real-time monitoring of the liquid level inside the water tank 6 and timely supplement of the cleaning liquid, a liquid level sensor 34 is further disposed at the top end of the right side surface of the partition plate 30, a water feeding pipe 32 is connected to the water tank 6 on the right side of the partition plate 30, and a valve 33 is disposed on the water feeding pipe 32.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A flat plate cleaning device for glass cover plates comprises a rack and a control cabinet, wherein a roller way conveying mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the rack, a cleaning box is arranged at the left end of the roller way conveying mechanism, an air drying box is arranged on the roller way conveying mechanism on the right side of the cleaning box, a water tank is arranged on the rack right below the cleaning box, a plurality of groups of brush rollers which are symmetrically arranged up and down are rotatably arranged in the cleaning box, a driving device is arranged at the outer end of a roller shaft of each group of the brush rollers, high-pressure water branch pipes are arranged on the top wall of the cleaning box on the left side and the right side of each group of the brush rollers, the axes of the high-pressure water branch pipes are parallel to the axes of the brush rollers, a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the lower surfaces of the high-pressure water branch pipes, a water pump, the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with a high-pressure water header pipe, the end part of each high-pressure water branch pipe extending out of the cleaning box is connected with the high-pressure water header pipe, and the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the high-pressure water header pipe, the end part of each high-pressure water branch pipe extending out of the cleaning box is connected with the high-pressure water header pipe, the left end of the inner cavity of the drying box is rotatably provided with a wiping roller, the top wall of the drying box positioned above the wiping roller is provided with two strip-shaped ports, the upper surface of the drying box positioned above the two strip-shaped ports is provided with a drying box, the inside of the drying box is provided with a driving roller and a driven roller, the outer end of the driving roller extending out of the drying box is connected with a first motor, a conveying cloth belt is arranged among the wiping roller, the driving, the air outlet of the air heater is connected with a hot air pipe, and the end part of the hot air pipe is connected with an air inlet cover;
a cloth guide roller is rotatably arranged in the drying box at the right side of the cloth conveying belt, the cloth conveying belt between the cloth guide roller and the driven roller is obliquely arranged, a dust removing claw roller is rotatably arranged in the drying box at the upper right side of the cloth guide roller, the outer wall of the drying box is provided with a second motor connected with a roller shaft of the dust removing claw roller, the circumferential surface of the dust removing claw roller is provided with a plurality of harrow claws, the rake claws on the left side surface of the dust removing claw roller are contacted with the water absorption layer on the outer surface of the conveying cloth belt, the right side surface of the drying box on the right side of the dust removing claw roller is provided with a dust absorption opening, the dust collection device is characterized in that a dust collection cover is arranged on the dust collection port, an industrial dust collector is arranged beside the rack, a dust collection pipe connected with the dust collection cover is connected onto the industrial dust collector, air knives are symmetrically arranged in the air drying box on the right side of the wiping roller up and down, and air inlets of the two air knives are connected with an external air blower.

The glass cover plate cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the roller conveying mechanism comprises a front strip box and a rear strip box, a plurality of driving rollers are rotatably arranged between the two strip boxes at equal intervals, and the outer surfaces of the driving rollers are coated with rubber skins.
