s1: draining the car washing water into a primary filtering tank; wherein, a pretreatment filter containing a pretreatment filter component and a buoyancy piece is arranged in advance below a water inlet of the primary filter tank; the pretreatment filter is suspended or floats in the primary filtering tank and is used for primarily filtering the car washing water entering the primary filtering tank;
s2: communicating the primary filter tank with a clean water tank through a backwashing filter system; the backwashing filter system pumps water in the primary filter tank out, and the water flows through a backwashing device for secondary filtration and then is discharged into a clear water tank; when the backwashing device needs to be cleaned, the backwashing filter system pumps part of the water in the clean water tank into the backwashing device to clean the backwashing device.
