The invention discloses a plug bonding process of a catheter, which comprises the following steps: prefabricating and molding a plug body containing a developer; injecting glue solution into the end part of the catheter body of the catheter to be connected with the plug body, and sleeving a heat shrinkage film outside the catheter body of the end part of the catheter to be provided with the plug body; and extruding partial glue solution arranged at the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body when the shrink film shrinks. And under the action of the heat shrinkable film, the glue solution flows out from the middle of the plug body and the tube body and is wrapped on the outer surface of the catheter with the plug body area by the heat shrinkable film. The outer surface of the end with the plug body of the catheter prepared by the plug bonding process is smooth, and the processing efficiency and the yield of the catheter can be greatly improved by the process.

Technical Field

Background
In clinical medicine, when a patient fails to perform autonomous urination, it is generally necessary to draw out urine in the bladder of the patient using a catheter to relieve problems such as urinary retention. The catheter mainly comprises a guide head and a tube body, and developer is usually compounded in the guide head so as to prevent the catheter from being taken out conveniently when the catheter accidentally falls off to the viscera of a human body.
The existing catheter is characterized in that after barium-containing glue solution is injected into a plug mold, the end part of the catheter is immersed below the liquid level of the glue solution, and then the glue solution is solidified into a plug by heating and the like and is integrally connected with the catheter. However, the processing efficiency of the catheter is low by adopting the mode, the smoothness of the outer surface of the plug is insufficient, the yield is low and the like.

The invention discloses a plug bonding process of a catheter, which comprises the following steps:
(1) prefabricating and molding a plug body containing a developer;
(2) injecting glue solution into the end part of the catheter body of the urinary catheter to be connected with the plug body, and placing the plug body in the step (1) at the end part of the urinary catheter and connecting the plug body with the end part of the urinary catheter;
(3) extruding partial glue solution at the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body, and arranging a shrink sleeve capable of wrapping the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body and at least one partial area of the outer surface of the plug body outside the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body. Therefore, by utilizing the process of the invention, the formed plug body is directly bonded with the tube body, part of glue solution at the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body is extruded during bonding, so that the glue solution is fully filled between the end part of the catheter and the plug body and flows out to the middle of the shrinkage sleeve and the catheter in a small amount, and under the action of the shrinkage sleeve, the outer surface of the glue layer between the tube body of the catheter and the plug body is smooth, so that the flatness of the area of the catheter with the plug body is high after the glue solution is solidified.
Further, the developer is barium.
Furthermore, the plug body has elasticity.
Further, in the step (3), the glue solution is extruded out by applying a force to the axial center line of the catheter to the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body.
Further, the shrink sleeve is a shrink film. According to the invention, the thermal contraction film is sleeved outside the tube body and the plug body, when the thermal contraction film shrinks, the glue solution in the tube at the end part of the tube body is partially extruded to the position between the end part of the tube body and the plug body and flows out slightly to enable the tube body and the plug body to be fully bonded, and meanwhile, under the cladding limit of the thermal contraction film, the outer surface of the end, provided with the plug body, of the finally obtained catheter is smooth.
Further, the inner diameter of the shrink film before shrinking is larger than the outer diameter of the area of the catheter with the stopper body. Therefore, the plug body and the tube body can be placed and bonded conveniently, glue liquid can be injected conveniently, after shrinkage, the shrinkage film is tightened towards the end parts of the plug body and the tube body, the glue liquid positioned at the end part of the tube body is extruded, and meanwhile, under the coating of the shrinkage film, the glue liquid flowing out from the middle of the plug body and the tube body can be ensured to form a smooth and flat outer surface after solidification.
Furthermore, after the glue solution is injected into the catheter body, the shrink film is tightened, and part of the glue solution on the end part of the catheter body connected with the plug body is extruded to the middle of the surface, close to the catheter, of the plug body.
The invention also provides a catheter prepared by the process. The outer surface of the end part of the catheter with the plug body is flat and smooth, glue solution is uniformly distributed, and the structure of the catheter is firm.

the embodiment provides a plug bonding process of a catheter, which comprises the following steps:
(1) prefabricating and molding the plug body 2 containing the developer;
(2) arranging a heat shrinkable film 4 capable of wrapping the end part of the catheter body 1 connected with the plug body 2 and the plug body 2 at the end part of the catheter to be provided with the plug body 2, wherein the inner diameter of the heat shrinkable film 4 before shrinkage is larger than the outer diameter of the plug body 2 and the outer diameter of the end part of the catheter body 1 connected with the plug body 2 (see figure 3);
(3) injecting glue solution into the tube at the end part of one end of the tube body 1, where the plug body 2 is to be installed, and placing the plug body 2 in the step (1) at the end part of the catheter and connecting the plug body with the catheter;
(4) the heat shrinkable film 4 is heated, and the end part of the catheter connected with the stopper body 2 is shrunk by the shrinkage of the heat shrinkable film 4 (see fig. 4). Therefore, when the heat shrinkable film 4 shrinks, a part of glue solution originally in the tube at the end of the catheter is extruded and flows to a gap between the catheter and the plug body 2 and flows out from the middle of the tube body 1 and the plug body 2, meanwhile, under the tightening and covering action of the heat shrinkable film 4, the glue solution can be fully distributed between the tube body 1 and the plug body 2 of the catheter, and a small amount of glue solution flowing out from the middle of the tube body 1 and the plug body 2 can form a flat and smooth outer surface connected with the tube body 1 and the plug body 2 on the outer surface of the catheter after being cured under the action of the heat shrinkable film 4.
Step (2) of this embodiment may also be completed after step (3), and it is only necessary to ensure that the glue solution is injected into the tube at the end of the tube body 1 connected to the plug body 2 before the heat shrinkable film 4 shrinks.

2. The process for bonding the plug of the urinary catheter according to claim 1, wherein the developing agent is barium.
3. The process for bonding a stopper of a urinary catheter according to claim 1, wherein the stopper body has elasticity.
4. The process for bonding the plug of the catheter according to claim 1, wherein the glue is extruded in the step (3) by applying a force to the axial center line of the catheter to the end part of the catheter connected with the plug body.
5. The process for bonding the end cap of the urinary catheter according to claim 4, wherein the shrink sleeve is a shrink film.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein the inner diameter of the shrink film before shrinking is larger than the outer diameter of the catheter in the area with the stopper body.
7. The process for bonding the plug of the catheter according to claim 6, wherein after the glue solution is injected into the catheter body of the catheter, the shrink film is tightened, and part of the glue solution on the end part of the catheter body connected with the plug body is extruded to the middle of the surface, close to the catheter, of the plug body.
8. A urinary catheter prepared by the process of any one of claims 1 to 7.
