In the case of a drug solution ampoule such as serum that has a rubber stopper sealed on one side, the injection needle is normally used when the injection needle is inserted into the rubber stopper and the drug solution in the ampoule is aspirated. As a result, there have been cases in which the needle is displaced backward, or when inserted into or withdrawn from a human body, the needle is displaced at the tube joint, and sometimes comes off from the tube joint, resulting in therapeutic inconveniences.

Therefore, in order to prevent displacement of the needle during use, there have been proposals in which a special adhesive is added to the joint neck of the injection needle and the tube to bond the tube and the needle. There is also a proposal to improve the connection by applying point crimping or line crimping to the outer wall of the tube.Furthermore, a low melting point synthetic resin pipe is provided on the inner wall of the tube joint, and the outer wall of the pipe is crimped with the low melting point. There is also a proposal to install a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin tube that starts shrinking near its melting point, heat that part, and connect the needle and tube through heat shrinkage, but the first proposal requires an additional bonding process using a special adhesive. However, it is not economical, and
The third proposal requires complicated molds and requires point crimping or line crimping processing equipment, resulting in poor productivity; This increases the number of steps such as fitting the synthetic resin tube inside and outside, heating and pressurizing it, and it lacks productivity, and it is far from perfect in terms of preventing needle displacement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to overcome and eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned known proposals and to provide a coupling method and an injection needle in which the needle does not displace or come off at the tube coupling part. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for connecting a syringe and a tube, which can save labor in the process of joining a syringe and a tube, and thus to provide a method and a syringe needle for connecting a syringe and a tube, which can be provided at low cost.

The structure of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings showing embodiments. A known needle tube material 2 having the required pores 1 and having pointed ends at both ends is supported on a regulating plate that fits the needle tube material 2, The needle tube material 2 is formed by applying a compressive load in the axial direction simultaneously from both sides in the axial direction by header processing (Header System) to form an appropriate buckling part 3 in the center of the needle tube material 2. A coupling tube 6 formed with a concave portion 4 and a pointed portion 5 for externally fitting the adapter.
The buckling part 3 is formed by insert molding by positioning a cavity suitable for the mold into an indented mold, heating and press-fitting a synthetic resin material using a transfer molding machine, etc.
is sealed in a synthetic resin molded layer 7, and the needle tube material 2 is configured to withstand the load in the axial direction. The injection needle 8 that has been sealed and bonded to the coupling tube 6 is enclosed via a known and required protection tube 9 and cap 10, and then shipped as a product.

Since the invention of the present application has the above configuration, the buckled part of the needle tube material is sealed inside the molded layer of the insert-molded coupling tube, and the bulge of the buckled part is locked in the resin molded layer and connected. Since the stress in the axial direction is large, when inserting the injection needle into the sealing rubber stopper of a drug solution ampoule, or inserting or withdrawing it into the skin or blood vessel of a human body, the needle tube section may be There is no risk of displacement or separation from the pipe joint. Furthermore, it was found that the cavity of the buckled portion formed by the header process did not cause any problem in the transfer of the chemical solution.

Therefore, there is no need for processing steps such as using an adhesive to bond the joint with the joint pipe, or interposing a low-melting resin pipe on the inner wall of the pipe joint and heat-shrinking it, which improves productivity. It is abundant and can be provided at low cost.
