Abstract
The invention discloses a guide head structure at the end part of a pipe body, a bonding process and a guide head bonding die. The plug body of the invention contains barium developer. The guide head bonding process comprises the steps of placing a prefabricated plug body into a bonding mold, injecting glue into the bonding mold, inserting one end of a pipe body to be connected with the plug body into the glue, and bonding the plug body and a catheter after the glue is cured and molded. By utilizing the guide head bonding process for the end part of the pipe body, the bonding efficiency of the plug body and the pipe body can be greatly improved, the processing efficiency is high, and the yield is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a guide head structure of a tube body end part, a bonding process and a guide head bonding die.
Background
For the elderly, the disabled or other people who are bedridden for a long time, the elderly, the disabled or other people who cannot have mobility ability, the patients mostly need to be bedridden for a long time, and the urinary catheters are generally used for leading out urine in the bladder of the patients to solve the problems of urine retention and the like because the patients cannot urinate autonomously, so that the market demand of the urinary catheters is huge. The catheter mainly comprises a guide head and a tube body, and developer is usually compounded in the guide head so as to prevent the catheter from being taken out conveniently when the catheter accidentally falls off to the viscera of a human body.
Most of the prior art manually and directly bond the plug and the tube body by glue solution, so that the outer surface of the glue layer at the joint of the plug and the tube body is not smooth or uneven in glue solution distribution, and the surface of the glue layer is not flat and needs to be manually treated for the second time, so that the processing efficiency of the catheter is extremely low.
Referring to fig. 5, at present, after injecting a glue solution containing a developing agent into a plug mold 5, the end part of the catheter is immersed below the liquid level of the glue solution 6, and then the glue solution is heated to be solidified into a plug and integrally connected with the catheter. However, the plug forming effect is difficult to ensure by adopting the method, the smoothness of the outer surface is poor, and the yield is still low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a guide head structure of a pipe body end part, a bonding process and a guide head bonding die.
The guide head structure at the end part of the pipe body comprises a plug body and the pipe body, wherein the plug body is connected with the end part of the pipe body in an adhesive mode, the plug body is bonded with the pipe body after being prefabricated and formed, a developer is contained in the plug body, a first adhesive layer is arranged between the surfaces, close to the pipe body, of the plug body, and the guide head structure further comprises a second adhesive layer integrally connected with the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer covers the outer side wall of the area, close to the pipe body, of the plug body and the pipe body, and is connected with the outer surfaces of the areas, without the second adhesive layer, of the outer surfaces of the plug body and the pipe body to form a smooth surface. Therefore, the guide head structure of the present invention has a smooth outer surface at the connection area of the tube body and the plug body, and forms a smooth outer surface with the surfaces of the plug body and the tube body.
Furthermore, a third adhesive layer is arranged inside one end of the pipe body connected with the plug body.
Furthermore, the plug body has elasticity.
Further, the developer is barium.
The invention also provides a catheter which comprises the guide head structure.
The invention also provides a guide head bonding process of the end part of the pipe body, which is used for bonding the plug body and the pipe body.
Further, the guide head bonding process of the end part of the pipe body comprises the following steps:
(1) prefabricating and molding a plug body containing a developer;
(2) placing the plug body obtained in the step (1) in a bonding mould, wherein the middle part of the bonding mould is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the plug body and the end part of a pipe body connected with the plug body;
(3) and injecting glue solution into one side of the plug body connected with the tube body, and inserting the end part of the catheter into the glue solution and immersing the end part of the catheter into the glue solution. The process can be used for quickly bonding the plug body with the tube body, after the tube body is inserted with glue solution, a small amount of glue solution flows out from the space between the tube body and the plug body, and under the action of the bonding mould, after the glue solution is cured, the outer surface of the end part provided with the plug body is smooth, and the yield is high.
Furthermore, a smooth connecting surface protruding towards the axial center line far away from the plug body and the tube body is arranged in the area, connected with the plug body and the tube body, of the bonding mold, and a glue containing gap used for containing glue liquid is formed among the connecting surface, the plug body and the tube body. Therefore, when the pipe body is spliced with the plug body, the glue liquid can flow into the glue containing gap, the glue liquid between the pipe body and the plug body is ensured to be filled in place, and meanwhile, the connecting surface is a smooth surface, so that the glue liquid flowing out of the glue containing gap can be integrally formed with the plug body and the pipe body to form a smooth outer surface after being cured and formed, and the smoothness of the outer surface of the guide head structure is good.
The invention also provides a guide head bonding die which is used for bonding the plug body and the tube body and comprises a die main body, wherein a containing cavity is arranged in the middle of the die main body, the containing cavity comprises a first cavity body matched with the plug body in shape and a second cavity body used for being clamped into the tube body, smooth connecting surfaces protruding from the surfaces, close to each other, of the first cavity body and the second cavity body to the axial center line far away from the plug body and the tube body are formed, and a glue containing gap used for containing glue liquid is formed among the connecting surfaces, the plug body and the tube body. By utilizing the guide head bonding die, the middle of the pipe body and the plug body can be fully filled with glue solution, a small amount of glue solution can overflow into the glue containing gap, and the outer surface of the connecting area of the plug body and the guide pipe of the guide head is smooth under the action of the connecting surface.
Furthermore, an exhaust hole communicated with the outside is formed in one side, far away from the pipe body, of the guide head bonding die.

The plug body of this embodiment contains a barium developer (e.g., barium sulfate).
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the plug body 2 is made of a material with elasticity, such as silica gel or rubber.
The catheter body 1 of this embodiment can be used as a urinary catheter, and when it is used for catheterization, the catheter body is preferably made of elastic flexible material, preferably made of silica gel.

(3) the end part of the tube body 1 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 41 and fully contacted with the glue solution, the glue solution is extruded by the tube body 1 and flows into the glue accommodating gap, and the plug body 2 is bonded with the tube body 1 after the glue solution is cured and molded. Under the action of the connecting surface 414, the outer surface of the connecting part of the plug body 2 and the pipe body 1 of the obtained guide head structure can be smooth.
By utilizing the process, the processing efficiency of the guide head structure is high, the yield is high, and the outer surfaces of the plug body 2 and the pipe body 1 of the guide head structure are smooth and flat.

(3) and injecting glue solution into one side of the plug body connected with the tube body, and inserting the end part of the catheter into the glue solution and immersing the end part of the catheter into the glue solution.
