Abstract
The invention discloses a balloon protective sleeve and an installation method thereof, wherein the balloon protective sleeve comprises an inner tube and an outer tube, the inner tube is matched with a balloon, and the outer tube is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube; the side wall of the inner pipe is provided with a crack, the crack penetrates through the side wall of the inner pipe, the length of the crack in the axial direction of the inner pipe is equal to the length of the inner pipe, and the inner wall of the inner pipe is of a smooth structure; the outer pipe is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner pipe, the inner wall of the outer pipe is of a smooth structure, the inner pipe is made of elastic materials, the crack is closed when the inner pipe is in a restrained state, the inner pipe is in a complete tubular shape and is coated on the surface of the balloon, and the inner pipe is in a natural state and is in clearance fit with the balloon; the outer pipe is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner pipe to enable the inner pipe to be in a restrained state. The invention can reduce the loss of the medicine coated on the surface of the saccule, protect the surface of the saccule and facilitate the use in the operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a balloon protective sleeve and an installation method thereof.
Background
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral vascular diseases are the diseases with the highest global morbidity, the interventional therapy of the drug eluting balloon catheter becomes the most common treatment mode, and the drug eluting balloon needs a protective tube to protect the balloon in the packaging process, so that the balloon is prevented from being scratched and adhered with foreign matters or the memory performance of the balloon is kept, and the balloon is completely folded. At present, mainly adopt the protective sheath to protect the sacculus, but the sacculus protective sheath can lead to the loss of coating medicine because of the friction when sheatheeing in and taking off, this kind of loss is uncontrollable usually, can lead to the stability of technology to cause the influence, thereby lead to medicine elution sacculus after getting into the human body, its surperficial medicine is not enough in reaching treatment, thereby reduce the treatment curative effect, and simultaneously, protective sheath and sacculus friction also are a damage, probably lead to the sacculus to be destroyed, thereby probably cause the medical accident.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a balloon protective sleeve which can reduce the loss of medicine coated on the surface of a balloon, protect the surface of the balloon and facilitate the use in the operation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses a balloon protective sleeve which comprises an inner tube and an outer tube, wherein the inner tube is matched with a balloon, and the outer tube is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube;
the side wall of the inner tube is provided with a crack which penetrates through the side wall of the inner tube, the length of the crack in the axial direction of the inner tube is equal to the length of the inner tube, the inner wall of the inner tube is of a smooth structure, the inner tube is made of elastic material,
the inner tube is in a constrained state, the crack is closed, the inner tube is in a complete tube shape and is coated on the surface of the saccule,
the inner tube is in a natural state, and the inner tube is in clearance fit with the balloon;
the outer tube shrink cladding makes the inner tube be in the restraint state in the inner tube periphery, and the outer tube inner wall is smooth structure.
Preferably, the outer tube lateral wall is the strip including easily tearing the portion, easily tearing the portion length direction and being on a parallel with the outer tube axial, and two long limits that easily tear the portion are weak connection outer tube lateral wall respectively.
Preferably, the outer tube is a heat shrinkable tube, or the outer tube is a plastic material.
Preferably, the length of the inner tube is 1.1-1.5 times of the length of the saccule, the diameter of the inner tube is 2-9 mm, the length of the outer tube is 1.1-1.5 times of the length of the inner tube, and the diameter of the outer tube is 1.1-1.5 times of the diameter of the inner tube.
Preferably, the fracture is "S" shaped.
Preferably, the inner tube is in a constrained state and the two sides of the fracture are lapped and closed.
Preferably, the edges of the inner walls of the two ends of the inner tube are in a chamfer structure.
The invention also discloses an installation method of the balloon protective sleeve, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. folding the saccule and sleeving the saccule on the steel needle;
b. after the crack is expanded by using the expansion device, sleeving the inner tube on the balloon, and loosening the expansion device;
c. sleeving the outer pipe on the periphery of the inner pipe;
d. and (3) shrinking the molding outer pipe to enable the outer pipe to coat the inner pipe, so that the inner pipe is in a constraint state.
Preferably, in the step d, the outer tube is a heat-shrinkable tube, and the heat is applied to satisfy the shrink-packing function of the outer tube.
Preferably, in step d, the outer tube is made of a plastic material, and the outer tube is shaped by using mechanical pressurization to meet the shrink-wrapping function of the outer tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the balloon insertion device is provided with the inner tube and the outer tube, and the inner tube is designed to be an open structure, so that the drug loss caused by friction of the drug amount of a drug coating in the traditional process can be avoided in the balloon insertion process.
2. The outer pipe is designed to be sleeved outside the inner pipe in a shrinkage mode, and impurities at the opening part of the inner pipe can be effectively prevented from entering.
3. In the operation process of the operation, the outer tube can be easily taken out, and the inner tube is convenient to take off, so that the damage of the conventional protective tube to the coating in the removing process is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The restraint state referred to in the application is a state in which the crack 5 is closed when the inner tube 3 is under the action of an external force;
the natural state referred to in this application is a state in which the inner tube 3 is not externally stressed and the slit 5 is opened.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the invention comprises an inner tube 3 and an outer tube 4, wherein the inner tube 3 is matched with a balloon 2, and the outer tube 4 is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube 3;
the side wall of the inner tube 3 is provided with a crack 5, the crack 5 penetrates through the side wall of the inner tube 3, the length of the crack 5 in the axial direction of the inner tube 3 is equal to the length of the inner tube 3, and the inner wall of the inner tube 3 is of a smooth structure;
the outer pipe 4 is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner pipe 3, the inner wall of the outer pipe 4 is of a smooth structure,
the side wall of the outer tube 4 comprises an easy-tearing part 6, the easy-tearing part 6 is strip-shaped, the length direction of the easy-tearing part 6 is parallel to the axial direction of the outer tube 4, two long edges of the easy-tearing part 6 are respectively and weakly connected with the side wall of the outer tube 4,
the outer tube 4 is a heat shrinkable tube, or the outer tube 4 is a plastic material,
the length of the inner tube 3 is 1.1 to 1.5 times of the length of the saccule 2, the diameter of the inner tube 3 is 2 to 9mm, the length of the outer tube 4 is 1.1 to 1.5 times of the length of the inner tube 3, the diameter of the outer tube 4 is 1.1 to 1.5 times of the diameter of the inner tube 3,
the slits 5 are S-shaped, and the slits 5 can be linear, arc and other irregular lines.
The inner tube 3 is of an elastic material,
the inner tube 3 is in a constrained state, the crack 5 is closed, the inner tube 3 is in a complete tube shape, the inner tube 3 is coated on the surface of the saccule 2,
the inner tube 3 is in a natural state, and the inner tube 3 is in clearance fit with the balloon 2;
the outer tube 4 is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner tube 3 to enable the inner tube 3 to be in a restrained state.
Meanwhile, two sides of the crack 5 can be in a mutually-matched step shape, and when the inner pipe 3 is in a constraint state, the two sides of the crack 5 are in lap joint and closed.
The invention also discloses an installation method of the balloon protective sleeve, which comprises the following steps:
a. folding the sacculus 2 and sleeving the sacculus on the steel needle 1;
b. after the crack 5 is expanded by using the expansion device, the inner tube 3 is sleeved on the balloon 2, and the expansion device is loosened;
c. sleeving the outer pipe 4 on the periphery of the inner pipe 3;
d. and (3) shrinking and molding the outer pipe 4 to enable the outer pipe 4 to coat the inner pipe 3, so that the inner pipe 3 is in a restrained state.
In the step d, when the outer tube 4 is a heat-shrinkable tube, the heat is applied to satisfy the shrink-packing function of the outer tube 4;
when the outer tube 4 is a plastic material, the outer tube 4 is shaped using mechanical compression to satisfy the shrink wrapping function of the outer tube 4.
In actual use, after a certain amount of medicine is coated on the surface of the balloon 2, the inner tube 3 is sleeved on the balloon 2, and the balloon 2 and the inner tube 3 are fixed by shrinking the outer tube 4;
when the medical balloon is used by a doctor, the inner tube 3 is taken down after the outer tube 4 is taken down, and the inner tube 3 is in clearance fit with the balloon 2 in a natural state, so that the loss of medicines when the balloon 2 is taken out can be reduced.

Claims (10)
1. A balloon protective sheath which characterized in that: comprises an inner tube (3) and an outer tube (4), wherein the inner tube (3) is matched with the balloon (2), and the outer tube (4) is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube (3);
the side wall of the inner tube (3) is provided with a crack (5), the crack (5) penetrates through the side wall of the inner tube (3), the length of the crack (5) in the axial direction of the inner tube (3) is equal to that of the inner tube (3), and the inner wall of the inner tube (3) is of a smooth structure;
the outer pipe (4) is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner pipe (3), and the inner wall of the outer pipe (4) is of a smooth structure.
2. The balloon protective sheath of claim 1, wherein: outer tube (4) lateral wall is the strip including easily tearing portion (6), easily tears portion (6) length direction and is on a parallel with outer tube (4) axial, easily tears two long limits of portion (6) and weak connection outer tube (4) lateral wall respectively.
3. The balloon protective sheath of claim 1, wherein: the outer pipe (4) is a heat shrinkable pipe, or the outer pipe (4) is made of plastic material.

The balloon protective sheath of claim 1, wherein: the length of the inner tube (3) is 1.1-1.5 times of the length of the saccule (2), the diameter of the inner tube (3) is 2-9 mm, the length of the outer tube (4) is 1.1-1.5 times of the length of the inner tube (3), and the diameter of the outer tube (4) is 1.1-1.5 times of the diameter of the inner tube (3).
5. The balloon protective sheath of claim 1, wherein: the crack (5) is S-shaped.
6. The balloon protective sheath of claim 1, wherein: the inner tube (3) is made of elastic material,
the inner tube (3) is in a constrained state, the crack (5) is closed, the inner tube (3) is in a complete tubular shape, the inner tube (3) is coated on the surface of the balloon (2),
the inner tube (3) is in a natural state, and the inner tube (3) is in clearance fit with the balloon (2);
the outer pipe (4) is shrunk and coated on the periphery of the inner pipe (3) to enable the inner pipe (3) to be in a constrained state.
7. The balloon protective sheath of claim 6, wherein: the inner pipe (3) is in a restrained state, and two sides of the crack (5) are in lap joint and closed.
8. A method of installing a balloon protective sheath according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
a. the balloon (2) is folded and sleeved on the steel needle (1);
b. after the crack (5) is expanded by using the expansion device, the inner tube (3) is sleeved on the balloon (2), and the expansion device is loosened;
c. sleeving the outer pipe (4) on the periphery of the inner pipe (3);
d. and (3) shrinking and molding the outer pipe (4) to enable the outer pipe (4) to coat the inner pipe (3) so that the inner pipe (3) is in a restrained state.
9. The method of installation according to claim 8, wherein: in the step d, the outer pipe (4) is a heat-shrinkable pipe, and the heat-shrinkable pipe can meet the shrink-packing function of the outer pipe (4).
10. The method of installation according to claim 8, wherein: in the step d, the outer tube (4) is made of a plastic material, and the outer tube (4) is shaped by mechanical pressurization to meet the shrink packaging function of the outer tube (4).
