Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition, in particular to a composition for relieving physical fatigue and application thereof in health wine.
Background
With the continuous acceleration of life and work rhythm, people are in various tense and busy things for a long time, and the incidence of dizziness, physical weakness, insomnia, poor appetite and other diseases is continuously increased under the influence of a plurality of factors such as living environment and the like. Traditional Chinese medicine puts physical fatigue into categories of 'fatigue', 'lacked', etc. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that the qi consumption caused by labor, namely the consumption of qi, blood, yin and yang caused by labor and movement is the basis of the occurrence of physical fatigue. Su Wen and show that Su Yi Hou Lun (treatise on Su Wen and monograph article) states that liver deficiency, kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency all cause severe restlessness and lassitude in human body, and indicates that fatigue is mainly related to spleen, liver and kidney. The spleen is the source of the generation and transformation of qi and blood, the spleen fails to transport and transform, the generation and transformation of qi and blood are passive, and the muscles of four limbs cannot be nourished; the function of transporting and resolving water-dampness is reduced, producing dampness and collecting phlegm, and phlegm-dampness stagnating in the muscles of limbs, causing lassitude and hypodynamia of the limbs. Liver stores blood and governs tendons, so called "the root of the strike" and "the strike" means fatigue resistance. The liver stores blood and regulates blood volume, and can ensure normal blood distribution during exercise. Kidneys are the innate root, store essence and govern bone and marrow. Kidney essence deficiency and marrow-sea deficiency can lead to listlessness, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, atrophy and weakness of limbs, fatigue and weakness.
The book Su Wen, Yin Yang congress elephant, the introduction: for the deficiency of the body, it warms and invigorates qi. Qi is true qi and warm in less fire to develop the body. However, the fire can not heat the body, the heat is strong, and the body is strong, so the vacuum is consumed. When the fire is weak and strong, the fire is between the two kidneys, the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the people with 'shape deficiency' are the symptoms of deficiency and impairment of yang and qi; "warming and invigorating qi" refers to the treatment with the drugs having the functions of tonifying yang and benefiting qi; therefore, for yang deficiency accompanied by qi deficiency, the drugs with mild fire should be used to supplement the body's true qi.
Most of traditional medicinal liquor is obtained by infusing medicinal materials into liquor, the prepared medicinal liquor has undefined active ingredients, and the origin, quality and dosage of the medicinal materials, infusion time, infusion temperature and the like can all influence the active ingredients, so that the quality of the medicinal liquor is uncontrollable; in addition, the medicinal liquor may contain tannin components, so that symptoms such as allergy and the like of some patients may be caused, and even the life safety may be threatened.

The test method comprises the following steps: the experimental animal mice were divided into groups of 12 mice each, and were bred by water immersion for 5 days. The water immersion breeding refers to breeding under the condition that water with the depth of 1.5cm is filled in a plastic cage. In this environment, the mice who escape water cannot be sufficiently put to sleep, cannot adopt a resting posture, and are always mentally and physically in a state of being unable to rest. It is known that individuals begin to die after being water-soaked for 7 or more days, and mice after being water-soaked for 5 days are an animal model that achieves fatigue and death. The mice were gavaged with different drugs at a dose of 10ml/kg daily by gavage 1 time 1 day from day 1 of water immersion feeding, and the control group was given distilled water in equal amount. And measuring various anti-fatigue indexes on the 6 th day.
After 5 days of water immersion, the mice were swim under a load of a weight corresponding to 80% of the body weight, and the time until the nose tip was submerged in water was measured for 10 seconds or more, and the swimming time was recorded for evaluation of the fatigue.
The determination of serum urea nitrogen comprises preparing serum, subjecting the mouse to reagent 30min at the last time, placing the mouse in a swimming box with water depth of 30cm, controlling water temperature at about 30 deg.C, swimming for 90min, taking blood from tail immediately after resting for 30min, and collecting blood about 0.5ml (without anticoagulant). Placing in a refrigerator at 4 deg.C for about 3h, centrifuging at 2500r/min for 15min after blood coagulation, collecting serum and measuring serum urea nitrogen value.
Liver glycogen extraction (1) extraction of liver glycogen, mice were immediately decapitated and sacrificed 30min after the last administration of the reagent, and the liver was taken out, and the attached blood was rapidly aspirated by a filter paper. Weighing about 1g, placing in a mortar, adding a little clean fine sand and 10% trichloroacetic acid 1m, l, and grinding. Then adding 2m, l of 5 percent trichloroacetic acid, and continuing grinding until the liver tissue is fully ground into meat paste. Then centrifuged at 2500r/min for 10 min. Transferring the supernatant into another centrifuge tube, measuring volume, adding 95% ethanol with the same volume, mixing, and standing for 10 min. At this time, glycogen precipitates in the form of flocs. The precipitated solution was centrifuged at 2500r/min for 10 min. The supernatant was discarded and the tube was inverted on filter paper for 2 min. To the precipitate was added 1ml of distilled water, and the precipitate was stirred with a glass rod until dissolved. ② determining hepatic glycogen, namely determining the hepatic glycogen content according to a literature method, namely an anthrone-concentrated sulfuric acid method, repeating each group for 3 times, and taking an average value.
Table 1: exhaustion swimming time
Note: p <0.05, P <0.01 compared to control; Δ P <0.05 compared to drug 1 group.
Table 2: serum urea nitrogen content
Note: p <0.05, P <0.01 compared to control; Δ P <0.05 compared to drug 1 group.
Table 3: hepatic glycogen content
Note: p <0.05, P <0.01 compared to control; Δ P <0.05 compared to drug 1 group.
And (4) test conclusion: the tests show that the composition prepared by using ginseng and pilose antler as monarch and minister has the effect of relieving physical fatigue, the medlar and raspberry are used as adjuvant and guide, the anti-fatigue effect can be obviously improved, and the dwarf lilyturf tuber and the Chinese date are used as adjuvant and guide, so that the better anti-fatigue effect can be ensured, and the health-care food with better mouthfeel can be obtained.
