技术领域
本发明涉及温灸疗法技术领域，尤其涉及一种中药热灸膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着快节奏的生活方式和高强度的工作，还有工作时候的工作环境、空调温度等影响，上班族已成为我国颈肩腰背痛高发人群。由于上班族需要整天坐办公室，加上工作紧张、压力大，久坐易招病，长期受电脑辐射不说，还会有颈椎病。更严重的是会导致血液循环的流动减慢。长此以往，极易患上腰椎间盘突出、颈椎间盘突出、慢性疲劳综合征、肌肉劳损等疾病。
灸疗是基于中医经络学，以热疗为媒介，在人的体表用熏、照、敷、贴、烤等方法，通过体表与体内、经络与脏腑、腧穴的内+外传导、驱除病邪、达到一种内病外治的独特疗法。内病外治法自古就有。如砭石法、针刺法、推拿法都是内病外治的典型方法。是中医治疗中必不可少的一部分。
泥灸，是灸疗中最具特色的一种。它是古老蜡灸疗法以及温敷疗法相结合的一种延伸产品，其涵义是热灼和熨烫。泥灸是传统蜡灸的基础上加上矿物泥和藏红花、雪莲花、当归、川芎、鸡血藤、狗脊、杜仲、桑寄生、透骨草、伸筋草等十多种中草药粉配制而成；因其形状如泥，固名泥灸。
然而，如何提供一种有助于改善各种风湿疾病，调整内分泌，暖宫助孕，延缓衰老的泥灸膏，是目前本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供有助于改善各种风湿疾病，调整内分泌，暖宫助孕，延缓衰老的中药热灸膏及其制备方法。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提出以下技术方案：
一种中药热灸膏，由中药组分和泥灸基质按重量比1.8-4：6-8.2制备得到；
所述中药组分包括必需组分，所述必需组分选自以下重量份成分的至少一种：生草乌30-40份、白芥子40-50份、干姜40-50份、细辛40-50份、甘遂30-40份、冰片20-30份、猴骨90-100份、生南星40-50份、明矾20-30份、生鳖甲80-100份、川半夏40-50份、透骨草20-30份、乳香30-40份、没药20-30份、五灵脂15-20份、土鳖虫10-20份、血竭10-20份、田七20-30份、杜仲30-50份、狗脊20-30份、骨碎补20-30份、穿破石20-40份、香加皮15-30份、儿茶15-30份、乌梢蛇20-30份、龟板30-50份。

其中，甘遂、白芥子具有消肿散结的作用；红花具有活血通经，祛瘀止痛的作用；羌活、独活具有祛风胜湿，止痛解表散寒的作用；乳香、没药具有活血行气止痛，消肿生肌的作用；透骨草具有舒筋活血，散瘀消肿，解毒止痛的作用；细辛、干姜具有外散风寒，内化痰饮的作用；冰片具有清热解毒、防腐生肌的作用；威灵仙、苍术具有发散在表之寒湿，通经络，止痹痛的作用；苦参具有清热燥湿的作用；白蔹具有清热解毒，消痈散结，敛疮生肌的作用；当归具有补血调经，活血止痛的作用；鳖甲具有滋阴潜阳，退热除蒸，软坚散结，配当归可具有软坚散结，补血和血的作用；半夏外用具有消肿止痛的作用，与天南星皆属辛温之品，外用消肿止痛；凤仙透骨草具有祛风湿，活血止痛，解毒的作用；天南星具有散血而消肿止痛的作用。
其进一步地技术方案为，所述泥灸基质含有矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林，矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林的重量比为0.8-1.5：2-5：2-5。
其进一步地技术方案为，所述矿物泥选自陶土或火山灰。
本发明还提供上述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1，按中药用量比例，取各中药组分，制成粉末状，混合均匀得到混合料；
S2，于50-65℃下加热泥灸基质至融化呈水状；
S3，将S1的混合料与S2的泥灸基质混合，搅拌均匀后停止加热，即得到所述的中药热灸膏。
其进一步地技术方案为，S1中，混合料为2000-2500目的超微粉。
其进一步地技术方案为，S1中，先将各中药组分粉碎成50-70目粒径的粗料，再将粗料用破壁技术处理成2000-2500目的超微粉。
可以理解地，本发明将中药组分研磨处理成超微粉，粉末粒径超级微细，因此，具有较大的比表面积，更有利于各药物成分发挥作用。
其进一步地技术方案为，S3中，搅拌时间为15-30min。

本发明提供的中药热灸膏，集灸疗、药疗、热疗法等多种外疗法于一体，添加中药组分，通过君臣佐使配伍，起到驱寒除湿、活血化瘀的功效，能够促进患者局部血液循环，加速血液中细胞的新陈代谢功能，调节人体脏腑功能，调节人体的气血运行正常，疏通经络，促进血液循环，调节机体的免疫力。帮助改善各种风湿疾病，调整内分泌，暖宫助孕，延缓衰老等作用。是促使新陈代谢和血液循环，驱邪而不伤正气，是内病外治、由内透表、通经活络、发汗而不伤营卫的好方法。
本发明提供的中药热灸膏制备方法，将中药成分制成超微粉再与泥灸基质混合，可充分发挥药物成分的药性，有利于与泥灸基质混为一体，使得药力充分释放能够渗入肌肤深层。

实施例1
本发明实施例提供一种中药热灸膏，由中药组分和泥灸基质按重量比2：8制备得到；
所述中药组分包括必需组分，所述必需组分选自以下重量份成分：生草乌35份、白芥子42份、干姜45份、细辛45份、甘遂30份、冰片20份、猴骨99份、生南星40份、明矾25份、生鳖甲90份、川半夏45份、透骨草25份、乳香33份、没药25份、五灵脂20份、土鳖虫15份、血竭15份、田七25份、杜仲40份、狗脊20份、骨碎补20份、穿破石25份、香加皮20份、儿茶20份、乌梢蛇20份、龟板45份。
所述中药组分还包括可选组分，所述可选组分选自以下重量份成分：桃仁25份、红花20份、当归100份、苍术110份、羌活10份、独活25份、威灵仙140份、苦参135份、白蔹30份。
所述泥灸基质含有矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林，矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林的重量比为1：3：5。
本实施例中矿物泥为火山灰。
在其他实施例中，矿物泥可选陶土。
本实施例还提供上述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1，按中药用量比例，取各中药组分，先将各中药组分粉碎成50目粒径的粗料，混合均匀，再将粗料用破壁技术处理成2000目的超微粉；
S2，于50-0℃下加热泥灸基质至融化呈水状；
S3，将S1的混合料与S2的泥灸基质混合，搅拌均匀20min后停止加热，即得到所述的中药热灸膏。
将S3的中药热灸膏按预设质量分装好，冷却至室温，储藏。
使用时，取出一份，在微波炉高温加热3-4分钟后，搅拌均匀，视膏体融化程度，可再次加热融化后备用。预先对待敷的人体部位用热毛巾预热1-3min，待融化好的中药热灸膏膏体温度降至适宜温度，如40-48℃便可根据不同的病症，不同体质，不同亚健康问题相对应的方法敷于人体患处，均匀的摊涂灸膏，厚度控制在一至两厘米左右，涂覆完之后，用毛巾将敷中药热灸膏的地方盖严实，静躺30-40分钟后揭下中药热灸膏，将中药热灸膏放回盒子保存好下次使用，本品可以重复使用20次。敷完中药热灸膏后，注意4至6个小时不要洗澡，不要碰冷水，不吃冷饮和凉的食物，不要吹风，注意保暖。
本实施例的中药热灸膏在临床医学上的应用非常广泛。当肢体局部受到了中药热灸膏的热作用后，局部组织血管扩张，使血流加快，血氧浓度升高，血液中的细胞活性增强，发生新陈代谢加快等一系列生理变化。由于本实施例的中药热灸膏含有中药复方，热敷时，中药成分会作用于人体，促进肿胀消退，组织修复，缓解关节痉挛，减轻肢体疼痛，增加组织弹性，软化瘢痕。同时，中药热灸膏在冷却的过程中，体积逐渐缩小，对涂覆的人体组织有压迫作用，可以促进水肿的消退。中药热灸膏中还含有凡士林，对皮肤有润滑作用，使之富有弹性，具有美化皮肤的作用。具体表现在:
利用中药中药热灸膏的温热作用，再加以适用于腰椎间盘突出症的中草药处方，可使身体局部毛细血管扩张，新陈代谢加快，局部的充血、水肿获得改善，进而减轻对神经根部的压迫和刺激，病人自觉症状很快减轻并逐渐消失。
软组织损伤临床上较常见，慢性损伤，如腰肌劳损、肩周炎等一些肌肉韧带的慢性损伤更为多见，如治疗不及时可导致肌肉萎缩、挛缩、退变和粘连，并可反复发作。通过本实施例的中药热灸膏外敷，可使局部肌肉松弛，血液循环和淋巴回流增加，减轻肿胀，消除疼痛，有效率可达96％。

所述可选组分选自以下重量份成分：桃仁25份、红花20份、当归100份、苍术110份、羌活10份、独活25份、威灵仙140份、苦参135份、白蔹30份、透骨草25份、丹参60份、鸡血藤70份、伸筋草75份、络石藤60份、艾叶50份、桑寄生70份、香附20份、丁香15份、泽兰20份、白芷15份、防风20份、徐长卿20份、刘寄奴25份、乌药30份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于中药成分，本实施例的中药成分如下：
所述中药组分包括必需组分，所述必需组分选自以下重量份成分：生草乌35份、白芥子42份、干姜45份、细辛45份、甘遂30份、冰片20份、猴骨99份、生南星40份、明矾25份、生鳖甲90份、川半夏45份、透骨草25份、乳香33份、没药25份、五灵脂20份、土鳖虫15份、血竭15份、田七25份、杜仲40份、狗脊20份、骨碎补20份、穿破石25份、香加皮20份、儿茶20份、乌梢蛇20份、龟板45份。
所述可选组分选自以下重量份成分：桃仁25份、红花30份、当归110份、苍术120份、羌活15份、独活25份、威灵仙150份、苦参140份、白蔹35份、桑白皮20份、凤仙草2份(棵)、杏仁25份、皂角140份、赤芍25份、透骨草20份、丹参80份、鸡血藤60份、伸筋草50份、络石藤50份、艾叶40份、桑寄生60份、香附20份、丁香20份、泽兰20份、白芷20份、防风20份、徐长卿30份、刘寄奴35份、乌药25份、牛膝45份、接骨木45份、桂枝40份。
需要说明的是，本发明实施例的中药热灸膏中草药用破壁粉粹技术粉粹成超微粉，更有利于药物成分发挥作用，同时，有利于与泥灸基质混为一体，使得药力充分释放能够渗入肌肤深层吸附寒气，达到靶点透皮给药，疏通全身经络。蓄热长达120分钟，是普通的灸疗的续热时长的4倍。本发明实施例的中药热灸膏其特点是具有灸疗、药疗、热疗三重作用。通过中药热灸膏的作用，可缓解颈、肩、腰、腿、膝关节疼痛的不适，对颈肩疼痛、风湿骨痛、类风湿及各种由于经络不通引起的疾病和亚健康状态有调理神奇疗效。
本发明实施例的中药热灸膏通过温度、药物等刺激穴位来达到人体功能的调解和改善作用，可以补虚泻实，祛寒除湿，温经散寒，疏通经络，软坚散结，促进血液循环，增强免疫力，调整内分泌，暖宫助孕，延缓衰老等。
现以实施例3的中药热灸膏为例，介绍具体实施案例：
实施案例一
患者：李小姐，女33岁，公司白领。
主诉：从少女时就开始痛经，每次来月经，经前、经期小腹冷痛，按之痛甚，月经量少，色暗有块，畏寒便溏，舌苔白腻。
诊断：寒湿凝滞型痛经。
治疗初诊：将中药热灸膏置于微波开中火加热3分钟后，待中药热灸膏稍微冷却降温后，温度适宜后，清洁患处，摊敷在小腹上，每次40分钟左右即可。
治疗再诊：连续一个疗程后，自述使用中药热灸膏后，感觉小腹有一股暖流，不再感觉小腹发凉。
回访：月经正常，再无出现腹痛症状。
实施案例二
患者：张先生，男53岁，高级工程师。
主诉：反复腰背酸痛5年，近来一个月因劳累后病情加重，适当活动或变换体位后腰痛减轻。
诊断：慢性腰肌劳损。
治疗初诊：将中药热灸膏置于微波开中火加热3分钟后，待灸膏稍微冷却降温后，温度适宜后，清洁患处，摊敷在腰上病患处，每次40分钟左右即可。
治疗再诊：连续调理了三天，自述使用中药热灸膏后，感觉腰酸痛的问题很快减轻并逐渐消失。

所述中药组分包括必需组分，所述必需组分选自以下重量份成分的至少一种：生草乌30-40份、白芥子40-50份、干姜40-50份、细辛40-50份、甘遂30-40份、冰片20-30份、猴骨90-100份、生南星40-50份、明矾20-30份、生鳖甲80-100份、川半夏40-50份、透骨草20-30份、乳香30-40份、没药20-30份、五灵脂15-20份、土鳖虫10-20份、血竭10-20份、田七20-30份、杜仲30-50份、狗脊20-30份、骨碎补20-30份、穿破石20-40份、香加皮15-30份、儿茶15-30份、乌梢蛇20-30份、龟板30-50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药热灸膏，其特征在于，所述必需组分选自以下重量份成分的至少五种：生草乌30-40份、白芥子40-50份、干姜40-50份、细辛40-50份、甘遂30-40份、冰片20-30份、猴骨90-100份、生南星40-50份、明矾20-30份、生鳖甲80-100份、川半夏40-50份、透骨草20-30份、乳香30-40份、没药20-30份、五灵脂15-20份、土鳖虫10-20份、血竭10-20份、田七20-30份、杜仲30-50份、狗脊20-30份、骨碎补20-30份、穿破石20-40份、香加皮15-30份、儿茶15-30份、乌梢蛇20-30份、龟板30-50份。
3.如权利要求2所述的中药热灸膏，其特征在于，所述中药组分还包括可选组分，所述可选组分选自以下重量份成分的至少一种：桃仁20-30份、红花20-30份、当归100-120份、苍术100-120份、羌活10-20份、独活20-30份、威灵仙130-150份、苦参130-150份、白蔹30-40份、桑白皮20-30份、凤仙草2-3份、杏仁20-30份、皂角130-150份、赤芍20-30份、透骨草20-30份、丹参50-80份、鸡血藤50-80份、伸筋草50-80份、络石藤50-80份、艾叶30-50份、桑寄生50-80份、香附15-30份、丁香10-20份、泽兰15-30份、白芷15-30份、防风15-30份、徐长卿20-30份、刘寄奴30-40份、乌药20-30份、牛膝40-50份、接骨木30-50份、桂枝30-50份。
4.如权利要求3所述的中药热灸膏，其特征在于，所述泥灸基质含有矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林，矿物泥、蜂蜡、凡士林的重量比为0.8-1.5：2-5：2-5。
5.如权利要求4所述的中药热灸膏，其特征在于，所述矿物泥选自陶土或火山灰。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1，按中药用量比例，取各中药组分，制成粉末状，混合均匀得到混合料；
S2，于50-65℃下加热泥灸基质至融化呈水状；
S3，将S1的混合料与S2的泥灸基质混合，搅拌均匀后停止加热，即得到所述的中药热灸膏。
7.如权利要求6所述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，其特征在于，S1中，混合料为2000-2500目的超微粉。
8.如权利要求7所述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，其特征在于，S1中，先将各中药组分粉碎成50-70目粒径的粗料，再将粗料用破壁技术处理成2000-2500目的超微粉。
9.如权利要求8所述的中药热灸膏的制备方法，其特征在于，S3中，搅拌时间为15-30min。
