Abstract

本发明提供一种治疗风湿骨痛膏药及其制备方法，采用狗胫骨，马钱子、川乌，草乌，南星等祛风除湿、温经止痛，有抑制骨质增生、纤维增生的作用；采用血竭，乳香，防风恢复局部肌力作用；采用氮酮、冰片，肉桂使药效通过皮肤透达病灶治疗疾病。本发明风湿骨痛膏药采用酒精提纯中药和水煎浓缩中药与传统膏药基质相结合制成膏药，保证了原料成份质量，保证了药材成份不受损，使药效得到了提高，临床验证能够有效治疗骨质增生、椎间盘突出，完善迅速的治疗风寒湿所致颈肩腰腿痛。

本发明涉及中药膏药领域，具体是一种风湿骨痛膏药的制作方法。
背景技术
风湿骨痛膏药是一种外用膏药，用于风寒湿所致颈椎病、骨质增生、椎间盘突出，手足麻木及骨折后遗症等，它的主要成份有川乌、草乌，元胡、威灵仙、当归、马钱子、乳香、没药、血竭、冰片等药材，传统制作工艺，整个制作过程大都需要控制温度在200℃左右，药料有效成分损失很多，降低疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种风湿骨痛膏药的制作方法，其能够保证原料成份质量，保证药材有效成份不受损，提高疗效。

治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬制，当熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将血竭40-60份、冰片40-60份、乳香40-60份、没药40-60份、氮酮30-50份、远红外陶瓷粉30-50份，白花菜子40-60份、儿茶30-50份、丁香40-60份、肉桂40-60份分别研成细粉，过筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸40-60份、生马钱子60-80份、生川乌50-70份、生草乌50-70份、生南星40-60份、生半夏40-60份、川芎40-60份、细辛40-60份、土元40-60份、天麻40-60份、石决明50-70份、龙骨50-70份、地龙50-70份、秦艽40-60份、羌活40-60份、独活40-60份、全虫40-60份、杜仲40-60份、元胡40-60份、白芷40-60份、水蛭40-60份、防风40-60份、葛根30-50份、桂枝30-50份、苍耳子30-50份、荆芥30-50份、细辛30-50份、三七40-60份、栀子40-60份碎成粗粉，用酒精提取多次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（4）将生地50-70份、年健50-70份、海风藤40-60份、狗胫骨60-80份、五加皮40-60份、清风藤40-60份、乌蛇40-60份、苏木40-60份、透骨草40-60份、枳壳40-60份、当归40-60份、木瓜40-60份、牛膝40-60份、川断40-60份、苍术40-60份、自然铜40-60份、穿山甲40-60份、寄生40-60份、桑枝30-50份、石菖蒲30-50份、茜草30-50份、骨碎补40-60份、干姜40-60份、灵仙40-60份、赤芍40-60份、地风40-60份、生大黄40-60份水煎多次，多次药液混合后过滤，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（5）将步骤（1）所制得的膏药基质用文火融化后，分别加入步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料，搅拌均匀后分摊于膏药布上，制成膏药。
上述制备方法进一步优选为如下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬炼4小时，熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后放凉水中冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将血竭50份、冰片50份、乳香50份、没药50份、氮酮40份、远红外陶瓷粉40份、白花菜子40份、儿茶40份、丁香40份、肉桂40份分别研成细粉，过100目筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸50份、生马钱子70份、生川乌60份、生草乌60份、生南星50份、生半夏50份、川芎50份、细辛50份、土元50份、天麻50份、石决明60份、龙骨60份、地龙60份、秦艽50份、羌活50份、独活50份、全虫50份、杜仲50份、元胡50份、白芷50份、水蛭50份、防风50份、葛根40份、桂枝40份、苍耳子40份、荆芥40份、细辛40份、三七50份、栀子50份碎成粗粉，用3倍量75%酒精提取3次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（4）将生地60份、年健60份、海风藤50份、狗胫骨70份、五加皮50份、清风藤50份、乌蛇50份、苏木50份、透骨草50份、枳壳50份、当归50份、木瓜50份、牛膝50份、川断50份、苍术50份、自然铜50份、穿山甲50份、寄生50份、桑枝40份、石菖蒲40份、茜草40份、骨碎补40份、干姜50份、灵仙50份、赤芍50份、地风50份、生大黄50份水煎2次，每次1小时，二次药液混合后过滤，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用。
（5）将步骤（1）所制得的膏药基质用文火融化后，分别加入步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料，搅拌均匀后分摊于膏药布上，制成膏药。
所述步骤（5）中膏药基质的用量为步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料总重量的3倍。
所述乙醇为体积浓度75%的乙醇。

牛膝：性味苦酸涩平，补肝肾强腰膝，活血通经；

白花菜子：性味苦辛温有小毒，祛风散寒，活血止痛；
肉桂：性大热味辛甘。补火助阳，引火归源，散寒止痛，活血通经。
铅丹：性味辛寒，杀虫止痒，截疟铅丹，拔毒生肌；
氮酮：高效皮肤渗透剂，显著提高药物疗效，减少剂量和副作用；
远红外陶瓷粉：良好的远红外温热效果，吸收外界的热能后，释放出远红外线。
本发明在于几十年的临床实践与治疗过程中，总结出狗胫骨，马钱子、穿山甲，川乌，草乌，南星，陶瓷粉能祛风除湿、温经止痛、有抑制骨质增生、纤维增生的作用。乳香，没药、血竭，葛根，防风有恢复局部肌力作用。自然铜，土元，三七等疗筋养骨骨伤科经典要药，利用中药双向调节作用对骨科病症均有良效，氮酮、冰片，肉桂等使药效透过皮肤透达病灶达到治疗疾病的目的。本发明总结祖国医学对风痹、寒痹、骨痹和湿痹方剂用药的配伍规律，相互兼顾全面分析痹证治则治法的科学内涵结合临床经验研制出本膏药，功效活血化瘀、。祛风除湿、温经止痛、舒筋通络、柔筋养骨，对骨质增生、椎间盘突出，软组织损伤等各类骨科病症均有良效。此膏药是利用局部或穴位的外贴，通过皮肤肌肉的渗透吸收或刺激穴位，调节经络，平衡脏腑，以达到治疗疾病的目的，膏药外贴治疗疾病，避免内服药及针剂对患者所造成的毒副作用，是治疗中的捷径，能达到方便、安全、可靠的治疗目的。

以下实施例仅用于对本发明做进一步的描述，并不是用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬制，当熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后放凉水中冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将血竭40份、冰片40份、乳香40份、没药40份、氮酮30份、远红外陶瓷粉30份，白花菜子40份、儿茶30份、丁香40份、肉桂40份分别研成细粉，过100目筛后备用。；
（3）将鹿茸40份、生马钱子60份、生川乌50份、生草乌50份、生南星50份、生半夏50份、川芎50份、细辛50份、土元50份、天麻50份、石决明60份、龙骨50份、地龙60份、秦艽50份、羌活50份、独活50份、全虫50份、杜仲50份、元胡40份、白芷50份、水蛭50份、防风50份、葛根40份、桂枝40份、苍耳子40份、荆芥40份、细辛40份、三七50份、栀子40份碎成粗粉，用3倍量75%酒精提取三次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用。
（4）将生地50份、年健60份、海风藤50份、狗胫骨60份、五加皮50份、清风藤50份、乌蛇50份、苏木50份、透骨草50份、枳壳50份、当归50份、木瓜50份、牛膝50份、川断50份、苍术50份、自然铜50份、穿山甲50份、寄生50份、桑枝40份、石菖蒲40份、茜草40份、骨碎补40份、干姜50份、灵仙50份、赤芍50份、地风50份、生大黄50份水煎二次，每次1小时，二次药液混合后过滤，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（5）将步骤（1）所制得的膏药基质用文火融化后，分别加入步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料加入膏内，搅拌均匀后分摊于膏药布上，制成膏药。
实施例2
一种治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬制，当熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后放凉水中冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将50份血竭、50份冰片、50份乳香、50份没药、40份氮酮、40份远红外陶瓷粉、40份白花菜子、40份儿茶、40份丁香、40份肉桂分别研成细粉，过100目筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸50份、生马钱子50份、生川乌60份、生草乌60份、生南星50份、生半夏50份、川芎50份、细辛50份、土元50份、天麻50份、石决明60份、龙骨60份、地龙60份、秦艽50份、羌活50份、独活50份、全虫50份、杜仲50份、元胡50份、白芷50份、水蛭50份、防风50份、葛根40份、桂枝40份、苍耳子40份、荆芥40份、细辛40份、三七50份、栀子50份碎成粗粉，用3倍量75%酒精提取3次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；

一种治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬制，当熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后放凉水中冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将血竭60份、冰片60份、乳香60份、没药60份、氮酮50份、远红外陶瓷粉50份、白花菜子50份、儿茶50份、丁香50份、肉桂50份分别研成细粉，过筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸60份、生马钱子60份、生川乌70份、生草乌70份、生南星60份、生半夏60份、川芎60份、细辛60份、土元60份、天麻60份、石决明70份、龙骨70份、地龙70份、秦艽60份、羌活60份、独活60份、全虫60份、杜仲60份、元胡60份、白芷60份、水蛭60份、防风60份、葛根50份、桂枝50份、苍耳子50份、荆芥50份、细辛50份、三七60份、栀子60份碎成粗粉，用3倍量75%酒精提取3次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（4）将70份生地、70份年健、60份海风藤、80份狗胫骨、60份五加皮、60份清风藤、60份乌蛇、60份苏木、60份透骨草、60份枳壳、60份当归、60份木瓜、60份牛膝、60份川断、60份苍术、60份自然铜、60份穿山甲、60份寄生、50份桑枝、50份石菖蒲、50份茜草、50份骨碎补、60份干姜、60份灵仙、60份赤芍、60份地风、60份生大黄水煎2次，每次1小时，二次药液混合后过滤，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（5）将步骤（1）所制得的膏药基质用文火融化后，分别加入步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料，膏药基质的用量为步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料总重量的3倍；搅拌均匀后分摊于膏药布上，制成膏药。
临床实验观察，
1.一般资料患者共计1660例，其中男性920人，女性740人
2.使用方法随机使用实施例所述方法得到膏药，时间10—50天左右
3.疗效判定标准：
治愈：患者疼痛消失，原症状与阳性体征消失，行动正常.
有效：患者疼痛明显减轻，原症状与阳性体征明显改善，活动基本正常。
无效：患者疼痛无减轻，原症状与阳性体征无变化，行动无改善。
4.本发明膏药治疗效果统计，
将实施例1-3制得膏药分别做以下具体应用：
1.刘** 女47岁 已婚 职工 东营市人 2015年11月6日就诊。就诊前天，在单位扫雪时，不慎将颈部扭伤，当即颈部肌肉剧烈疼痛，并向右背放射，自行在家中拨火罐无效，来我处就诊。查体：颈部功能活动受限，活动时疼痛加剧，用拇指触及颈部右侧肌肉僵硬，可触及条索状物，并压痛++，右上肢抬举时有痛麻感，X光拍片检查提示：颈椎生理曲度变直，颈5.6椎后缘见轻微增生。诊断：外伤性颈椎病。治疗：理疗后局部贴敷膏药1贴，5天一次，连用2次，症状完全消失，终止治疗，随访一年未复发。2.宋** 男42岁 已婚 铜厂工人 滨州人 2012年8月7日就诊，就诊前在单位卸原料时，腰部扭伤，随后腰部疼痛难忍，不能弯腰活动，疼痛向下肢放射，来我处就诊。查体：病人面容痛苦，腰部活动功能受限，腰部活动度，双拇指触及腰部肌肉痉挛，并压痛+++，X光拍片检查指示：未见腰部骨质异常。诊断：急性腰扭伤。治疗：局部用松解手法后，外用2贴膏药，5天更换一次，连用2次后，患者病症消失，查腰椎活动度，局部无压痛，终止治疗 。3.朱** 67岁 已婚 邮电局职工 东营市人 2014年12月1号就诊。 患者腰痛，右下肢间断性麻木6年，常因天气变化，劳累后，症状加剧，四处诊治效不佳，故来我处治疗。查体腰椎侧弯，腰椎3-5椎旁压痛，腰部肌肉呈板状，压痛，CT检查提示：腰椎1-5均增生，并形成骨桥。诊断：腰椎骨性关节炎。治疗：嘱患者膏药外敷，连用50天后，症状逐渐消失，终止治疗，随访2年未复发。
以上仅仅是本发明给出的几个典型的实施例，经过试验验证，在本发明保护范围内选择其他物料以及其他配比，制作成散剂，软膏剂等同样能够得到本发明所述的膏药一样的效果，在此就不一一赘述。

（2）将血竭40-60份、冰片40-60份、乳香40-60份、没药40-60份、氮酮30-50份、远红外陶瓷粉30-50份，白花菜子40-60份、儿茶30-50份、丁香40-60份、肉桂40-60份分别研成细粉，过筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸40-60份、生马钱子60-80份、生川乌50-70份、生草乌50-70份、生南星40-60份、生半夏40-60份、川芎40-60份、细辛40-60份、土元40-60份、天麻40-60份、石决明50-70份、龙骨50-70份、地龙50-70份、秦艽40-60份、羌活40-60份、独活40-60份、全虫40-60份、杜仲40-60份、元胡40-60份、白芷40-60份、水蛭40-60份、防风40-60份、葛根30-50份、桂枝30-50份、苍耳子30-50份、荆芥30-50份、细辛30-50份、三七40-60份、栀子40-60份碎成粗粉，用酒精提取数次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（4）将生地50-70份、年健50-70份、海风藤40-60份、狗胫骨60-80份、五加皮40-60份、清风藤40-60份、乌蛇40-60份、苏木40-60份、透骨草40-60份、枳壳40-60份、当归40-60份、木瓜40-60份、牛膝40-60份、川断40-60份、苍术40-60份、自然铜40-60份、穿山甲40-60份、寄生40-60份、桑枝30-50份、石菖蒲30-50份、茜草30-50份、骨碎补40-60份、干姜40-60份、灵仙40-60份、赤芍40-60份、地风40-60份、生大黄40-60份水煎多次，多次药液混合后过滤，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；
（5）将步骤（1）所制得的膏药基质用文火融化后，分别加入步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料，搅拌均匀后分摊于膏药布上，制成膏药。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
（1）将芝麻油置锅内，在温度200—250度熬炼4小时，熬至滴水成珠时，下红丹收膏，后放凉水中冷却作为膏药基质备用；
（2）将血竭50份、冰片50份、乳香50份、没药50份、氮酮40份、远红外陶瓷粉40份、白花菜子40份、儿茶40份、丁香40份、肉桂40份分别研成细粉，过100目筛后备用；
（3）将鹿茸50份、生马钱子70份、生川乌60份、生草乌60份、生南星50份、生半夏50份、川芎50份、细辛50份、土元50份、天麻50份、石决明60份、龙骨60份、地龙60份、秦艽50份、羌活50份、独活50份、全虫50份、杜仲50份、元胡50份、白芷50份、水蛭50份、防风50份、葛根40份、桂枝40份、苍耳子40份、荆芥40份、细辛40份、三七50份、栀子50份碎成粗粉，用3倍量75%酒精提取3次，合并乙醇提取液，浓缩成相对密度1.2-1.4的浸膏备用；

4.根据权利要求2或3所述的治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（5）中膏药基质的用量为步骤（2）、（3）、（4）三步所得药料总重量的3倍。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的治疗风湿骨痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，所述乙醇为体积浓度75%的乙醇。
