Preferably: the secondary drying is specifically that lactoferrin, whey protein and immunoglobulin are added through fluidized bed secondary drying, and the adding proportion of the lactoferrin, the whey protein and the immunoglobulin is 1:6: 2.

The protein powder prepared by the invention provides the effects of fatigue resistance, aging resistance and brain strengthening by adding the oat saponin powder, further improves the product quality, further enhances the body resistance of a user by adding the lactoferrin, the lactalbumin and the immunoglobulin, and improves the functionality.
4. The preparation process of the protein powder has the advantages of high efficiency, sanitation and the like, and the protein powder contains a plurality of active substances with special physiological functions, which are afraid of heat and lose activity once being heated, thereby greatly reducing the biological value; therefore, the nutrition of the albumen powder is kept to a great extent by reasonably controlling the sterilization temperature.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Example 1:
the protein powder formula of cannabidiol comprises, by weight, 22 parts of cannabidiol, 280 parts of fructus cannabis protein powder, 180 parts of whey protein powder, 40 parts of soybean phosphorus, 8 parts of flavoring agent, 120 parts of probiotic protein, 15 parts of oat saponin powder and 30 parts of Chinese yam powder.
The flavoring agent comprises stevioside, mannitol and xanthan gum, and the mass ratio of the stevioside to the mannitol to the xanthan gum is 1:1: 1.5.
Example 2:
the protein powder formula of cannabidiol comprises, by weight, 20-25 parts of cannabidiol, 250-300 parts of fructus cannabis protein powder, 150-200 parts of whey protein powder, 35-42 parts of soybean phosphorus, 6-9 parts of flavoring agents, 100-135 parts of probiotic protein, 12-28 parts of oat saponin powder and 26-32 parts of yam powder.
The flavoring agent comprises stevioside, mannitol and xanthan gum, and the mass ratio of the stevioside to the mannitol to the xanthan gum is 0.8-1.2: 1: 1.5.
Example 3:
a preparation process of protein powder of cannabidiol sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing cannabidiol, fructus cannabis protein powder, whey protein powder, soy phosphorus, probiotic protein, oat saponin powder and yam powder in a protein powder formula according to a weight ratio for later use;
s2: sterilizing, namely sterilizing the weighed raw materials, controlling the sterilization temperature to be 70-85 ℃, and controlling the sterilization time to be 40-60S;
s3: mixing, namely putting the raw materials in the step S2 into a mixer for mixing;
s4: soaking, namely soaking the sterilized raw materials in water for 20-35 min, and filtering out impurities for later use;
s5: pulping, namely pulping the soaked raw materials in a pulping machine until pulp is completely formed, and gradually adding a flavoring agent;
s6: homogenizing, homogenizing in a high-pressure homogenizer;
s7: and (4) post-treatment, namely sequentially filtering, cooling and drying the slurry prepared in the step S6 to obtain a product.
In the step S6, the homogenizing temperature of the high-pressure homogenizer is controlled to be 42-52 ℃, and the homogenizing pressure is 16-22 MPa.
And in the step S6, secondary sterilization is required after homogenization, the sterilization temperature is 50-65 ℃, and the sterilization time is 60-90S.
Example 4:
a preparation process of protein powder of cannabidiol sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing cannabidiol, fructus cannabis protein powder, whey protein powder, soy phosphorus, probiotic protein, oat saponin powder and yam powder in a protein powder formula according to a weight ratio for later use;
s2: sterilizing, namely sterilizing the weighed raw materials, controlling the sterilization temperature to be 75-80 ℃, and controlling the sterilization time to be 45-50S;
s3: mixing, namely putting the raw materials in the step S2 into a mixer for mixing;
s4: soaking, namely soaking the sterilized raw materials in water for 15-25 min, and filtering out impurities for later use;
s5: pulping, namely pulping the soaked raw materials in a pulping machine until pulp is completely formed, and gradually adding a flavoring agent;
s6: homogenizing, namely homogenizing in a high-pressure homogenizer at the temperature of 44-48 ℃ and the homogenizing pressure of 17-19 MPa;
s7: post-treatment, namely sequentially filtering, cooling and spray-drying the slurry prepared in the step S6;
s8: and (5) secondary drying, namely, screening the product obtained in the step S7 after secondary drying treatment, and further obtaining the final product.
And in the step S7, secondary sterilization is required after homogenization, the sterilization temperature is 54-60 ℃, and the sterilization time is 65-80S.
