Abstract
The invention discloses a low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed, which is prepared from corn, soybean meal, wheat bran and a low-protein amino acid balanced premix according to the weight ratio: the corn-soybean meal-wheat bran-low protein amino acid balanced premix is prepared from 68:12:12:8, wherein the low protein amino acid balanced premix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500 portions of soybean meal, 300 portions of fermentation raw materials, 50 to 150 portions of stone powder, 50 to 150 portions of calcium hydrophosphate, 30 to 60 portions of sodium chloride, 5 to 20 portions of composite trace elements, 1 to 8 portions of composite vitamins and 50 to 100 portions of composite amino acid. The compound feed for the fattening pigs is prepared by adopting an amino acid balance technology, so that the daily ration protein content can be obviously reduced, the nitrogen emission and the air ammonia concentration of the fattening pigs can be effectively reduced when the fattening pigs are fed by the compound feed, the pollution of the pig industry to the environment is reduced, and the growth performance and carcass traits of the fattening pigs are not influenced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed processing, in particular to a low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The development of intensive livestock and poultry industry provides abundant protein food for human beings, so that the living standard of people is obviously improved, but a large amount of excrement and urine generated by livestock and poultry also becomes one of great pollution sources. The nitrogen-containing substances contained in the excrement and urine pollute the environment and destroy the ecological environment. The ammonia gas in the breeding factory is mainly generated by anaerobic fermentation of nitrogen-containing substances in the excrement and urine, and the nitrogen-containing substances in the excrement and urine are mainly generated by excretion of protein in the feed due to incomplete utilization in pig bodies. Pigs can only utilize 30-55% of nitrogen in daily ration, and 60-70% of nitrogen in large-scale pig farms is discharged from excrement and urine. In order to reduce the emission of nitrogen, the content of nitrogen-containing substances in the excrement is reduced.
The adoption of terminal treatment is a main method for solving the pollution of intensive pig farms in China at present, but has the defects of immature process, high cost, difficult maintenance and the like. The measures for pretreating the daily ration of the livestock and poultry, reducing the discharge amount of excrement and the pollution to the environment through nutrition regulation and control and improving the production performance of the livestock and poultry are increasingly paid attention by people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed aiming at the defects of the prior art, the low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed is prepared by adopting an amino acid balancing technology, the utilization rate of the feed is improved, the nitrogen emission and the air ammonia concentration of pigs are effectively reduced, and the pollution of the pig industry to the environment is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed comprises corn, soybean meal, wheat bran and a low-protein amino acid balanced premix according to the weight ratio: the corn-soybean meal-wheat bran-low protein amino acid balanced premix is prepared from 68:12:12:8, wherein the low protein amino acid balanced premix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500 portions of soybean meal, 300 portions of fermentation raw materials, 50 to 150 portions of stone powder, 50 to 150 portions of calcium hydrophosphate, 30 to 60 portions of sodium chloride, 5 to 20 portions of composite trace elements, 1 to 8 portions of composite vitamins and 50 to 100 portions of composite amino acid.
In the low-protein amino acid balanced premix, the fermentation raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400 portions of 300-fold corn, 400 portions of 300-fold bean pulp and 400 portions of 300-fold wheat bran are prepared by adopting a solid state fermentation technology containing yeast, lactobacillus and bacillus subtilis.
In the low-protein amino acid balanced premix, the compound trace elements comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of basic copper chloride, 250 parts of ferrous sulfate monohydrate, 200 parts of zinc sulfate monohydrate, 30-60 parts of manganese sulfate monohydrate, 5-15 parts of calcium iodate, 10-30 parts of sodium selenite, 300 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 400 parts of zeolite powder.
In the low-protein amino acid balance premix, the compound vitamin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of vitamin A and vitamin D310-30 parts of vitamin E200-35-15 parts of vitamin B1 5-15 parts of vitamin B210-30 parts of vitamin B6 30-50 parts of vitamin B125-12 parts of nicotinamide 200-.
In the low-protein amino acid balance premix, the compound amino acid contains the following components in parts by weight: 700 portions of lysine 500-.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed, which comprises the following preparation steps:
1) according to the weight, 400-500 parts of soybean meal, 100-300 parts of fermentation raw materials, 50-150 parts of stone powder, 50-150 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 30-60 parts of sodium chloride, 5-20 parts of composite trace elements, 1-8 parts of composite vitamins and 50-100 parts of composite amino acid are put into a mixer to be uniformly mixed to prepare the low-protein amino acid balanced pre-feed for later use;
2) and putting the corn, the bean pulp, the wheat bran and the low-protein amino acid balanced premix into a mixer according to the weight ratio of 68:12:12:8, and uniformly mixing to obtain a finished product.
According to an ideal protein amino acid mode, on the basis of digestible amino acid, compound amino acid is added to prepare amino acid balanced ration meeting the nutritional requirements of fattening pigs, and the protein content of the ration is obviously reduced; meanwhile, biological fermentation raw materials are added, anti-nutritional factors in the raw materials are reduced, the utilization rate of nutrient substances is improved, the utilization rate of feed is improved under the condition that the growth performance of the pigs is not influenced, the nitrogen emission and the air ammonia concentration of the pigs are effectively reduced, and the pollution of the pig industry to the environment is reduced.

Feeding test
Test materials and methods: and randomly dividing 60 healthy fattening pigs with uniform weight into a control group and a test group, wherein 10 fattening pigs in each group are one rail. The control group daily ration adopts commercial common fattening pig complete feed, and the crude protein content is 14%; the low-protein amino acid balanced premix of examples 1 to 5 was used as the daily ration of the test group, and the low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feeds were prepared according to the formula shown in table 1 and labeled as test groups 1 to 5, respectively.
The test period is 30 days, the piglets are normally raised and managed during the test period, freely eat and drink water, a specially-assigned person cleans a pigsty to be sanitary, the influences on the growth performance of the fattening pigs, the carcass quality, the nitrogen emission and the ammonia concentration of the pigsty are recorded, and the test results are shown in the following table 2:

The test result shows that: after the low-protein amino acid balanced fattening pig compound feed is fed, the feed utilization rate is improved under the condition of not influencing the growth performance of pigs, the nitrogen emission and the air ammonia concentration of the pigs are effectively reduced, and the environmental pollution of the pig industry is reduced.
