Preferably, the punching mechanism comprises: a fixing rod connected to the other side of the frame; a runner rotatably connected to the fixing rod; the hole puncher is provided with a plurality of hole puncher bodies which are all arranged on the rotating wheel.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism comprises: a servo motor mounted on the support disc; the rotating shaft is connected to an output shaft of the servo motor; and the first belt transmission set is connected between the rotating shaft and one side of the axle.
Preferably, the blanking mechanism comprises: a fixing plate connected to one side of the support disc; a rotating rod rotatably connected to one side of the fixing plate; a rotary plate connected to one side of the rotary rod; the second belt transmission set is connected between the rotating rod and the other side of the rotating shaft; the loader is connected to the other side of the fixed plate and is connected with the rotary table in a sliding mode; and the blanking pipe is connected to one side, close to the fixed plate, of the supporting disc and is connected with the rotary disc in a sliding mode.
Preferably, a crushing mechanism is further included, and the crushing mechanism includes: the material leaking pipe is connected to the other side of the supporting disc; the charging box is connected to the top of the material leaking pipe, and a discharge port of the charging box is aligned with a feed port of the material leaking pipe; at least two rotating rods are arranged and are rotatably connected to one side of the charging box, and the rotating rods are rotatably connected with the supporting plate; at least two crushing wheels are arranged and are connected to the rotating rod, and the two crushing wheels are matched with each other; at least two transmission gears are arranged and are connected to one side, close to the crushing wheel, of the rotating rod, and the two transmission gears are meshed with each other; and the third belt transmission group is connected between the rotating rod on one side and the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the device further comprises a control mechanism, wherein the control mechanism comprises: the connecting rod is rotatably connected to one side, close to the servo motor, of the supporting disc; at least two bevel gears are arranged and are respectively connected to the connecting rod and the rotating shaft, and the two bevel gears are meshed with each other; the control disc is connected to the other side of the connecting rod and is connected with one side of the supporting disc in a sliding mode; a discharge pipe connected to the control panel.
