Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hinge structure for a cooking utensil and the cooking utensil with the hinge structure.
Background
Sandwich cookers are currently marketed which can easily cook sandwiches by incorporating the contents of toast, cheese, eggs, vegetables, etc. and sauce.
When the upper and lower cases of such a sandwich machine are combined with each other, the contents or sauce are easily pushed to the outside, and the whole cannot be uniformly adhered.
In utility model No. 20-0482291 (design name: Sandwich Maker), a structure is disclosed that prevents the leakage of contents or sauce by forming stepped jaws around the inner periphery and sealing four edges under pressure.
However, if the distance for sandwiching the contents or the sauce between the pair of breads is larger than the height of the step formed on the inner circumference, the contents or the sauce is pushed out mainly in the direction of forming the handle, thereby contaminating the sandwich machine itself.
Further, if contents or sauce are buried or inserted into a hinge structure formed at an end of the case during coupling between the upper case and the lower case, cleaning is not easy, resulting in insanitation and inconvenience to a user.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In the drawings, portions irrelevant to the description are omitted for clarity of explanation of the present invention.
Throughout the specification, when one part is "connected" to another part, the term has substantially the same meaning as "coupled", "fixed", and the like, and when a certain component is referred to as "mounted", in this case, the term has substantially the same meaning as "arranged" and "arranged".
In addition, when a component "includes" a component, it means that other components may be further included rather than excluded unless otherwise stated. Also, when a component is referred to as being "between" a component and a component, not only "all components" of a certain component are included, but also the case where "a certain component" is within a distance, space, or region from a certain component to a certain component is included.
The "hinge structure" proposed in the present invention is a cooking appliance for a sandwich machine or the like, having a hinge shaft for opening and closing the cooking appliance.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a view illustrating an opened state of a cooking appliance having a hinge structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a view illustrating a coupled state of the cooking appliance having the hinge structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance 10 includes a pair of housings and a hinge structure 20 connected to one side to open and close the housings.
The pair of housing and hinge structures 20 may be formed in a vertically symmetrical structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the pair of housings means a lower housing 12a contacting the ground and an upper housing 12b close to the ground.
However, the cooking appliance 10 may be turned over by a user during cooking, and thus the top and bottom of the cooking appliance 10 may be reversed. That is, in contrast to what is shown in fig. 1, the upper housing 12b may be in contact with the ground, while the lower housing 12a may be positioned close to the ground.
A pair of grill pans 11a, 11b heated by receiving electric power may be connected to the inside of the lower casing 12a and the upper casing 12b, respectively.
A concave space in which an electric heater (not shown) and grill pans 11a, 11b are installed may be provided inside the lower and upper housings 12a, 12b, and a step may be formed around the concave space so that outflow of the cooking object may be minimized.
In the case of a product that allows disassembly between the grill pan and the housing, a safety accident may occur due to a gap or incomplete connection, and there is also a problem in that the connection structure becomes loose due to long-term use.
Unlike the product that allows attachment and detachment between the grill pan and the housing as described above, the pair of grill pans 11a, 11b can be completely fixedly and non-detachably joined to the lower housing 12a and the upper housing 12 b.
In addition, the inner peripheries 111a, 111b of the grill pans 11a, 11b are formed as curved surfaces so as to be gradually narrowed from the outer edges 112a, 112b to the bottom surfaces 113a, 113 b.
For example, the outer edges 112a, 112b and the bottom surfaces 113a, 113b may be integrally formed in a rectangular shape, and each corner of the rectangular shape may be bent.
Since the inner circumferences 111a, 111b of the grill pans 11a, 11b are formed as slowly curved surfaces, the user can put more contents or sauce during cooking and restrict the contents or sauce from leaking to the outside.
In addition, during cooking, the contents or sauce may be gathered at the center of the grill pan, and when the cooking appliance 10 is in a bonded state, the circumferential portion of the bread is mainly compressed to increase the texture of the sandwich.
In addition, the grill pans 11a, 11b may be coated with a fluororesin, and the coating may prevent a phenomenon in which the cooking object adheres to the grill pans 11a, 11b during the cooking.
The hinge structure 20 includes a lower support 21a and an upper support 21b, and the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b are connected by a hinge shaft 22.
The lower support 21a is fixedly connected to one side of the lower case 12a, and the upper support 21b is fixedly connected to one side of the upper case 12 b.
As shown in fig. 1, the lower support 21a may be fixedly connected at two points at one side of the lower housing 12a, but the shape is not particularly limited. The upper support 21b may also be fixedly connected in the same shape as the upper housing 12 b.
The attachment method may be, for example, a method using a bolt and a nut, and one end of each support member is engaged and inserted into a previously formed insertion hole of each housing.
The upper support 21b is pivotally connected to the lower support 21a in the up-down direction by a hinge shaft 22, and the upper housing 12b is opened and closed with the lower housing 12a when the upper support 21b is pivoted about the hinge shaft 22 relative to the lower support 21a in the vertical direction. That is, the lower case 12a and the upper case 12b may be rotated together according to the rotating operation of the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b connected to each other.
In particular, when the cooking appliance 10 is in contact with the ground in an adhered state, the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b respectively include inclined surfaces 214a and 214b obliquely extending in the up-down direction from a connection portion connected by the hinge shaft 22 and other end portions 213a and 213b formed from end portions of the inclined surfaces 214a and 214 b. In addition, in the above case, when the cooking appliance 10 is opened, the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b are contacted by the inclined surfaces 214a and 214b, the maximum rotation angle of the upper housing 12b is limited, and on the other hand, when the cooking appliance 10 is vertically placed with respect to the floor in the coupled state, the other ends 213a and 213b are contacted to the floor to support the cooking appliance 10.
In addition, the hinge shaft 22 of the hinge structure 20 connects the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b at a position spaced apart from a fixed coupling point between the lower support 21a and the lower housing 12a by a predetermined distance d in an outer direction.
In this case, the predetermined distance d may be determined based on at least one of the weight and size of the lower case 12a and the weight and size of the upper case 12 b.
For example, the heavier the weight of the housing, the shorter the predetermined distance d, and the larger the housing, the shorter the predetermined distance d.
In this way, the hinge shaft 22 is mounted on the hinge structure 20 separated from the lower and upper cases 12a and 12b by the predetermined distance d, so that when the two cases are combined together, a phenomenon in which the contents or sauce is discharged to the outside of the roast trays 11a, 11b is minimized. In addition, when the two housings are combined with each other, it is helpful to uniformly compress the whole of the cooking object, and the possibility that the contents or the sauce are buried or inserted into the hinge shaft 22 can be reduced.
In addition, at least one of the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b may support the cooking appliance 10 in an opened or combined state of the lower housing 12a and the upper housing 12 b.
The lower support 21a may support the protrusion 114 (refer to fig. 2) formed at the outer face of the lower housing 12a and the cooking appliance 10 when the cooking appliance 10 is in the opened or coupled state.
When the cooking appliance 10 is in a coupled state and stands on the floor, the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b may simultaneously support the cooking appliance 10, and as shown in fig. 2, the user stands the cooking appliance 10 for custody. At this time, the power cord 16 may be wound around the lower support 21a and the upper support 21 b.
Meanwhile, a lower handle 13a is integrally formed at the other side of the lower case 12a, and an upper handle 13b is integrally formed at the other side of the upper case 12 b. When the two housings are coupled to each other, the lower handle 13a and the upper handle 13b contact each other, and thus can be used as one handle.
A locking protrusion 131a is formed on an upper surface of the lower handle 13a, and a locking ring 131b is formed on an upper surface of the upper handle 13b so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction.
When the cooking appliance 10 is in the coupled state, the locking ring 131b is coupled to the locking protrusion 131a as being rotated downward, so that the cooking appliance 10 is prevented from being opened.
The locking protrusion 131a and the locking ring 131b are not particularly limited to those shown in fig. 1 and may be modified by other well-known coupling means.
As shown in fig. 1, wire holes 14a, 14b may be formed on one side of the lower case 12a and the upper case 12b, and wires may be inserted into the wire holes 14a, 14b, and the wires may be connected to each electric heater disposed in the lower case 12a and the upper case 12 b.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, a power supply hole 15 may be formed at one side of the upper case 12b in parallel with the electric wire hole 14b, and a power supply wire 16 may be inserted into the power supply hole 15, and the corresponding power supply wire 16 may supply power to the electric heater to heat the grill pans 11a, 11 b.
In addition, two indicator lamps 115, 116 are formed on the outer surface of the lower case 12a, one of which is used as the indicator lamp 115 indicating power on/off, and the other of which can be used as the indicator lamp 115 indicating whether or not it is heated to a temperature suitable for cooking. The power supply may be turned on/off by a button (not shown) formed on one side of the case.
Hereinafter, a detailed structure of the hinge structure 20 for the cooking appliance 10 will be described in more detail.
Fig. 3 is a view illustrating a side surface of a hinge structure when a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention is in an open state and in a coupled state.
The hinge structure 20 includes a lower support 21a fixedly connected to one side of the lower case 12a and an upper support 21b fixedly connected to one side of the upper case 12 b.
The upper support 21b is coupled to the lower support 21a in the up-down direction by a hinge shaft 22, and the upper housing 12b and the lower housing 12a are opened and closed when the upper support 21b is rotated in the vertical direction with respect to the lower support 21a about the hinge shaft 22.
At this time, the hinge shaft 22 connects the lower support 21a and the upper support 21b at a position spaced apart from the fixed connection point between the lower support 21a and the lower housing 12a by a predetermined distance d in the outward direction.
Specifically, the lower support 21a is included to have one end 211a fixedly connected to one side of the lower housing 12a, a middle end 212a connected by the upper support 21b and the hinge shaft 22, and the other end 213a extending in a downward direction from the connection portion through the hinge shaft 22.
As shown in the right side of fig. 3, when the cooking appliance 10 is in the coupled state, the upper support 21b has one end 211b fixedly connected to one side of the upper housing 12b, a middle end 212b connected to the lower support 21a by the hinge shaft 22, and the other end 213a extending from the connecting portion opposite to the extending direction of the other end 213a of the lower support 21a by the hinge shaft 22.
That is, the other ends 213a, 213b are formed by being bent downward and upward from the ends of the inclined surfaces 214a, 214b, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, when the cooking appliance 10 is in a coupled state and the lower case 12a and the upper case 12b are perpendicular to the ground, the other end 213a of the lower support 21a and the other end 213b of the upper support 21b can simultaneously support the cooking appliance 10.
As shown on the right side of fig. 3, the length f between the tip of the other end 213a of the lower support 21a and the tip of the other end 213b of the upper support 21b is longer than the length e between the lower surface of the one end 211a of the lower support 21a and the upper surface of the one end 211b of the upper support 21 b.
Such a structure and shape provides a space in which the power cord 16 is wound between the other ends 213a, 213b of the two supports and the two housings 12a, 12b when the cooking appliance 10 is erected and stored as shown in fig. 2.
In addition, the middle portion 212a of the lower support 21a may have an inclined surface 214a inclined toward the other end 213a of the lower support 21a at a connection portion passing through the hinge shaft 22.
At this time, as shown in the left side of fig. 3, when the cooking appliance 10 is opened, the inclined surface 214a contacts a portion of the upper support 21b or the inclined surface 214b, so that the maximum rotation angle of the upper support 21b can be limited.
Preferably, the maximum rotation angle is 95 to 100 degrees. If less than 95 degrees, the upper case 12b and the upper support 21b of the cooking appliance 10 in the opened state may be rotated downward, thereby causing a safety accident, and if more than 100 degrees, the cooking appliance 10 falls down backward due to the own weight of the upper case 12b and the upper support 21 b.
With the hinge structure and the cooking appliance having the same described so far, a user can cook various foods and can minimize the problem that the contents are pushed out or the sauce flows out in the process of changing from the opened state to the adhered state.
In illustrating an exemplary cooking method, a user preferentially cooks eggs and vegetables in an open state. Thereafter, the user covers the bread on one side of the cooking contents and adheres the cooking appliance. Then, the user rotates the cooking appliance in the coupled state by 180 degrees. Subsequently, the user opens the cooking appliance and covers the other side of the cooked contents with bread.
In this way, cooking can be performed using the grill pan not only in the coupled state but also in the opened state, and thus a separate frying pan does not need to be used.
The foregoing description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes only, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may easily be transformed into other specific forms without changing the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention. The above-described embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. For example, each component described as a single type can be implemented in a distributed manner, and similarly, components described as distributed can also be implemented in a combined form.
The scope of the present invention is indicated by the appended claims rather than the detailed description, and all changes and modifications that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are intended to be embraced therein.
