The manual button 40 is located on the front plate 22, the manual button 40 is in signal connection with the processor 50, when a user needs to enable the electrical module 20 to withdraw from plugging and unplugging, if the electrical module 20 needs to be maintained or replaced, the manual button 40 can be pressed, the manual button 40 sends a manual sliding-out instruction to the processor 50, after the processor 50 receives the manual sliding-out instruction, whether the electrical module 20 belongs to a power-off state or not is judged, if the electrical module 20 is still in the power-on state, the withdrawing instruction is not output, and if the electrical module 20 is in the power-off state, the withdrawing instruction is output, so that misoperation is avoided.
The assistant pulling unit 60 is installed in the body 21 of the electrical module 20 and located at the front of the body 21, the driving motor 61 is connected to the processor 50 by signals, the first rotating gear 611, the second rotating gear 612 and the rotating member 62 all rotate around an axis perpendicular to the extending direction of the installation channel 11, the axis perpendicular to the extending direction of the installation channel 11 can be an axis parallel to the height direction of the installation channel 11 or an axis parallel to the width direction of the installation channel 11, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the first rotating gear 611, the second rotating gear 612 and the rotating member 62 all rotate around an axis parallel to the height direction of the installation channel 11, the rotating shafts of the first rotating gear 611, the second rotating gear 612 and the rotating member 62 are fixed on the bottom plate of the electrical module 20 along the height direction parallel to the electrical module 20, after the driving motor 61 receives the exit instruction, when the first rotating gear 611 rotates counterclockwise, the second rotating gear 612 rotates clockwise, the rotating member 62 rotates counterclockwise, the rotating portion 621 gradually extends out of the abdicating hole 222 at the right lower vertex angle of the front plate 22 and abuts against the right side of the front surface of the cabinet 10, that is, abuts against the upright post 13 at the right side, so as to drive the electrical module 20 to slide forward gradually, so that the electrical module 20 slides from the first position to the second position, if the processor 50 sends out an exit instruction when the temperature value exceeds the first threshold value, damage to the connector and devices in the electrical module 20 due to overhigh temperature is avoided, and further damage to the plug terminal 24 and the plug female socket 122 due to direct current conduction when the plug terminal 24 and the plug female socket 122 are in contact is avoided; if the processor 50 issues an exit instruction when the pressure value exceeds the second threshold value, the electrical module 20 can slide forward and exit from direct contact with the female socket 122, thereby avoiding damage to the plug terminal 24 and devices in the electrical module 20 due to excessive pressure.
The using process is as follows:
the abutting portion 622 of the rotating member 62 is manually rotated clockwise to be unable to rotate, at this time, the rotating member 62 is completely hidden in the electrical module 20, the electrical module 20 is inserted into the installation channel 11, and the electrical module 20 is pushed backward until the second folded edge 224 of the positioning portion 221 is attached to the left and right sides of the front surface of the cabinet 10, i.e. is matched with the upright posts 13 on the left and right sides of the cabinet 10, at this time, the electrical module 20 is located in the installation channel 11, the inserting terminal 24 is inserted into the inserting female seat 122, the positioning rod 123 is inserted into the positioning hole 221, the force measuring spring 70 is partially compressed, i.e. the electrical module 20 reaches the first position, as shown in fig. 9, the toggle switch of the electrical module 20 is toggled, the electrical module 20 is in an energized state, and the latch tongue of the toggle switch extends out and is located on the rear side of the upright post 13 to limit the electrical module 20 from sliding forward, the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor 32 monitors the pressure value between the electrical module 20 and the socket 12 in real time and sends the pressure value to the processor 50, the processor 50 receives the temperature value sent by the temperature sensor 31 and the pressure value sent by the pressure sensor 32, compares the temperature value with the first threshold value and the pressure value with the second threshold value, if the temperature value exceeds the first threshold value or the pressure value exceeds the second threshold value, the electrical module 20 is powered off, and then an exit instruction is output, after the exit instruction is received by the driving motor 61, the first rotating gear 611 rotates counterclockwise, the second rotating gear 612 rotates clockwise, the rotating member 62 rotates counterclockwise, the rotating portion 621 gradually extends out of the opening at the lower right vertex angle of the front plate 22 and abuts against the right side of the front surface of the cabinet 10, namely, the right upright post 13 abuts against the right side, the electrical module 20 is driven to slide forward gradually, and the electrical module 20 slides from the first position to the second position, as shown in fig. 11, thereby allowing the appliance module 20 to be powered off and slid forward in an unsafe operating state, preventing the connector and the appliance module 20 from being damaged.
If want to maintain or change electrical apparatus module in electrical apparatus module course of operation, can stir the twist switch that dials electrical apparatus module 20 earlier, make electrical apparatus module 20 outage, dial the spring bolt of twist switch and withdraw back in electrical apparatus module 20, press manual button 40 again, manual button 40 sends manual roll-off instruction to treater 50 promptly, treater 50 receives manual roll-off instruction after, judge whether electrical apparatus module 20 belongs to the outage state, if, then export the instruction of withdrawing to driving motor 61, driving motor 61 drives electrical apparatus module 20 promptly and slides to the second position.

The invention relates to a safety protection device applied to a connector, a detection unit 30 collects current working state information of the connector and/or an electrical appliance module 20, a control unit 50 receives the current working state information of the connector and/or the electrical appliance module 20 and outputs an exit instruction when the working state information is out of a set safety range, an assistant pulling unit 60 drives the electrical appliance module 20 to slide forwards to at least partially separate from an installation channel 11 according to the exit instruction so as to separate a plugging terminal 24 from electric connection with a plugging seat 12, namely, when the working state information is in the set safety range, the electrical appliance module 20 is positioned in the installation channel 11, the plugging terminal 24 is electrically connected with the plugging seat 12, when the working state information of the electrical appliance module 20 is out of the set safety range, the plugging terminal 24 automatically separates from electric connection with a plugging female seat 122, so that the electrical appliance module 20 is powered off and slides forwards in a non-safety working state, the electric appliance module 20 can be timely separated from a dangerous working state, and the electric appliance module 20 is prevented from being damaged; and the design structure of the pulling assisting unit 60 is simple and practical, and the rotating piece 62 pushes against the front surface of the cabinet 10 in the rotating process to drive the electrical module 20 to slide forwards, so that the pulling and inserting operations of the electrical module 20 and the inserting female seat 122 are quicker, and the time of the connector and the electrical module 20 in dangerous working states is further shortened.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a safety control method of the connector, which is used for the safety protection device in the embodiment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring current working state information of the electrical appliance module 20 and/or the connector, namely detecting a temperature value inside the plug terminal 24 by using the temperature sensor 31 and detecting a pressure value between the electrical appliance module 20 and the plug socket 12 by using the pressure sensor 32;
judging whether the current working state information of the electrical appliance module 20 and/or the connector is out of a set safety range, if so, outputting an exit instruction, namely, receiving the temperature value sent by the temperature sensor 31 and the pressure value sent by the pressure sensor 32 by the processor 50, comparing the temperature value with the first threshold value and the pressure value with the second threshold value, and if the temperature value exceeds the first threshold value or the pressure value exceeds the second threshold value, powering off the electrical appliance module 20 and then outputting the exit instruction;
after receiving the exit instruction, the driving element 61 drives the rotating element 62 to rotate to abut against the front surface of the cabinet 10, so that the electrical module 20 slides forward to partially separate from the installation channel 11, and the plug terminal 24 is electrically disconnected from the plug female socket 122; after the driving motor 61 receives the exit instruction, the first rotating gear 611 rotates counterclockwise, the second rotating gear 612 rotates clockwise, the rotating member 62 rotates counterclockwise, the rotating portion 621 gradually extends out of the opening of the lower right vertex angle of the front plate 22 and pushes against the right side of the front surface of the cabinet 10, i.e., the upright post 13 on the right side is pushed against, the electric module 20 is driven to slide forward gradually, the electric module 20 slides to the second position from the first position, the electric module 20 is powered off and slides forward in the non-safe working state, and the electric module 20 is prevented from being damaged.
According to the method, when the working state information of the electric appliance module 20 and/or the connector is within a set safety range, the electric appliance module 20 is located in the installation channel 11, the plug terminal 24 is electrically connected with the plug socket 12, when the working state information of the electric appliance module 20 and/or the connector is out of the set safety range, the electric appliance module 20 is driven to slide forwards, the plug terminal 24 is automatically out of electrical connection with the plug socket 12, the electric appliance module 20 and/or the connector is powered off and slides forwards in a non-safety working state, the electric appliance module 20 and the connector can be timely out of a dangerous working state, and the electric appliance module 20 and the connector are prevented from being damaged; and the design structure of the pulling assisting unit 60 is simple and practical, so that the pulling and plugging operations of the electrical module 20 and the socket 12 are quicker, and the time of the electrical module 20 in a dangerous working state is further shortened.

1. A safety protection device applied to a connector, which is used for electrically connecting a cabinet and an electrical appliance module, comprises a plug socket and a plug terminal; the cabinet is provided with an installation channel, the electrical appliance module is arranged in the installation channel in a sliding manner, the socket is arranged on the cabinet and positioned at the rear part of the installation channel, and the plug terminal is arranged at the rear part of the electrical appliance module and matched with the socket; the method is characterized in that: comprises that
The detection unit is arranged on the connector and/or the electrical appliance module and is used for acquiring and outputting the current working state information of the connector and/or the electrical appliance module;
the control unit receives the current working state information of the connector and/or the electrical appliance module and outputs an exit instruction when the working state information is out of a set safety range; and
and the assistant pulling unit is used for receiving the quit instruction and then driving the electrical appliance module to slide forwards until at least part of the electrical appliance module is separated from the installation channel so as to separate the plug terminal from the electrical connection with the plug socket.
2. A safety shield apparatus for use with a connector as defined in claim 1, wherein: the current working state information of the connector at least comprises a temperature value of the connector, the current working state information of the electrical appliance module at least comprises a temperature value of the electrical appliance module, and the control unit outputs an exit instruction when the temperature value of the connector and/or the electrical appliance module exceeds a set first threshold value;
the detection unit at least comprises a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is in signal connection with the control unit and is used for detecting the temperature value of the connector and/or the electric appliance module and sending the temperature value to the control unit.
3. A safety shield apparatus for use with a connector as defined in claim 2, wherein: the plug-in terminal is internally provided with a blind hole or a through hole, and the temperature sensor extends into the blind hole or the through hole to collect and output the current temperature value information of the connector.
4. A safety arrangement for use with a connector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the device also comprises an elastic piece; the current working state information of the connector and/or the electrical appliance module at least comprises a pressure value between the electrical appliance module and the socket, and the control unit outputs an exit instruction when the pressure value exceeds a set second threshold value;
the detection unit comprises a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is in signal connection with the control unit, the pressure sensor is installed on the electrical appliance module or the plug socket and is located between the electrical appliance module and the plug socket to detect a pressure value between the electrical appliance module and the plug socket, and the elastic piece is arranged between the electrical appliance module and the pressure sensor.
5. A safety shield apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: still include the damping piece, the damping piece is located between electrical apparatus module and the elastic component.

A safety shield apparatus for use with a connector as defined in claim 1, wherein: the pulling assisting unit comprises a rotating part and a driving part, the rotating part is arranged on the electrical appliance module and rotates around an axis perpendicular to the extending direction of the installation channel, the driving part receives an exit instruction and then drives the rotating part to rotate to the front surface of the cabinet, so that the electrical appliance module is driven to slide forwards until at least part of the rotating part is separated from the installation channel, and the plugging terminal is separated from the electrical connection with the plugging seat.
7. A safety shield apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the rotating piece is provided with a butting part, and the end part of the butting part is used for being butted with the front surface of the cabinet.

A safety shield apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the output end of the driving piece is provided with a first rotating gear and a second rotating gear meshed with the first rotating gear; the rotating part further comprises a rotating part fixedly connected with the abutting part, and the rotating part is meshed with the second rotating gear.
9. A safety shield apparatus for use with a connector as defined in claim 1, wherein: the control unit receives the manual exit instruction and outputs the exit instruction when the electrical appliance module is powered off.
10. A safety control method for a connector, which is used for a safety protection device applied to the connector according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: comprises that
Acquiring current working state information of the electrical appliance module and/or the connector, judging whether the current working state information is out of a set safety range, and if so, outputting an exit instruction; and after receiving the quit instruction, the assistant pulling unit drives the electrical appliance module to slide forwards to a part of the separation installation channel so as to separate the plug terminal from the plug socket.
