As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the module circuit board fasteners 12, the main circuit board fasteners 14 and their associated mounting holes and screws are all arranged in pairs and symmetrically along the vertical center line of the module circuit board 3, a pair of module circuit board fastener positioning holes 24 are provided on both sides of the bottom of the module circuit board 3 to be respectively matched with two module circuit board fastener positioning pins 31, a module circuit board fastener mounting hole 22 is provided on the outer side of each positioning hole 24 to allow a module circuit board fastener mounting screw 30 of specification M3 to pass therethrough, a module circuit board fastener second mounting hole 32 with an M3 female screw module is correspondingly provided to be screwed and locked by the module circuit board fastener mounting screw 30, and similarly, a pair of main circuit board fastener positioning holes 28 are provided on the main circuit board 6 to be respectively matched with two main circuit board fastener positioning pins 26, main circuit board fastener mounting holes 27 are formed in the outer sides of the positioning holes respectively to allow main circuit board fastener mounting screws 29 of M3 to pass therethrough, correspondingly, main circuit board fastener second mounting holes 33 of a module with M3 female threads are formed to be screwed and locked therein by the main circuit board fastener mounting screws 29, a module circuit board fastener first mounting hole 23 is formed in each module circuit board fastener 12, the hole is a through hole with a diameter of 3mm to allow a module circuit board fixing screw 17 to pass therethrough, and a main circuit board fastener first mounting hole 25 with M3 female threads is formed in each main circuit board fastener 14 to be screwed and locked therein by the module circuit board fixing screw 17.
As shown in fig. 6, after the module circuit board 3 and the main circuit board 6 are mounted, a tight connection relationship is formed, when the module circuit board 3 needs to be replaced, only two module circuit board mounting screws need to be loosened by a screwdriver, the module circuit board 3 can be pulled out upwards, after a new module circuit board 3 is inserted, the two module circuit board mounting screws are locked again by the screwdriver, and the mounting can be completed, so that the reliable connection of the internal circuit of the controller can be ensured on the premise of convenient dismounting, and the controller has good capability of resisting vibration and impact.
