Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention discloses a battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100, which includes a test interface 10, a processing module 20 for controlling the test interface 10, and a housing 30.
Referring to fig. 1, the test interface 10 is mounted on the housing 30 for interfacing with an output interface disposed on a battery pack, so as to transmit power or signals between the output interface and the test interface under the control of the processing module 20. The test interface 10 includes a first test interface 11 interfacing with a first output interface disposed on a first battery pack and a second test interface 12 interfacing with a second output interface disposed on a second battery pack, and the first test interface 11 and the second test interface 12 are detachably mounted on the housing 30. Because the first test interface 11 and the second test interface 12 are detachably mounted on the housing 30, the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 can be adapted to a plurality of battery packs with different specifications. For example, in practical applications, a plurality of test interfaces of different specifications may be configured for the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100, and the test interfaces of different specifications are matched with the battery packs of different specifications, so that a user may install the test interfaces of corresponding specifications on the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 according to the specifications of the battery packs, and then the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 may diagnose the battery packs of different specifications while considering the size miniaturization. The first test interface 11 includes a first insulating body 111 mounted on the housing 30 and a first conductive terminal 112 mounted on the first insulating body 111. The first insulating body 111 may be fixedly mounted on the housing 30 by screws, or may be fixedly mounted on the housing 30 by a bayonet coupling. The installation manner of the first insulating body 111 is not particularly limited in the present invention. The first conductive terminal 112 generally includes a first power terminal for transmitting power and a first signal terminal for transmitting a signal. The second test interface 12 includes a second insulative housing 121 mounted to the housing 30 and a second conductive terminal 122 mounted to the second insulative housing 121. The second insulating body 121 may be fixedly mounted on the housing 30 by screws or bayonet fastening. The second conductive terminal 122 generally includes a second electrical terminal for transmitting power and a second signal terminal for transmitting signals.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 30 includes a top wall 31, a bottom wall 32 opposite to the top wall 31, and a side wall 33 disposed around the top wall 31. The top wall 31, the bottom wall 32 and the side wall 33 together define a receiving space (not shown) for receiving the processing module 20. The processing module 20 diagnoses the battery pack through the test interface 10, and stores the diagnosis information locally or transmits the diagnosis information to an external device. The accommodating space is communicated with the heat dissipation port to facilitate heat dissipation. The top wall 31 is provided with a first insertion groove 311 matched with the first battery pack and a second insertion groove 312 matched with the second battery pack. The side wall 33 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation windows 331 to facilitate heat dissipation of the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100.
Referring to fig. 1, the first inserting groove 311 is formed by recessing the top wall 31, and includes a first groove bottom wall 3111, a first groove side wall 3112 parallel to the inserting direction of the first battery pack, and a first groove rear wall 3113 perpendicular to the inserting direction of the first battery pack. The first groove bottom wall 3111 is provided with a containing cavity 301 formed by recessing the first groove bottom wall 3111 inwards and a trigger switch 302 contained in the containing cavity 301. The trigger switch 302 is partially accommodated in the accommodating cavity 301, and partially protrudes into the first insertion groove 311, so that the first battery pack or the second battery pack abuts against the trigger switch 302. The trigger switch 302 is configured to be triggered by the first battery pack or the second battery pack when the first test interface 11 is docked with the first output interface or the second test interface 12 is docked with the second output interface, so that the first test interface 11 or the second test interface 12 is powered on. When the first battery pack is taken out from the first insertion groove 311 or the second battery pack is taken out from the second insertion groove 312, the trigger switch 302 is reset, so that the first test interface 11 or the second test interface 12 is powered off. By the arrangement, the electric shock hazard caused by mistakenly touching the first test interface 11 or the second test interface 12 can be avoided, and the personal safety of the user can be effectively ensured. One end of the trigger switch 302, which is located in the first inserting groove 311, is provided with a guiding portion 3021 that is matched with a battery pack, so that the trigger switch 302 can be smoothly abutted when the battery pack is inserted, and the trigger switch 302 can enter the accommodating cavity 301. In the present embodiment, the guide portion 3021 is a roller. Of course, the guide portion 3021 may have other structures, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto. In this embodiment, the trigger switch 302 is a micro switch and is disposed on the first groove bottom wall 3111, but in other embodiments, the trigger switch 302 may also be disposed on the first groove side wall 3112 or the first groove rear wall 3113. With this configuration, the length of the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 in the left-right direction can be effectively reduced, which is advantageous for the miniaturization of the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100. The second socket 312 includes a second socket bottom wall 3121, a second socket side wall 3122 parallel to the second battery pack insertion direction, and a second socket rear wall 3123 perpendicular to the second battery pack insertion direction. The second groove side wall 3122 is provided with a sliding rail (not shown) to guide the second battery pack to be slidably inserted into the second insertion groove 312. The second test interface 12 is removably mounted to the second well rear wall 3123.
Referring to fig. 3, preferably, the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 is further provided with a communication module 40, a fault indicator lamp 50, a voice module 60 and a display screen 70, wherein the communication module 40, the fault indicator lamp 50, the voice module 60 and the display screen 70 are in communication with an external device (e.g., a computer, a tablet computer, etc.), and the processing module 20 controls the communication module 40, the fault indicator lamp 50, the voice module 60 and the display screen 70. The communication module 40 may be a wired communication module or a wireless communication module. The wired communication module may be the USB interface 41, and the wireless communication module may be a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, a WLAN module, an infrared communication module, a GPRS communication module, and the like. The fault indicator lamp 50 is used to display the fault type of the battery pack, and it can display different fault types of the battery pack by the combination of the number of lighting lamps, the color, the lighting manner (e.g., flashing), and the like. The voice module 60 is used for reminding the user of the fault type of the battery pack through voice. The display screen 70 is used to directly display the failure type of the battery pack on the screen.
Compared with the prior art, the test interface 10 of the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 of the present invention can be detached and replaced, so that the battery pack diagnostic apparatus 100 can be adapted to battery packs with different specifications by replacing the test interface 10.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
