随着城镇化建设的大力推进,给排水领域的技术创新也随之日新月异。现有的雨污排水双波峰插口管连接装置根据《埋地用聚乙烯(PE)结构壁管道系统,第一部分:聚乙烯双波峰插口管材》GB/T19472.1-2004的规定采用承插式连接,不足之处是当地基沉降后,双波峰插口管承插连接部位会产生位移,密封失效,导致管网连接部位泄漏,污染环境。需要发明一种新的带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道及加工方法,在钢骨架管的端口设置衬套,衬套轴向覆盖钢骨架管的切割端口裸露的钢骨架,设计简单合理,制造成本低,工地安装工艺快捷便利,带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道水平热熔对接密封连接质量稳定,保证市政雨污排水管网连接质量可靠的前提下,还可降低安装、维修成本。
发明内容
为克服现有的钢骨架热熔对接管无衬套连接密封安装不足之处发明一种带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道及加工方法。
一种带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道所述的带压注衬套钢骨架热熔对接管包括
钢骨架管、衬套;在钢骨架管的端口设置衬套;带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道及加工方法的连接关系是:在钢骨架管的端口设置衬套,衬套轴向覆盖钢骨架管的切割端口,径向包裹在钢骨架管的端口外壁上;钢骨架管端口与衬套的连接是压注熔融连接。所述的衬套是压注聚乙烯塑料在钢骨架管端口的压注衬套。带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道的连接关系是:在钢骨架管的端口设置衬套,钢骨架管端口与衬套的连接是压注熔融连接;所述的衬套是指对称设置在钢骨架管的左端口和右端口上;把发热板垂直安装在带衬套钢骨架管左端口和右端口之间;通电发热板,直到衬套熔融完成再断电;取出发热板,带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管左端口衬套和右端口衬套热熔对接,热熔连接为带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道。
一种带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道热熔对接安装工艺如下:
步骤一:检查带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道对接连接场所,符合安装要求后;将两根带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管对正一字排开;安装带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道对接缝为装配对称中心线,左右对称,以带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道轴线为上下装配水平线,上下对称,调整达到安装要求;
步骤二:把发热板垂直安装在带衬套钢骨架管左端口和另一根右端口之间;
步骤三:通电发热板,直到衬套熔融完成再断电;
步骤四:抽出发热板,带衬套钢骨架管左端口衬套和右端口衬套熔融对接,熔融连接为带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道,自然冷却。
步骤五:再次按照安装施工要求检查上述连接安装工艺,符合要求,验收合格。

步骤二:把发热板垂直安装在两根相同规格的衬套钢骨架管左端口和另一根右端口之间;
步骤三:通电发热板,直到衬套贴合面达到对接熔融技术要求;
步骤四:抽出发热板,带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道左端口衬套和右端口衬套贴合面熔融对接,熔融连接为带衬套钢骨架热熔对接管道,自然冷却;
步骤五:再次按照安装施工要求检查上述连接安装工艺,符合要求,验收合格。
