Abstract
本发明提供的有机无机复合发光材料,包括依次层叠的无机发光颗粒层,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层包括若干颗有序排列的无机发光颗粒,相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1‑xRexC1‑yMyF6,本发明同传统的AB1‑ xRexC1‑yMyF6发光材料相比,引入了贝壳仿生的设计结构,通过AB1‑xRexC1‑yMyF6发光颗粒平行于某一固定晶面生长,实现片状颗粒,然后将片状的AB1‑xRexC1‑yMyF6发光颗粒层层有序堆叠,实现所有颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,克服双折射光损耗,实现透明块体材料,同传统的单晶相比制备更加简单,成本更低。

技术领域
本发明涉及发光材料技术领域,特别涉及一种透明的有机无机复合发光材料。
背景技术
具有透明特点的块体氟铝钙锂石体系发光材料可应用于激光介质、白光LED光转换体和信息存储材料等领域。目前,实现透明块体氟铝钙锂石体系发光材料的技术是通过生长单晶的方法,需要将原料熔融后通过提拉法生长,具有工艺复杂、生产周期长、价格昂贵等问题。氟铝钙锂石体系属于三斜晶系,由于存在双折射现象,导致一条入射光进入材料后产生两条折射光,因此氟铝钙锂石体系无法烧结透明陶瓷材料。因为透明陶瓷材料由大量晶粒组成,每个晶粒的取向都不一致,根据双折射原理可知,光经过每一个晶粒后都要分成两条光线,经过大量晶粒后,入射光将因双折射而损耗,材料不透明。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种克服双折射光损耗且实现透明的有机无机复合发光材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种有机无机复合发光材料,所述有机无机复合发光材料为透明材料,包括依次层叠的无机发光颗粒层,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层包括若干颗有序排列的无机发光颗粒,相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,其中,A为Li+,Na+,K+中的一种或多种,B为Ca2+,Sr2 +,Ba2+中的一种或多种,C为Al3+,Ga3+,Sc3+中的一种或多种,Re为稀土发光离子Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb中的一种或多种,M为过渡族发光离子V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu中的一种或多种,x,y为元素摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.5,x+y>0。
在其中一些实施例中,所述无机发光颗粒为片状,所述无机发光颗粒为透光的单晶颗粒。
在其中一些实施例中,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层中所述无机发光颗粒的体积分数为50%-90%。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.26-1.46之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于10%。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.35-1.4之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于5%。
在其中一些实施例中,所述有机无机复合发光材料在任意维度的尺寸应大于1mm。
本发明还提供了一种所述的有机无机复合发光材料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
获取所述无机发光颗粒;
将若干颗所述无机发光颗粒沉积形成无机发光颗粒层且使若干个无机发光颗粒层依次层叠;
在相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,其中,A为Li+,Na+,K+中的一种或多种,B为Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+中的一种或多种,C为Al3+,Ga3+,Sc3+中的一种或多种,Re为稀土发光离子Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb中的一种或多种,M为过渡族发光离子V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu中的一种或多种,x,y为元素摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.5,x+y>0。
本发明采用上述技术方案,具备下述有益效果:
本发明提供的有机无机复合发光材料需克服透明材料的三大限制因素。一是消除气孔;二是单颗粒透明;三是克服双折射损耗,本发明提供的有机无机复合发光材料,所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,同传统的AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光材料相比,引入了贝壳仿生的设计结构,通过AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒平行于某一固定晶面生长,实现片状颗粒,然后将片状的AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒层层有序堆叠,实现所有颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,克服双折射光损耗;为消除气孔,使用折射率匹配的有机透明材料填充,实现透明块体材料,同传统的单晶相比制备更加简单,成本更低。
同时,同传统的贝壳仿生结构相比,本发明赋予了贝壳仿生材料透明和发光的特性,贝壳仿生材料的应用范围将扩展到发光材料领域,可应用于激光介质、白光LED光转换体、大功率激光照明、信息存储等领域,克服传统晶体、玻璃、透明陶瓷等无机材料制备困难,成本高昂等问题。

可以理解,由于采用所述化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6的单晶发光颗粒,呈片状结构,通过层叠堆积形成若干层状,且每层内的发光颗粒为有序排列,颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,克服双折射光损耗现象。
在其中一些实施例中,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层中所述无机发光颗粒的体积分数为50%-90%,使得结构更为紧密。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.26-1.46之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于10%。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.35-1.4之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于5%。

所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,其中,A为Li+,Na+,K+中的一种或多种,B为Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+中的一种或多种,C为Al3+,Ga3+,Sc3+中的一种或多种,Re为稀土发光离子Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb中的一种或多种,M为过渡族发光离子V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu中的一种或多种,x,y为元素摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.5,x+y>0。
步骤S120:将若干颗所述无机发光颗粒沉积形成无机发光颗粒层且使若干个无机发光颗粒层依次层叠;
步骤S130:在相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列。
本发明同传统的AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光材料相比,引入了贝壳仿生的设计结构,通过AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒平行于某一固定晶面生长,实现片状颗粒,然后将片状的AB1- xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒层层有序堆叠,实现所有颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,克服双折射光损耗,实现透明块体材料,同传统的单晶相比制备更加简单,成本更低。
同时,同传统的贝壳仿生结构相比,本发明赋予了贝壳仿生材料透明和发光的特性,贝壳仿生材料的应用范围将扩展到发光材料领域,可应用于激光介质、白光LED光转换体、大功率激光照明、信息存储等领域,克服传统晶体、玻璃、透明陶瓷等无机材料制备困难,成本高昂等问题。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种贝壳仿生的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6有机无机复合发光材料,包括层叠堆积的多层有序排列的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6发光颗粒,发光颗粒之间通过折射率1.36的透明高折射率紫外固化胶填充和粘结。获得的贝壳仿生的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6复合发光材料直线透过率65%,体积为φ10mm×1mm。该发光材料可吸收~410nm近紫外光或者~620nm红光,并转化为~800nm近红外光。LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6发光颗粒为片状单晶,发光中心离子为过渡金属Cr3+。LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6发光颗粒为严格的层叠堆积,且每层内的发光颗粒也有序排列,所有颗粒平行于(100)晶面排列,无机颗粒体积分数80%。使用折射率1.36的透明高折射率紫外固化胶填充和粘结,孔隙率2%。
图3为贝壳仿生的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6有机无机复合发光材料的发光光谱图,从图1可以看到该块体材料具有发光材料的特性,能够被~410nm近紫外光或者~620nm红光激发,并转化为~800nm近红外光。从图4可以看到,制备的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6发光颗粒为片状六边形结构,经过重力沉降组合后可以获得有序的层层堆叠有序排列,可以保证颗粒晶面取向的一致性。从图5可以看出贝壳仿生的LiSrAl0.92Cr0.08F6块体复合发光材料具有较高透过率,可以清晰看到材料背面的图案。
实施例2-19

由以上实施例可以看出,本发明的一种贝壳仿生的透明有机无机复合发光材料的结构,需要满足四个基本条件才能实现本发明的有益效果:(1)AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒为片状单晶,且具有光透明的特点;(2)AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒层层有序排列,保证发光颗粒晶面取向一致,且密堆积;(3)有机物与AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6发光颗粒折射率匹配;(4)有机物完全填充无机颗粒的气孔。根据光学原理,满足上述4个条件即可实现透明的有机无机复合发光材料,具有非常丰富的无机发光颗粒和有机材料的组合类型,对透明块体发光材料的开发具有重要意义。

Claims (6)
1.一种有机无机复合发光材料,其特征在于,所述有机无机复合发光材料为透明材料,包括依次层叠的无机发光颗粒层,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层包括若干颗有序排列的无机发光颗粒,相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,形成贝壳仿生结构;所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,其中,A为Li+,Na+,K+中的一种或多种,B为Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+中的一种或多种,C为Al3+,Ga3+,Sc3+中的一种或多种,Re为稀土发光离子Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb中的一种或多种,M为过渡族发光离子V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu中的一种或多种,x,y为元素摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.5,x+y>0;
所述无机发光颗粒为片状,所述无机发光颗粒为透光的单晶颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机无机复合发光材料,其特征在于,任意一层所述无机发光颗粒层中所述无机发光颗粒的体积分数为50%-90%。
3.如权利要求1所述的有机无机复合发光材料,其特征在于,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.26-1.46之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于10%。
4.如权利要求1所述的有机无机复合发光材料,其特征在于,所述透明有机材料的折射率为1.35-1.4之间,且所述透明有机材料有效填充无机发光颗粒之间的空隙,使所述有机无机复合发光材料的气孔率小于5%。
5.如权利要求1所述的有机无机复合发光材料,其特征在于,所述有机无机复合发光材料在任意维度的尺寸应大于1mm。
6.一种权利要求1至5任一项所述的有机无机复合发光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
获取所述无机发光颗粒;
将若干颗所述无机发光颗粒沉积形成无机发光颗粒层且使若干个无机发光颗粒层依次层叠;
在相邻的所述无机发光颗粒层之间以及相邻的所述无机发光颗粒之间均填充和/或粘结有透明有机材料,且所有的无机发光颗粒平行或者垂直于某一固定晶面方向排列,所述无机发光颗粒的化学式为AB1-xRexC1-yMyF6,其中,A为Li+,Na+,K+中的一种或多种,B为Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+中的一种或多种,C为Al3+,Ga3+,Sc3+中的一种或多种,Re为稀土发光离子Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb中的一种或多种,M为过渡族发光离子V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu中的一种或多种,x,y为元素摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.5,x+y>0。
