In order to verify the long-acting antibacterial property, the safety property and the moisturizing property of the no-wash gel, the following tests were respectively carried out, and the samples supplied in the tests were example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
Experiment 1 Long-acting bacteriostatic test
Respectively taking 3g of samples to wipe the skin of the back of the hand of a testee, exposing the samples for corresponding time under the same environment, adopting an aseptic operation method, using an aseptic cotton ball to wipe the drug application part of the back of the hand, washing the cotton ball in 10ml of aseptic water for 5min by oscillation, taking 0.1ml of oscillation washing liquid, culturing the cotton ball in a beef extract peptone solid culture medium and a PDA agar plate by a pouring method for certain time, and carrying out long-acting bacteriostatic experiments on bacteria and fungi to obtain long-acting bacteriostatic experiment results, wherein the long-acting bacteriostatic experiment results are respectively shown in a table 1 and a table 2:

Example 1 - - - +
Example 2 - - - +
Example 3 - - - +
Comparative example 1 - + ++ +++
Comparative example 2 - + ++ +++
Wherein: "-" represents no microbial growth;
"+" represents microbial colony count < 5/dish;
"+ +" represents microbial colony count < 20/dish;
"+ + + +" indicates that the colony count of microorganisms < 100/dish or colony clumping failed to count.
As can be seen from the above experimental results, the killing and inhibiting effects on microorganisms by several test articles in a short time are almost the same. However, the propolis ethanol hand-washing-free gel shows an excellent long-acting antibacterial effect with the antibacterial time of 4 hours. The main reason is that the ethanol solution added with the propolis has certain hydrophobicity, and a protective film can be formed on the surface of skin, so that the breeding of microorganisms can be effectively inhibited.
Test 2 irritation test results (crowd test)
100 subjects were randomly selected, divided into 4 groups on average, and 5 samples were taken in portions of 3g each. The samples of comparative example 1 were applied to the left hand of 100 subjects as controls, and the samples of example 1 were applied to the right hand of the first group of subjects, the samples of example 2 were applied to the right hand of the second group of subjects, the samples of example 3 were applied to the right hand of the third group of subjects, and the samples of comparative example 2 were applied to the right hand of the fourth group of subjects. After it had dried, the degree of skin irritation to which the subject responded was recorded as shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 statistical Table of skin irritation levels of subjects
Figure BDA0002775473800000072
Figure BDA0002775473800000081
The experimental result shows that the propolis ethanol hand-washing-free gel has no stimulation to skin, and can be used for cleaning hands of infants and sensitive skin.
Test 3 moisture Retention Performance test results (crowd test)
100 subjects were randomly selected, divided into 4 groups on average, and 5 samples were taken in portions of 3g each. The samples of comparative example 1 were applied to the left hand of 100 subjects as controls, and the samples of example 1 were applied to the right hand of the first group of subjects, the samples of example 2 were applied to the right hand of the second group of subjects, the samples of example 3 were applied to the right hand of the third group of subjects, and the samples of comparative example 2 were applied to the right hand of the fourth group of subjects. After drying, the skin moisture content of the hand skin of the subject was measured by using a skin moisture meter, and the average sweat level of the hand of the subject using the same sample was counted, with the test results shown in table 4:
TABLE 4 statistical table of average hand skin hydration levels of subjects
Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Comparative example 1 Comparative example 2
Average moisture content of skin 27.9% 28.3% 28.6% 19.6% 17.9%
It is apparent from the experimental results that the moisture content of the skin of the subject using the propolis ethanol no-wash gel of the present invention is significantly higher than the moisture content of the skin using 75% ethanol no-wash gel and 75% ethanol disinfectant. The reason is that propolis has a regeneration-promoting effect on collagen, which is the basis of skin maintaining moisture and elasticity. In addition, the moisturizer contained in the formula has an additional moisturizing effect on the skin. Therefore, the product has more excellent moisturizing performance than like products.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
