Abstract
本发明公开了一种发用干洗喷雾组合物及其制备方法,按重量份计,包括如下组分:推进剂1~80份;乙醇1~15份;吸油粉末0.01~10份;阳离子表面活性剂0.01~0.5份;阳离子聚合物0.01~0.3份;天然除味剂0.01~0.2份;其中,所述的天然除味剂为柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物按重量比(0.5~2):1复配。本发明的发用干洗喷雾组合物通过加入柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物以一定比例复配的天然除味剂,可以有效去除头皮和头发上的臭味,从根源上解决长期不洗头导致的异味问题;而且使用时温和不刺激,能够很好的舒缓头皮;使用方便,适于处在特殊环境或特殊时期的人群的头发护理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗发剂技术领域,具体涉及一种发用干洗喷雾组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,人们主要使用洗发香波来清洗头发以及头皮,需要通过用水混合起泡进行清洗,然后使用大量水将头发冲洗干净,使头发和头皮清爽干净。但是,对于处在特殊环境或特殊时期的人,如缺水地区、卧病在床或坐月子,由于没有条件或不方便用水,洗头就成了一个问题。人的头部皮脂分泌活跃,长期不洗头会导致头皮发痒、头发油腻;细菌大量繁殖,皮脂经过细菌的酸化,就会散发出异味;而且头发由于比表面积大,极易吸附各种气味,难以去除,严重的头发异味常常令人不适。
中国专利CN201410820010.X公开了一种头发干洗气雾剂,主要是通过吸油粉末吸收去除头皮和头发上的皮脂来解决头发油腻、头皮发痒等问题,使用香精来掩盖头发异味,但这并不能从根源上解决异味问题,头发和头皮上仍然留存有异味,若香精掩盖力不足,会导致多种味道混合,反而产生更让人难以接受的味道。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种发用干洗喷雾组合物,可持续地吸收头皮和头发上的多余油脂、蓬松头发,同时具有高效的除臭去味功能,能够从根源上去除头皮和头发异味。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述发用干洗喷雾组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种发用干洗喷雾组合物,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
推进剂 1~80份;
乙醇 1~15份;
吸油粉末 0.01~10份;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~0.5份;
阳离子聚合物 0.01~0.3份;
天然除味剂 0.01~0.2份;
其中,所述的天然除味剂为柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUSMUKUROSSI)果提取物按重量比(0.5~2):1复配。
优选的,所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
推进剂 1~80份;
乙醇 1~15份;
吸油粉末 0.01~8份;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~0.05份;
阳离子聚合物 0.01~0.1份;
天然除味剂 0.04~0.1份。
本发明将柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物以重量比(0.5~2):1复配的天然除味剂,添加到发用干洗喷雾组合物中,无患子果提取物具有清除自由基、抗菌的作用,与柿果提取物配合使用,可与臭味分子发生反应,将其转变成无味的普通分子,具有高效的除臭去味功能,从根源上去除头发异味。优选的,所述的天然除味剂为柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物按重量比(1~1.8):1复配。
本发明所述的柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物的制备方法:将柿子依次经过水煮、乙醇泡煮、乙酸乙酯萃取、大孔树脂吸附、乙醇洗脱、蒸除乙醇的步骤后提取得到柿果提取物浓缩液。
所述的无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物的制备方法:取干燥无患子果研磨粉碎后,用50%乙醇溶液泡煮1小时后过滤,将滤液进行抽滤,用乙酸乙酯萃取,经过蒸去溶剂,得到无患子果提取物。
本发明选用粒径小于10μm的吸油粉末,可以持续吸收油脂,容易从头发和头皮上脱落,不会导致头发泛白问题。所述的吸油粉末选自淀粉、活性炭、硅酸铝镁、气相二氧化硅、二氧化硅、二氧化硅衍生物或矿物粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的淀粉选自天然淀粉或变性淀粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的天然淀粉选自木薯淀粉、稻米淀粉、豆类淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、菱角淀粉、莲藕淀粉,荸荠淀粉或葛根淀粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的变性淀粉选自淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、水解玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯、羧甲基淀粉钠或羧甲基淀粉中的任意一种或几种。优选的,所述的吸油粉末为硅石和天然淀粉按重量比1:(35~60)复配。
所述的推进剂选自1,1-二氟乙烷、二甲醚、正丁烷、丙烷、四氟乙烷、氮气、二氧化碳或一氧化二氮中的至少一种。
本发明所述的乙醇可通过淀粉发酵法、乙烯直接水化法、煤机合成法、联合生物纤维素加工法等制得。
本发明加入适量的阳离子表面活性剂,有一定的抑菌功效,可以减少头发异味。所述的阳离子表面活性剂是指疏水基通过共价键与带正电荷的亲水基相连的表面活性剂,疏水基由8~30个碳的烷基构成,阳离子亲水基由含氮、磷、硫或碘基团构成。所述的阳离子表面活性剂选自烷基三甲基氯化铵、烷基二甲基氯化铵、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵或烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺中的任意一种或几种;具体的,所述的烷基三甲基氯化铵选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵或二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基二甲基氯化铵选自双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵或双二十二烷基二甲基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵选自十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵或二十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺选自硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺或二十二烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺中的任意一种或几种。
所述的阳离子聚合物选自阳离子天然高分子改性类、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类、烷基烯丙基卤化铵类、环氧氯丙烷类、聚季铵盐类、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物及其共聚物或阳离子纤维素类中的至少一种;具体的,所述的阳离子聚合物选自聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-11、聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-39、迪恩普DNP、阳离子瓜尔胶或阳离子蛋白肽中的至少一种。本发明加入适量的阳离子聚合物,可以增加头发顺滑感,使头发具有良好的梳理性。
本发明还提供上述发用干洗喷雾组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比称取各组分,把吸油粉末、阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子聚合物、乙醇混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速200~300 r/min;搅拌时间20~30 min;
(2)再加入天然除味剂,混合搅拌均匀后加入气雾罐,充入推进剂,制得发用干洗喷雾组合物。
本发明还提供了上述发用干洗喷雾组合物的使用方法:把喷雾均匀喷洒于头皮和头发上,用指腹轻柔头皮后,使用梳子梳理好头发即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的发用干洗喷雾组合物可持续地吸收头皮和头发上的多余油脂,蓬松头发,具有良好的梳理性,不会导致头发泛白问题。通过加入柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物以一定比例复配的天然除味剂,可以有效去除头皮和头发上的臭味,从根源上解决长期不洗头导致的异味问题;而且使用时温和不刺激,能够很好的舒缓头皮。
本发明的发用干洗喷雾组合物使用方便,适于处在特殊环境或特殊时期的人群的头发护理,使用后头发蓬松清爽,能够有效去除异味,解决长期无法洗头导致的困扰。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明实施例及对比例所用的原材料均来源于市购,但不限于这些材料:
硅石:粒径8~10μm,Wacker Chemie AG;
稻米淀粉:粒径8~10μm,SABOSOFT RP;
硬脂基三甲基氯化铵:Fentacare 1831 E70;
聚季铵盐-10:UCARE™ Polymer JR-30M;
乙醇:Ante Alcohol;
柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物:Pancil BA-210-1;
无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物:Sapindus Mukorossi Fruit Extract PA;
丙烷:市购;
正丁烷:市购。
实施例和对比例的制备方法:
(1)按照表3配比称取各组分,把吸油粉末、阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子聚合物、乙醇混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速200 r/min;搅拌时间20 min;
(2)再加入天然除味剂,混合搅拌均匀后加入气雾罐,充入推进剂,制得发用干洗喷雾组合物。
将实施例和对比例制得的发用干洗喷雾分别进行试用测试,测试方法及评价标准如下:
测试人群:3天以上没洗头或使用洗发产品人群,人群数量为30人;
测试部位:头部半边区域;
测试环境为:温度25℃,湿度50~55%,适应20分钟后,再进行测试;
测试方法:在受试者随机选取头发一侧,均匀喷出干洗喷雾约3g在测试区域中,并用指腹按摩头皮,待有效吸附油脂后,使用梳子整理好头发,静坐时间为10min;另一侧用于对比。
(1)头皮舒缓程度评价:受试者根据如表1所示的评分标准给干洗喷雾刺激或舒缓程度评分;评分越低,说明评价越优;记录受试者的评分进行汇总后取平均值为该干洗喷雾的头皮舒缓程度评价分数。

(2)除异味效果评价:受试者根据如表2评分标准给干洗喷雾的除异味效果进行评价打分;评分越高,说明除异味效果越好。记录受试者的评分进行汇总后取平均值为该干洗喷雾的除异味效果评价分数。

从实施例1~8可以看出,本发明的发用干洗喷雾组合物具有很好的除异味效果,可以有效去除头皮和头发上的臭味;而且使用时温和不刺激,能够很好的舒缓头皮。从对比例1、2、4、5可以看出,柿果提取物和无患子果提取物的配比不在要求范围内,或者只添加柿果提取物或无患子果提取物,其除异味的效果差,而且会增加对头皮的刺激性。从对比例3可以看出,天然除味剂加入量过多,尽管具有一定的除异味效果,但对头皮的刺激性大,使用时会有明显的瘙痒感。对比例6吸油粉末用量过多,会增加使用时的刺激性,且除异味效果较差。
Claims (9)
1.一种发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
推进剂 1~80份;
乙醇 1~15份;
吸油粉末 0.01~10份;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~0.5份;
阳离子聚合物 0.01~0.3份;
天然除味剂 0.01~0.2份;
其中,所述的天然除味剂为柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUSMUKUROSSI)果提取物按重量比(0.5~2):1复配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
推进剂 1~80份;
乙醇 1~15份;
吸油粉末 0.01~8份;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~0.05份;
阳离子聚合物 0.01~0.1份;
天然除味剂 0.04~0.1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的天然除味剂为柿(DIOSPYROS KAKI)果提取物和无患子(SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI)果提取物按重量比(1~1.8):1复配。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的吸油粉末的粒径小于10μm;所述的吸油粉末选自淀粉、活性炭、硅酸铝镁、硅石、气相二氧化硅、二氧化硅衍生物或矿物粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的淀粉选自天然淀粉或变性淀粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的天然淀粉选自木薯淀粉、稻米淀粉、豆类淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、菱角淀粉、莲藕淀粉,荸荠淀粉或葛根淀粉中的任意一种或几种;所述的变性淀粉选自淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、水解玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯、羧甲基淀粉钠或羧甲基淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的吸油粉末为硅石和天然淀粉按重量比1:(35~60)复配。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的推进剂选自1,1-二氟乙烷、二甲醚、正丁烷、丙烷、四氟乙烷、氮气、二氧化碳或一氧化二氮中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的阳离子表面活性剂选自烷基三甲基氯化铵、烷基二甲基氯化铵、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵或烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基三甲基氯化铵选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵或二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基二甲基氯化铵选自双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵或双二十二烷基二甲基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵选自十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵或二十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中的任意一种或几种;所述的烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺选自硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺或二十二烷基酰胺丙基二甲胺中的任意一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物,其特征在于,所述的阳离子聚合物选自阳离子天然高分子改性类、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类、烷基烯丙基卤化铵类、环氧氯丙烷类、聚季铵盐类、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物及其共聚物或阳离子纤维素类中的任意一种或几种;所述的阳离子聚合物选自聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-11、聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-39、迪恩普DNP、阳离子瓜尔胶或阳离子蛋白肽中的任意一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的发用干洗喷雾组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比称取各组分,把吸油粉末、阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子聚合物、乙醇混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速200~300 r/min;搅拌时间20~30 min;
(2)再加入天然除味剂,混合搅拌均匀后加入气雾罐,充入推进剂,制得发用干洗喷雾组合物。
