s107: the processing unit outputs a second extension signal to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the telescopic device to extend until a second stress value corresponding to the telescopic device is greater than or equal to a second preset stress value;
s108: the processing unit outputs massage signals to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the massage column body to start.

when the user uses the pedal, the pressure sensor on the pedal simultaneously detects a third stress value of the bead-shaped massage body and sends the third stress value to the processing unit;
the processing unit extracts a third stress value smaller than the first preset stress value and a telescopic device corresponding to the third stress value;
the processing unit outputs a third extension signal to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the telescopic device to extend until a third stress value corresponding to the telescopic device is greater than or equal to a first preset stress value;
the processing unit outputs massage signals to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the massage column body to start.
