Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and particularly relates to a carving three-dimensional printing method for a towel.
Background
The existing printed towel is printed on towel cloth with terry, and the pattern has unclear outline and poor pattern effect due to uneven cloth surface. Furthermore, because the printed paint is printed on the terry loop, the terry loop is relatively stiff and the feel of the toweling coverlet is poor.
In order to improve the prior art, patent CN1418996A discloses a method for producing three-dimensional printed terry cloth, which comprises setting a terry raising procedure after printing, fixing color and drying procedure based on the existing warp knitting terry cloth process, printing the line bottom line of the pattern or design with glue paste during printing, and then printing the pattern, design or background with paint. However, this method can only be used for the process of raising loops after warp knitting terry cloth, is not suitable for other types of looped fabrics, and has a complex process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a carving three-dimensional printing method for towels, which mainly improves printing slurry of intaglio patterns, enables the viscosity and the film-forming property to achieve the optimal compatibility, can realize three-dimensional printing by utilizing the traditional printing process, keeps the soft hand feeling of the towels, can be suitable for most types of terry fabrics, and is simple and easy to realize.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a carving three-dimensional printing method for towels comprises
1) Pretreatment of a blank towel: by removing grease, wax and impurities, the capillary effect of the grey cloth before printing reaches 4-20 cm; the process is a conventional process, such as the alkaline-oxygen bleaching process of pure cotton products.
2) Designing a drawing: the widest part of the single intaglio pattern range is designed to be less than or equal to 5cm, the narrowest part is optimally greater than or equal to 0.5cm, the other color plates are not required, and preferably, the intaglio pattern is a flat coating pattern.
3) Size mixing: independently mixing the pulp of the intaglio patterns, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of adhesive, 0.5-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0-15 parts of softening agent, 0-10 parts of refined oil and 0-6 parts of emulsifying thickener; if the printing of the manufactured towel has both intaglio patterns and non-intaglio patterns, the non-intaglio pattern color paste does not need to be used, and the conventional technology is only needed.
4) Printing: adopting a silk screen printing process, wherein the mesh number of the silk screen is as follows: 40 meshes to 200 meshes; the silk-screen printing process is a conventional process and is a photosensitive resist plate making process in silk-screen printing.
The pressure range of the magnetic rod is 800-1200Gs, and the vehicle speed is 6-12 m/min. Preferably, the size of the gravure one-plate magnetic rod and the printing frequency are correspondingly adjusted according to different thicknesses of the blank towels, so that the desired printing effect is achieved. For example: the thickness of the blank towel is 2mm-10mm, a magnetic rod with the diameter of 10mm-16mm is selected, and the pressure of the magnetic rod is 800 Gs; the thickness of the blank towel is 10mm-20mm, a magnetic rod with the diameter of 16-20mm is selected, and the pressure is 1000 Gs; the thickness of the blank towel is 20mm-30mm, a magnetic rod with the diameter of 20mm-25mm is selected, and the pressure of the magnetic rod is 1200 Gs.
5) Drying: the drying temperature is 100-160 ℃, for the embossing one-plate intaglio printing type, the drying temperature is relatively higher than that of the normal reactive printing, and the drying is carried out between the requirements of the two printing modes.
6) And (3) post-treatment: steaming, washing, drying, sewing and the like, wherein the steps are all the prior known technologies
The blank towel is as follows: pile loop (pile loop or cut pile) type fabrics with pile loop height of 2mm-30 mm;
preferably, the intaglio patterns are flat coating patterns.
The adhesive is preferably an acrylic adhesive. The main function in the gravure pattern size is to bind the fabric pile (loops) together. When the using amount is less than 5%, a good bonding effect cannot be achieved, when the using amount is more than 30%, the bonding effect is strong, the hand feeling is poor, and the viscosity of the paste is too high, so that the production efficiency is influenced.
The crosslinking agent is preferably an aqueous polyurethane. The crosslinking agent has good cost performance, and the crosslinking agent structure can react with hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and other groups in adhesives and textiles to form a crosslinking structure to form a net film, so that the adhesion stability and the fastness can be promoted. The range of the cross-linking agent is selected to be basically consistent with that of the adhesive, the cross-linking effect is small when the cross-linking agent is less than 0.5%, the embossing effect is poor, and the necessary dosage is exceeded when the cross-linking agent is more than 5%, so that waste is caused.
The emulsifying thickener is preferably an acrylic emulsifying thickener. The method mainly increases the viscosity of the paste, keeps the regularity of the printed pattern edges, and can be omitted if the requirement on the regularity of the pattern edges is low. The printing thickener mainly has the function of providing good rheological property, and is used for transferring mucilage or color paste on a screen and a printing roller onto fabrics, so that dyes are combined with fibers, and the printed patterns are guaranteed to be clear in outline. The pattern is clear, and the color is bright and uniform; after the dye is fixed, the reaction product and the residues are easy to remove in the downstream process, so that the fabric has soft hand feeling.
The adhesive and the emulsifying thickener belong to acrylates, can be well compatible, mainly has the function of bonding together to form a film, has the function of thickening because the adhesive cannot have too strong fluidity, has stronger electrolyte resistance, and can achieve the effect by less application amount.
The softener and the refined oil are oils used for adjusting hand feeling, so that the requirements on hand feeling are not high or not, and the softener and the refined oil are added more when the requirements are high. (in the prior art, after the paste is printed, the pressed high-low hair effect cannot be formed, but the gravure printing can generate the visual effect with different surface heights, and the two preparations only have requirements on hand feeling and do not play a crucial role in forming the pressed looped pile.)
The technologies which are not described in detail or disclosed in the preparation process are conventional technologies, such as: the blank towel weaving, plate making and the like are not described in detail.
The printing paste of the intaglio pattern adopted in the invention has the best viscosity and film forming property, and the paste (color paste) is printed to fully bond fluff during printing lodging, press and adhere part of the printed fluff together, and further set through the film forming property of the cross-linking agent during drying, so that the intaglio pattern forms obvious height difference with other normal parts. The fabric is washable, sun-proof, free of breakage and free of fluffing, and the hand feeling is adjusted through the refined oil and the softening agent, so that the aesthetic feeling and the hand feeling of the fabric are both good.
