Abstract
提供车辆的冷却结构,维持马达的冷却效率,并抑制制造时的马达内的积存空气,提高生产率。具备:第一冷却回路(41),其对发动机进行冷却;第二冷却回路(42),其对马达(3)和包括将马达(3)与蓄电装置连接的逆变器在内的电气设备进行冷却,第一冷却回路(41)具有设置于马达壳体(12)的第一马达内流路(20),第二冷却回路(42)具有设置于马达壳体(12)的第二马达内流路(30),第二马达内流路(30)具有使制冷剂(S)沿着马达(3)的周向流通的周向流路(33)、使制冷剂(S)向周向流路(33)流入的入口管(34)、使制冷剂(S)从周向流路(33)排出的出口管(35),入口管(34)配置在比出口管(35)靠第一马达内流路(20)侧的位置。

技术领域
本发明涉以及车辆的冷却结构。
背景技术
以往,作为具有冷却回路的马达的结构,已知具有双系统的冷却回路的结构。
例如在专利文献1(日本特开2016-146740号公报)中公开了一种电动马达的结构,其具有:划定出收纳转子以及定子的内部容积的框架;与框架的外部进行流体连通的一个一次冷却回路;设置在框架的外部的冷却装置;与一次回路不同的、横穿转子且与冷却装置进行流体连通的至少一个二次冷却回路。根据专利文献1所记载的技术,通过一次冷却回路,能够有效地对电动马达的定子进行冷却。二次冷却回路横穿向定子供给来自框架外部的气体流体的一次冷却回路的通道,因此通过提供外部空气与在二次冷却回路中循环的气体流体进行热交换的热交换区域,能够改善基于二次冷却回路的冷却。
发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,在例如具备马达和发动机的混合动力车辆中,有时具备对发动机进行冷却的第一冷却回路和对马达进行冷却且比第一冷却回路低温的第二冷却回路的双系统的冷却回路。根据这样的冷却回路的结构,与通过单一的冷却回路对发动机和马达进行冷却的情况相比,能够提高马达的冷却效率。
然而,在使比较低温的第二冷却回路在马达内循环的情况下,在马达内循环的制冷剂的粘度低,流速容易下降。因此,难以排出制造时在马达内的冷却回路中放入制冷剂之际产生的积存空气。因此,在抑制制造时的积存空气并提高生产率方面还有改善的余地。
本发明目的在于提供一种维持马达的冷却效率,并且抑制制造时的马达内的积存空气,提高生产率的车辆的冷却结构。
用于解决课题的方案
(1)为了解决上述的课题,本发明的一方式的车辆的冷却结构(例如,实施方式中的冷却结构6)具备:第一冷却回路(例如,实施方式中的第一冷却回路41),其对发动机(例如,实施方式中的发动机2)进行冷却;第二冷却回路(例如,实施方式中的第二冷却回路42),其对马达(例如,实施方式中的马达3)和包括将所述马达与蓄电装置连接的逆变器在内的电气设备(例如,实施方式中的电气设备5)进行冷却,所述第一冷却回路具有设置于所述马达的框体(例如,实施方式中的马达壳体12)的第一马达内流路(例如,实施方式中的第一马达内流路20),所述第二冷却回路具有设置于所述框体的第二马达内流路(例如,实施方式中的第二马达内流路30),所述第二马达内流路具有使制冷剂(例如,实施方式中的制冷剂S)沿着所述马达的周向流通的周向流路(例如,实施方式中的周向流路33)、使所述制冷剂向所述周向流路流入的入口管(例如,实施方式中的入口管34)、以及使所述制冷剂从所述周向流路排出的出口管(例如,实施方式中的出口管35),所述入口管配置在比所述出口管靠所述第一马达内流路侧的位置。

(4)也可以为,所述车辆具有动力传递部(例如,实施方式中的动力传递部4),所述第一冷却回路对所述动力传递部进行冷却,所述马达的所述框体设置在所述发动机与所述动力传递部之间。
发明效果
根据(1)的结构,第一冷却回路对发动机进行冷却,第二冷却回路对电气设备和马达进行冷却。能够通过与容易成为高温的发动机的第一冷却回路不同的第二冷却回路对马达进行冷却。由此,与通过单一的冷却回路对发动机和马达进行冷却的情况相比,能够有效地对马达进行冷却。
第二冷却回路的入口管配置在第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路侧。由此,能够在第二冷却回路的入口管与第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路之间进行热交换,使向第二冷却回路的周向流路流入的制冷剂的温度上升。此处,例如在制造时向第二马达内流路注入制冷剂之际,第二冷却回路的周向流路内的气泡可能会成为积存空气而残留。针对该课题,根据本发明的车辆的冷却结构,在第二冷却回路的入口管中流通的制冷剂由于来自第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路的热量而温度上升,从而粘度下降。由此,能够使向第二冷却回路的周向流路流入的制冷剂的流速增加。因此,能够不使气泡滞留而将积存空气向马达的外部迅速排出。
因而,能够提供一种维持马达的冷却效率,并抑制制造时的马达内的积存空气,提高生产率的车辆的冷却结构。
根据(2)的结构,第一冷却回路对发动机进行冷却,第二冷却回路对电气设备和马达进行冷却。能够通过与容易成为高温的发动机的第一冷却回路不同的第二冷却回路对马达进行冷却。因此,与通过单一的冷却回路对发动机和马达进行冷却的情况相比,能够有效地对马达进行冷却。
第二冷却回路的入口部配置在第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路侧。由此,能够在第二冷却回路的入口部与第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路之间进行热交换,使向第二冷却回路的周向流路流入的制冷剂的温度上升。由此,制冷剂的粘度下降,向第二冷却回路的周向流路流入的制冷剂的流速增加,因此能够不使在制造时产生的气泡滞留而将积存空气向马达的外部迅速排出。特别是从第二冷却回路的入口部至周向流路之间的流路也配置在第一冷却回路的第一马达内流路侧的情况下,能够进一步使制冷剂的流速增加,将积存空气有效地排出。在第二冷却回路的入口部接受热量后的制冷剂的温度比第一冷却回路的制冷剂的温度低,因此马达的冷却效率不会显著下降。因此,能够在不对马达的冷却效率造成影响的范围内使温度上升,将积存空气排出。
因而,能够提供一种维持马达的冷却效率,并抑制制造时的马达内的积存空气,提高生产率的车辆的冷却结构。
根据(3)的结构,第二马达内流路的出口管设置在比周向流路靠上方的位置。因此,能够将在周向流路内因浮力而上升的气泡容易地向出口管引导。由此,能够将马达内的积存空气有效地排出。
根据(4)的结构,第一冷却回路对发动机和动力传递部进行冷却。因此,能够通过单一的第一冷却回路对多个部件进行冷却。马达的框体具有第一马达内流路以及第二马达内流路的双系统的冷却回路。因此,即使在发动机与动力传递部之间设有马达的情况下,也能够从发动机至动力传递部通过第一马达内流路架设第一冷却回路。因此,能够有效地对发动机以及动力传递部进行冷却。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
(车辆)
图1是表示实施方式的车辆1的冷却结构6的概要的侧视图。
车辆1的冷却结构6(以下,简称为冷却结构6。)是搭载于例如混合动力汽车等车辆1,用于对搭载于车辆1的各部件进行冷却的结构。在以下的说明中,如果没有特别记载,前后上下左右方向就与车辆1中的前后上下左右方向一致。
车辆1具备发动机2、马达3、动力传递部4、电气设备5以及冷却结构6。
发动机2是水冷式的所谓内燃机。发动机2配置在比车室靠后方的位置。
图2是从前方观察实施方式的马达3的立体图。
马达3在比发动机2靠后方的位置排列配置。如图2所示,马达3沿着前后方向具有中心轴C。马达3具有马达壳体12(技术方案的框体)、定子13以及转子14。马达壳体12形成为环状。定子13形成为以沿着前后方向的中心轴C为中心的环状。定子13的外周部经由未图示的定子支架固定于马达壳体12的内侧。转子14配置在定子13的内侧。转子14相对于定子13绕中心轴C旋转。转子14与发动机2的曲轴(未图示)和后述的动力传递部4连接。
如图1所示,在马达3的更后方配置有动力传递部4。动力传递部4是具备离合器、行星齿轮等,进行变速级的切换的变速器。
电气设备5配置在比发动机2靠前方的位置。电气设备5具备未图示的逆变器。逆变器将马达3与未图示的蓄电装置(例如蓄电池等)连接。逆变器在马达3与蓄电装置之间进行直流与三相交流的转换。
(冷却结构)
冷却结构6对发动机2、马达3、动力传递部4以及电气设备5进行冷却。具体而言,冷却结构6具有对发动机2以及动力传递部4进行冷却的第一冷却回路41和对马达3以及电气设备5进行冷却的第二冷却回路42。制冷剂S使用例如长效冷却剂(LLC:Long LifeCoolant)。
(第一冷却回路)
第一冷却回路41沿着车辆1的地板配置。第一冷却回路41在发动机2以及动力传递部4内通过并使制冷剂S循环,由此对发动机2以及动力传递部4进行冷却。第一冷却回路41具有第一主流路45、第一马达内流路20以及第一散热器43。
第一主流路45配设在车辆1的下部。第一主流路45将发动机2以及动力传递部4与配置在车辆1的前方的第一散热器43连接。具体而言,第一主流路45使由第一散热器43冷却后的制冷剂S流通至发动机2。进而,使与发动机2以及动力传递部4进行热交换而成为高温的制冷剂S再次流通至第一散热器43。第一散热器43由铝等金属材料形成。第一散热器43例如通过外气在散热器芯(未图示)中通过,利用空冷对制冷剂S的热量进行散热。第一主流路45具有用于使制冷剂S流通的第一驱动泵47。
如图2所示,第一马达内流路20设置在马达壳体12的内部。第一马达内流路20将从发动机2排出的制冷剂S向动力传递部4供给。第一马达内流路20具有第一入口部21、第一出口部23以及连通路25。
第一入口部21设置于马达壳体12中的朝向前方的端面。第一入口部21设置在比马达壳体12的上下方向上的中间部靠上方的位置。第一入口部21朝向发动机2侧开口。对发动机2进行冷却之后从发动机2排出的制冷剂S向第一入口部21流入。
图3是实施方式的马达3的俯视图。
第一出口部23设置于马达壳体12的上表面12u。第一出口部23朝向马达壳体12的上方开口。在第一出口部23连接有连结管29。从第一出口部23排出的制冷剂S经由连结管29向动力传递部4(参照图1)流入。
如图2以及图3所示,连通路25将第一入口部21与第一出口部23连结。连通路25沿着上下方向形成。由此,从第一入口部21流入的制冷剂S在连通路25内流通而移动至第一出口部23,从第一出口部23向马达3的外部排出。
(第二冷却回路)
返回到图1,第二冷却回路42沿着车辆1的地板配置。第二冷却回路42在马达3以及电气设备5内通过并使制冷剂循环。由此,第二冷却回路42对马达3以及电气设备5进行冷却。第二冷却回路42具有第二主流路46、第二马达内流路30以及第二散热器44。
第二主流路46配设在车辆1的下部。第二主流路46将马达3以及电气设备5与配置在车辆1的前方的第二散热器44连接。具体而言,第二主流路46使由第二散热器44冷却后的制冷剂S流通至电气设备5,使从电气设备5排出的制冷剂S流通至马达3。进而,第二主流路46使与马达3进行热交换而成为高温的制冷剂S再次流通至第二散热器44。第二散热器44由铝等金属材料形成。第二散热器44例如通过外气在散热器芯(未图示)中通过,利用空冷对制冷剂S的热量进行散热。第二主流路46具有用于使制冷剂S流通的第二驱动泵48。
图4是实施方式的马达3的剖视图。
第二马达内流路30设置于马达壳体12。第二马达内流路30具有第二入口部31(技术方案的入口部)、入口管34、第二出口部32(技术方案的出口部)、出口管35以及周向流路33。
第二入口部31设置于马达壳体12的上表面12u。第二入口部31朝向马达壳体12的上方开口。对电气设备5进行冷却之后从电气设备5排出的制冷剂S通过第二主流路46向第二入口部31流入。
入口管34在马达壳体12内沿着上下方向形成。入口管34与连通路25大致平行地形成。位于入口管34的上方的一端34a与第二入口部31连通。入口管34的另一端34b位于比第一马达内流路20中的第一入口部21靠下方的位置且比马达壳体12的上下方向上的中间部靠上方的位置。
第二出口部32设置于马达壳体12的上表面12u。第二出口部32朝向马达壳体12的上方开口。第二出口部32相对于第一出口部23设置在从第二入口部31分离的位置。在第二出口部32连结有第二主流路46。
出口管35在马达壳体12内沿着上下方向形成。出口管35与入口管34大致平行地形成。出口管35相对于连通路25设置在从入口管34分离的位置。出口管35的位于上方的一端35a与第二出口部32连通。出口管35的另一端35b在上下方向上位于与入口管34的另一端34b同等的高度。
周向流路33设置在马达壳体12的内部。周向流路33设置在比入口管34以及出口管35靠下方的位置。周向流路33形成为以马达3(参照图1)的中心轴C为中心的大致环状。周向流路33使制冷剂S沿着定子13的外周面流通。周向流路33与入口管34以及出口管35分别连通。具体而言,从前方观察时,周向流路33的一端33a与入口管34的另一端34b连接。周向流路33从入口管34的另一端34b沿着逆时针方向呈环状地延伸。周向流路33的另一端33b与出口管35的另一端35b连接。在周向流路33中的上方且位于入口管34与出口管35之间的部分设有分隔件38。分隔件38抑制从前方观察时从入口管34的另一端34b向周向流路流入的制冷剂S沿着顺时针方向逆流。
(动作)
接下来,对上述的冷却结构6中的制冷剂S的动作进行说明。
首先,对在第一冷却回路41内流动的制冷剂S的动作进行说明。如图1所示,由第一散热器43冷却后的制冷剂S首先在第一主流路45中流通而流入发动机2,对发动机2进行冷却。接下来,对发动机2进行冷却而成为高温的制冷剂S从发动机2排出而流入第一马达内流路20。如图2所示,流入到第一马达内流路20的制冷剂S依次在第一入口部21、连通路25、第一出口部23中流通而向马达壳体12的外部排出。从马达壳体12排出的制冷剂S在连结管29中流通而流入动力传递部4(参照图1),对动力传递部4进行冷却。然后,如图1所示,从动力传递部4排出的制冷剂S在第一主流路45中流通而再次移动至第一散热器43。
如上所述,第一冷却回路41内的制冷剂S按照第一散热器43、发动机2、第一马达内流路20、动力传递部4、第一散热器43的顺序循环,由此对发动机2和动力传递部4进行冷却。
接下来,对在第二冷却回路42内流动的制冷剂S的动作进行说明。由第二散热器44冷却后的制冷剂S首先在第二主流路46中流通而流入电气设备5,对电气设备5进行冷却。接下来,从电气设备5排出的制冷剂S在第二主流路46中流通而搬运至马达壳体12,流入第二马达内流路30。在第二马达内流路30中流通的制冷剂S的温度比在第一马达内流路20中流通的制冷剂S的温度低。
如图4所示,流入到第二马达内流路30的制冷剂S在第二入口部31以及入口管34中流通而流入周向流路33。第二入口部31以及入口管34与第一马达内流路20接近设置。在入口管34中流通的制冷剂S的温度比在第一马达内流路20流通的制冷剂S的温度低。在入口管34中流通的制冷剂S通过从在第一马达内流路20中流动的制冷剂S接受热量而温度上升。具体而言,在不会对马达3的冷却造成影响的范围内,制冷剂S的温度上升。接下来,从入口管34流入周向流路33的制冷剂S在周向流路33中流通而对马达3进行冷却。制冷剂S在出口管35中流通而从第二出口部32向马达壳体12的外部排出。然后,从马达壳体12排出的制冷剂S在第二主流路46中流通而再次移动至第二散热器44(参照图1)。
这样,第二冷却回路42的制冷剂S按照第二散热器44、电气设备5、马达3、第二散热器44的顺序循环,从而对电气设备5和马达3进行冷却。
接下来,对马达3的制造进行说明。
在马达3的制造时,在向第二马达内流路30注入制冷剂S之前的状态下,在第二马达内流路30的内部存在空气。在该状态下,向第一冷却回路41以及第二冷却回路42注入制冷剂,对发动机2以及马达3进行驱动,并且对第一驱动泵47以及第二驱动泵48进行驱动。由此,制冷剂S分别被填充于第一马达内流路20以及第二马达内流路30。此时,在第二马达内流路30的周向流路33中,由于气泡滞留而有时会产生积存空气。
在入口管34中流通的制冷剂S经由马达壳体12与第一马达内流路20进行热交换,从而温度逐渐上升。由此,制冷剂S的粘度下降,向周向流路33流入的制冷剂S的流速加速。流速被加速的制冷剂S在周向流路33中流通时,将积存空气向下游侧挤出,将积存空气向马达3外排出。
这样,在马达3的制造时,第二冷却回路42的制冷剂S通过温度上升而流速加速,由此将马达3内的积存空气排出。
(作用、效果)
接下来,对冷却结构6的作用、效果进行说明。
根据本实施方式的车辆1的冷却结构6,第一冷却回路41对发动机2进行冷却,第二冷却回路42对电气设备5和马达3进行冷却。能够通过与容易成为高温的发动机2的第一冷却回路41不同的第二冷却回路42对马达3进行冷却。由此,与通过单一的冷却回路对发动机2和马达3进行冷却的情况相比,能够有效地对马达3进行冷却。
第二冷却回路42的入口管34配置在第一冷却回路41的第一马达内流路20侧。由此,在入口管34与第一马达内流路20之间进行热交换,能够使向第二冷却回路42的周向流路33流入的制冷剂S的温度上升。此处,例如在制造时向第二马达内流路30注入制冷剂S之际,周向流路33内的气泡可能会成为积存空气而残留。针对该课题,根据本发明的车辆1的冷却结构6,在入口管34中流通的制冷剂S由于来自第一马达内流路20的热量而温度上升,从而粘度下降。由此,能够使向周向流路33流入的制冷剂S的流速增加。因此,不会使气泡滞留,能够将积存空气向马达3的外部迅速排出。在入口管34中接受热量后的制冷剂S的温度比第一冷却回路41的制冷剂S的温度低,因此马达3的冷却效率不会显著下降。因此,能够在不对马达3的冷却效率造成影响的范围内使温度上升,将积存空气排出。
因而,能够提供一种维持马达3的冷却效率,并抑制制造时的马达3内的积存空气,提高生产率的车辆1的冷却结构6。
特别是在将第二冷却回路42的入口部配置在比出口部靠第一马达内流路20侧的位置的情况下,能够进一步使制冷剂S的流速增加,有效地排出积存空气。
第二马达内流路30的出口管35设置在比周向流路33靠上方的位置。因此,能够将在周向流路33内因浮力而上升的气泡容易向出口管35引导。由此,能够有效地排出马达3内的积存空气。
由于第一冷却回路41对发动机2和动力传递部4进行冷却,因此能够通过单一的第一冷却回路41对多个部件(发动机2以及动力传递部4)进行冷却。马达壳体12具有第一马达内流路20以及第二马达内流路30的双系统的冷却回路。由此,即使在发动机2与动力传递部4之间设有马达3的情况下,也能够从发动机2至动力传递部4通过第一马达内流路20架设第一冷却回路41。因此,能够高效地对发动机2以及动力传递部4进行冷却。
需要说明的是,本发明的技术范围并不限定于上述的实施方式,能够在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内施加各种变更。
例如,在上述的实施方式中,设为第二入口部31设置在比第二出口部32靠第一马达内流路20侧的位置且入口管34设置在比出口管35靠第一马达内流路20侧的位置的结构,但是并不限定于此。例如,也可以设为第二出口部32设置在比第一入口部21靠第一马达内流路20侧的位置且由于入口管34与出口管35在马达壳体12内交叉而入口管34设置在比出口管35靠第一马达内流路20侧的位置的结构。
第一入口部21例如也可以设置在马达壳体12的上表面12u。第一出口部23例如也可以设置在马达壳体12的朝向后方的端面。同样地,第二入口部31以及第二出口部32可以设置于马达壳体12的前方以及后方的任一端面。
电气设备5可以包括逆变器以外的各种电子部件等。
第一冷却回路41除了对发动机2和动力传递部4进行冷却之外,还可以对其他的部件进行冷却。同样地,第二冷却回路42除了对电气设备5和马达3进行冷却之外,还可以对其他的部件进行冷却。即,只要至少第一冷却回路41对发动机2进行冷却且第一冷却回路41对电气设备5以及马达3进行冷却即可,可以在第二冷却回路42的制冷剂S的温度比第一冷却回路41的制冷剂S的温度降低的范围内,对上述以外的部件进行冷却。
在上述的实施方式中,发动机2、马达3以及动力传递部4配置在比车辆1的车室靠后方的位置。与此相对,发动机2、马达3以及动力传递部4也可以配置在比车辆1的车室靠前方的位置。
此外,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,能够适当地将上述的实施方式中的构成要素置换成公知的构成要素,也可以将上述的实施方式以及变形例适当组合。
Claims (4)
1.一种车辆的冷却结构,其特征在于,具备:
第一冷却回路,其对发动机进行冷却;以及
第二冷却回路,其对马达和电气设备进行冷却,所述电气设备包括将所述马达与蓄电装置连接的逆变器,
所述第一冷却回路具有设置于所述马达的框体的第一马达内流路,
所述第二冷却回路具有设置于所述框体的第二马达内流路,
所述第二马达内流路具有使制冷剂沿着所述马达的周向流通的周向流路、使所述制冷剂向所述周向流路流入的入口管、以及使所述制冷剂从所述周向流路排出的出口管,
所述入口管配置在比所述出口管靠所述第一马达内流路侧的位置。
2.一种车辆的冷却结构,其特征在于,具备:
第一冷却回路,其对发动机进行冷却;以及
第二冷却回路,其对马达和电气设备进行冷却,所述电气设备包括将所述马达与蓄电装置连接的逆变器,
所述第一冷却回路具有设置于所述马达的框体的第一马达内流路,
所述第二冷却回路具有设置于所述框体的第二马达内流路,
所述第二马达内流路具有使制冷剂沿着所述马达的周向流通的周向流路、使所述制冷剂向所述框体内流入的入口部、以及使所述制冷剂从所述框体内排出的出口部,
所述入口部配置在比所述出口部靠所述第一马达内流路侧的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆的冷却结构,其特征在于,
所述第二马达内流路具有使所述制冷剂从所述周向流路向所述框体的外部排出的出口管,
所述出口管设置在比所述周向流路靠上方的位置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆的冷却结构,其特征在于,
所述车辆具有动力传递部,
所述第一冷却回路对所述动力传递部进行冷却,
所述马达的所述框体设置在所述发动机与所述动力传递部之间。
