本发明公开了一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,(1)先注塑一个实色或透明的塑料件,或生产一个金属材质的部件;(2)实色或透明的塑胶件、或金属材质的部件放置匹配的模具内,表面上微波脉冲电镀一层耐高温的涂层;(3)然后注塑透明材质的塑胶件,所述塑胶件添加有微波引发剂和固化剂,继续进行微波脉冲固化后即可。

技术领域
本发明属于加工领域,具体涉及一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺。
背景技术
市场上常见的产品外观表面后加工处理的喷涂或电镀大概有两种,一种是直接在产品外面做喷涂或电镀,另一种在产品内表面做喷涂或电镀。第一种在外表面做的,表面容易刮花或者损坏涂层或镀层;第二种在内表面做的,如果遇上容器产品,涂层或镀层极可能会有盛装的容体(物料)存在发生化学变化,有可能产生不可知有害物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,不存在上述的问题,在外层有一层透明保护层,使产品外观看上去更有质感和层次感,使产品更受消费欢迎。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,包括:(1)先注塑一个实色或透明的塑料件,或生产一个金属材质的部件;(2)实色或透明的塑胶件、或金属材质的部件放置匹配的模具内,表面上微波脉冲电镀一层耐高温的涂层;(3)然后注塑透明材质的塑胶件,所述塑胶件添加有微波引发剂和固化剂,继续进行微波脉冲固化后即可。
进一步地,所述塑胶件的主要成分环氧树脂。
进一步地,所述微波引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰和/或过氧化苯甲酰的衍生物。
进一步地,所述耐高温的涂层为二氧化钛和二氧化硅复合涂层。
进一步地,所述模具为微波电镀机和注塑机通用的模具。
进一步地,微波脉冲电镀的参数为2.45GHz,脉冲连续功率120w,沉积速率:SiO25nm/s,TiO22.5nm/s,沉积时间:30min。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过在一个模具内,实现了同时电镀高温涂层,并且进行微波固化外层涂层,大大简化了操作步骤,降低成本。同时三层结构的处理方式,使产品内壁避免与食物接触,外层保护高温涂层,同时美观大方。

实施例
一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,包括:(1)先注塑一个透明的塑料件8,是一种圆柱形容器;(2)圆柱形容器放置匹配的模具内,表面上微波脉冲电镀一层耐高温的涂层7;(3)然后注塑透明材质的塑胶件6,所述塑胶件主要成分环氧树脂,添加有微波引发剂和固化剂,继续进行微波脉冲固化后即可。所述微波引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰和/或过氧化苯甲酰的衍生物。所述耐高温的涂层7为二氧化钛和二氧化硅复合涂层。微波脉冲电镀的参数为2.45GHz,脉冲连续功率120w,沉积速率:SiO25nm/s,TiO22.5nm/s,沉积时间:30min。
所述模具为微波电镀机和注塑机通用的模具。所述模具内层1与圆柱形容器相匹配,圆柱形容器与模具外层3的距离相等,并且具有密封性和通气孔4,注塑孔5。

1.一种喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,其特征在于,(1)先注塑一个实色或透明的塑料件,或生产一个金属材质的部件;(2)实色或透明的塑胶件、或金属材质的部件放置匹配的模具内,表面上微波脉冲电镀一层耐高温的涂层;(3)然后注塑透明材质的塑胶件,所述塑胶件添加有微波引发剂和固化剂,继续进行微波脉冲固化后即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,其特征在于,所述塑胶件的主要成分环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,其特征在于,所述微波引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰和/或过氧化苯甲酰的衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,其特征在于,所述耐高温的涂层为二氧化钛和二氧化硅复合涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷涂或电镀后再套啤工艺,其特征在于,所述模具为微波电镀机和注塑机通用的模具。
