Abstract
本发明公开了一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置,包括工作平板和支撑脚,所述工作平板的顶面前侧设有一对放置座,放置座的顶面设有弧形放置槽,所述工作平板上且位于两个放置座之间设有小直径下料通槽,所述工作平板的顶面后侧设有切料气缸,切料气缸的活塞杆上设有移动板,移动板上设有切刀。本发明的优点在于:该装置可以自动对柱形水果进行切断,并且可以根据切断后的水果形状大小的不同进行自动分类,从而实现更高品质的包装。

本发明涉及水果物流包装设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置。
背景技术:
目前市场上类似甘蔗这类的柱形水果,需要进行切段才能方便食用,一些大型水果售卖公司为了提升顾客体验,往往都是先将这类水果切断后再进行包装,然后运送至超市进行售卖,而这些水果公司对于该类水果的切段加工大都是采用人工的方式进行,但是由于水果的数量大,这种方法往往不切实际,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置,该装置可以自动对柱形水果进行切断,并且可以根据切断后的水果形状大小的不同进行自动分类,从而实现更高品质的包装。
为实现上述技术方案,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置,包括工作平板和支撑脚,其特征在于:所述工作平板的顶面前侧设有一对放置座,放置座的顶面设有弧形放置槽,所述工作平板上且位于两个放置座之间设有小直径下料通槽,所述工作平板的顶面后侧设有切料气缸,切料气缸的活塞杆上设有移动板,移动板上设有切刀。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作平板的顶面设有放置架,切料气缸安装在放置架的底板顶面上,所述工作平板的顶面且位于其中一个放置座的内侧方设有导向切槽,所述导向切槽且与小直径下料通槽相交且切刀滑动设置在导向切槽中。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作平板的顶面且位于其中一个放置座的外侧方设有竖直安装板,竖直安装板的外侧壁上设有矫正气缸,矫正气缸的活塞杆穿过竖直安装板且连接有限位板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述切刀与其中一侧的一个放置座之间的距离大于放置座的宽度,限位板的前侧壁与该侧的放置座的外侧壁齐平。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述移动板的后侧壁且位于切料气缸的下方设有推料气缸,推料气缸的活塞杆穿过移动板且连接有中间连接板,所述中间连接板的外侧壁上设有多个压紧弹簧,多个压紧弹簧的外端共同连接有推料压紧板,所述推料压紧板的前端面位于切刀的前方。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述放置座的前端顶面设有水平限位挡板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作平板的下方设有集料箱,集料箱中设有分隔板,集料箱中的后侧空间位于小直径下料通槽的正下方,集料箱中的前侧空间位于工作平板的前方。
本发明的有益效果在于:该装置可以自动对柱形水果进行切断,并且可以根据切断后的水果形状大小的不同进行自动分类,从而实现更高品质的包装。

由图1至图2所示,一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置,包括工作平板1和支撑脚13,所述工作平板1的顶面前侧设有一对放置座16,放置座16的顶面设有弧形放置槽161,所述工作平板1上且位于两个放置座16之间设有小直径下料通槽101,所述工作平板1的顶面后侧设有切料气缸12,切料气缸12的活塞杆上设有移动板14,移动板14上设有切刀15。
进一步的说,所述工作平板1的顶面设有放置架11,切料气缸12安装在放置架11的底板顶面上,所述工作平板1的顶面且位于其中一个放置座16的内侧方设有导向切槽102,所述导向切槽102且与小直径下料通槽101相交且切刀15滑动设置在导向切槽102中。
进一步的说,所述工作平板1的顶面且位于其中一个放置座16的外侧方设有竖直安装板171,竖直安装板171的外侧壁上设有矫正气缸17,矫正气缸17的活塞杆穿过竖直安装板171且连接有限位板172。
进一步的说,所述切刀15与其中一侧的一个放置座16之间的距离大于放置座16的宽度,限位板172的前侧壁与该侧的放置座16的外侧壁齐平。
进一步的说,所述移动板14的后侧壁且位于切料气缸12的下方设有推料气缸18,推料气缸18的活塞杆穿过移动板14且连接有中间连接板181,所述中间连接板181的外侧壁上设有多个压紧弹簧182,多个压紧弹簧182的外端共同连接有推料压紧板183,所述推料压紧板183的前端面位于切刀15的前方。
进一步的说,所述放置座16的前端顶面设有水平限位挡板162。
进一步的说,所述工作平板1的下方设有集料箱2,集料箱2中设有分隔板21,集料箱2中的后侧空间位于小直径下料通槽101的正下方,集料箱2中的前侧空间位于工作平板1的前方。
本发明的工作原理:将待切割的柱形水果放在两个弧形放置槽161中,水果的最前端贴靠在限位板172上,启动切料气缸12使移动板14向前移动,由于推料压紧板183比切刀15更加靠前,因此推料压紧板183首先将水果压紧,然后切刀15将水果的一端切断,此时水果的前端还位于其中一个放置座16上,启动矫正气缸17,矫正气缸17的活塞杆伸出,限位板172将水果推下放置座16,使水果的位置完全处于工作平板1上,如果该段的水果直径较小,则水果从小直径下料通槽101中进入集料箱2中的后侧空间,如果该段的水果直径较大,则启动推料气缸18,启动推料气缸18的活塞杆上伸出,推料压紧板183将该段水果推至集料箱2中的前侧空间内,其中推料压紧板183既能在切割水果时进行限制水果,又能在水果切断后将水果进行推料。

1.一种柱形水果的自动切断分料装置,包括工作平板(1)和支撑脚(13),其特征在于:所述工作平板(1)的顶面前侧设有一对放置座(16),放置座(16)的顶面设有弧形放置槽(161),所述工作平板(1)上且位于两个放置座(16)之间设有小直径下料通槽(101),所述工作平板(1)的顶面后侧设有切料气缸(12),切料气缸(12)的活塞杆上设有移动板(14),移动板(14)上设有切刀(15);
所述工作平板(1)的顶面设有放置架(11),切料气缸(12)安装在放置架(11)的底板顶面上,所述工作平板(1)的顶面且位于其中一个放置座(16)的内侧方设有导向切槽(102),所述导向切槽(102)且与小直径下料通槽(101)相交且切刀(15)滑动设置在导向切槽(102)中;
所述工作平板(1)的顶面且位于其中一个放置座(16)的外侧方设有竖直安装板(171),竖直安装板(171)的外侧壁上设有矫正气缸(17),矫正气缸(17)的活塞杆穿过竖直安装板(171)且连接有限位板(172);
所述切刀(15)与其中一侧的一个放置座(16)之间的距离大于放置座(16)的宽度,限位板(172)的前侧壁与该侧的放置座(16)的外侧壁齐平;
所述移动板(14)的后侧壁且位于切料气缸(12)的下方设有推料气缸(18),推料气缸(18)的活塞杆穿过移动板(14)且连接有中间连接板(181),所述中间连接板(181)的外侧壁上设有多个压紧弹簧(182),多个压紧弹簧(182)的外端共同连接有推料压紧板(183),所述推料压紧板(183)的前端面位于切刀(15)的前方;
所述放置座(16)的前端顶面设有水平限位挡板(162);
所述工作平板(1)的下方设有集料箱(2),集料箱(2)中设有分隔板(21),集料箱(2)中的后侧空间位于小直径下料通槽(101)的正下方,集料箱(2)中的前侧空间位于工作平板(1)的前方。
