the grinding control device comprises a grinding head frame, a sleeve and a cylinder, wherein the grinding head frame is located between a motor belt wheel and a combined grinding wheel, the grinding head frame is connected with the motor belt wheel through a flange plate, the sleeve is sleeved outside a grinding head main shaft, the sleeve is connected with the grinding head main shaft through a first rolling bearing, one end of the sleeve stretches into the grinding head frame and is arranged between the grinding head main shaft, the other end of the sleeve is arranged on a cylinder connecting plate, the free end of a piston rod of the cylinder is arranged on the cylinder connecting plate, one end, far away from the piston rod, of the cylinder is arranged on the grinding head frame, and the cylinder is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer.

The grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 1, wherein the grinding device further comprises an intermediate connecting disc, the intermediate connecting disc is arranged on one surface, away from the motor belt wheel, of the spindle connecting disc through a spring buffer structure, and the combined grinding wheel comprises six grinding wheels arranged in an annular array.
3. A grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 2, wherein each grinding wheel is arranged on the intermediate connecting disc through a grinding wheel fixing block, and a baffle is arranged on the outer side wall of the grinding wheel fixing block.

The grinding component of claim 2, wherein the temperature acquisition module comprises a thermocouple wire, a thermocouple amplifier, the communication module, a single chip microcomputer and a wireless power supply module, the thermocouple wire is arranged on two adjacent grinding wheel fixing blocks through a temperature transmission fixing block, the thermocouple wire is positioned between the two adjacent grinding wheels, the thermocouple amplifier, the communication module, the single chip microcomputer and the wireless power supply module are arranged on the middle connecting disc through a bottom plate, the thermocouple amplifier is electrically connected with the thermocouple wire and the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with the industrial personal computer through the communication module, the wireless power supply module provides electric energy for the thermocouple amplifier, the communication module and the single chip microcomputer, and the industrial personal computer is electrically connected with the cylinder, the bottom plate is positioned in a circular area formed by the grinding wheels which are arranged in an annular array.

The grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 4, wherein the temperature transmission fixing block is arranged on the grinding wheel fixing block through a fixing base, the temperature transmission fixing block is provided with square holes, two thermocouple wires are arranged in each square hole, a heat insulation layer is arranged between every two adjacent thermocouple wires, and a heat insulation layer is arranged between each thermocouple wire and the inner wall of each square hole.
6. The grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 5, wherein the axis of the square hole and the axis of the grinding head spindle are parallel to each other, and the heat insulation layer is a mica sheet.
7. The grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 4, wherein the communication module is a Bluetooth communication module.

The grinding assembly capable of measuring the grinding temperature in real time according to claim 1, wherein the grinding head control device further comprises at least two guide rods, external threads are arranged at two ends of each guide rod, a limiting part is arranged on the outer wall of the grinding head frame, a guide hole is formed in the limiting part, one end of each guide rod is connected with the cylinder connecting plate, a limiting nut is arranged at the other end of each guide rod after penetrating through the guide hole, and the axis of each guide rod is parallel to the axis of the grinding head spindle.

The grinding assembly capable of measuring grinding temperature in real time according to claim 1, wherein the first rolling bearing comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling body clamped between the inner ring and the outer ring, the inner ring is arranged on the grinding head spindle, the outer ring is arranged on the cylinder connecting plate, a retaining ring is arranged on the grinding head spindle, and the inner ring is located between the retaining ring and the cylinder connecting plate.
10. The method for regulating the grinding pressure of a grinding component capable of measuring the grinding temperature in real time according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s10, setting the upper limit of the working temperature, the safe use temperature and the safe grinding pressure of the grinding wheel by a user through an industrial personal computer;
s20, starting the machine, grinding the workpiece by using the grinding assembly, and when the temperature control device detects that the temperature of the grinding area of the combined grinding wheel reaches the upper limit of the working temperature, controlling the cylinder of the grinding control device by the industrial personal computer to reduce the pressure applied to the workpiece;
and S30, when the temperature control device detects that the temperature of the grinding area of the combined grinding wheel reaches the safe use temperature, the industrial personal computer controls the grinding control device to recover the grinding pressure between the combined grinding wheel and the workpiece, and the workpiece is continuously ground to complete the processing task.
