Statistics shows that the equipment parts are broken, perforated, broken and the like in the field or battlefield, the service performance is influenced, and most of the equipment parts need to be quickly solved by adopting an emergency welding method. In disaster rescue such as earthquake, snow disaster, collapse, sunken ship and the like, a portable, safe and efficient emergency welding method is also urgently needed.
Currently, the commonly used thermal welding method in field repairs is active welding. Active welding (conventional welding techniques such as manual arc welding, gas welding, plasma welding, etc.) requires heavy equipment and energy sources such as gas source power supplies, and requires professional operation.
With the development of science and technology, passive welding has been researched, compared with active welding, heavy equipment and an air source power source are abandoned, and the passive welding is convenient to use. In the prior art, passive welding is a manual self-propagating welding method which is developed and researched by utilizing a combustion synthesis technology and based on the technical achievement of manual self-propagating welding, and is a novel field emergency welding method without external energy and equipment, a welding device used in the method is a combustion type welding pen (rod) suitable for manual operation, and the structure of the welding pen (rod) is shown in figure 1. The maximum power density is an important parameter for measuring the energy release condition of the welding bullet, and the energy release condition is an important parameter for measuring the welding elastic performance.
