Claims (6)
1. A pellet-type heat non-combustible tobacco product, characterized in that: the filter comprises a tobacco paper tube, wherein a particle section and a filter section (4) are arranged in the tobacco paper tube, and the particle section comprises a first particle section (1), a second particle section (2) and a third particle section (3).
2. A particulate heat non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the first particle section (1) is a solidified section, the length of the first particle section (1) is 3-7mm, and the circumference is 22.0-23.5 mm.
3. A particulate heat non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the second granule section (2) is a loose filling section, the length of the second granule section (2) is 11-17mm, and the circumference is 22.0-23.5 mm.
4. A particulate heat non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the third particle section (3) is a solidified section, the length of the third particle section (3) is 17-20mm, and the circumference is 22.0-23.5 mm.
5. A particulate heat non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the filter section (4) is a filter stick formed by conventional cellulose acetate, the length of the filter section (4) is 5-10mm, and the circumference is 22.0-23.5 mm.
6. A preparation method of a granular type heating non-combustion tobacco product is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparation of a particle section:
s1, particle pretreatment: adding 5-20 parts of curing liquid and 3-15 parts of PLA superfine powder into every 100 parts of granules, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain pretreated granules;
the curing liquid comprises the following components: 1-5% of adhesive, 0.1-2% of weak acid and 95-98.5% of water;
the mixing method comprises the following steps: adding adhesive and weak acid into water, stirring for 10-30min, and standing overnight;
s2, filling: arrange empty pipe one end in on the flat board, consolidate slightly and prevent empting, quantitative filling granule in proper order: the first particle section (1) is filled with pretreatment particles, the second particle section (2) is loosely filled with aroma particle components, and the third particle section (3) is filled with pretreatment particles;
s3, curing: placing the filled particle section in a microwave device, heating for 30-90s at the microwave power of 500-;
2) preparing cigarettes: the particle section and the filter tip section are twisted and connected through trademark paper by using a cigarette twisting and connecting machine to form a particle type heating non-combustion tobacco cigarette structure.
