Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of tea drying, and particularly relates to a green-drying shed and a method for improving the green-drying quality of green-drying green tea. The method comprises the following steps: erecting a green drying shed outside a green drying frame, and wrapping the green drying shed by using a polyethylene film; pumping out air in the green drying shed, and cooling and dehumidifying the pumped out air; and sending the cooled and dehumidified air back to the green sun-curing shed. The green drying shed comprises a shed frame, a heater, an exhaust fan, a heat exchanger and a green drying frame, wherein the green drying frame is arranged in the shed frame; polyethylene films are arranged on the top and the periphery of the shed frame; the inlet of the exhaust fan is communicated with an air outlet arranged at the top of the shed frame through an output pipe, and the output pipe is provided with a heater; the outlet of the exhaust fan is connected with a heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is also connected with an input pipe communicated with an air inlet arranged at the lower part of the shed frame. The invention solves the problems of ultraviolet light transmission in natural light and low-temperature drying in the greenhouse, and can provide guarantee for large-scale production of high-quality sun-dried green tea.

Technical Field

Background
The sun-drying is a key link for forming the excellent quality of oolong tea, Pu' er tea raw materials (sun-drying green tea) and white tea. The sun-drying technology of sun-dried green tea mainly depends on the irradiation of natural light, and the heat source of the sun-dried green tea is utilized to slowly dry the tea at a lower temperature, so that the water content of the finished tea is between 5 and 6 percent. At present, the sun-drying of sun-dried green tea is mainly carried out in an outdoor cement ground and a sun-drying shed built by a sunlight plate. Both of these approaches have a number of disadvantages: firstly, outdoor sun-drying is greatly influenced by external factors such as weather, pollutants and the like, and the quality of products cannot be ensured. Experiments show that ultraviolet light in natural light plays an important role in tea flavor quality formation during sunning, but the currently used green-sunning shed has the advantages that the shed material greatly blocks propagation of short-wave light such as ultraviolet light and the like, and a good ventilation system is not designed, so that air in the shed is not circulated, and the tea quality formation is finally influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a green-sun shed and a method for improving the green-sun quality of green-sun tea, and aims to solve the problems of ultraviolet light transmission in natural light and low-temperature drying in the shed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a sunning method for improving the sunning quality of sunning green tea comprises the following steps: erecting a green drying shed outside a green drying frame, and wrapping the green drying shed by using a polyethylene film; pumping out air in the green drying shed, and cooling and dehumidifying the pumped out air; and sending the cooled and dehumidified air back to the green sun-curing shed.
Preferably, the air is drawn at the top of the greenhouses by means of a suction fan.
Preferably, the air extracted is heated and dehumidified by a heater, and the heated and dehumidified air is cooled by a heat exchanger in a heat exchange manner.
Preferably, convection ducts are used for disturbing the cooled and dehumidified air in a convection manner above and below a sunning frame in the sunning shed.
Preferably, the method further comprises the steps of acquiring the temperature and humidity of the air sucked out by using a hygrothermograph, and controlling the temperature reduction and dehumidification of the air returned to the sunning green shed according to the acquired temperature and humidity of the air.

Referring to fig. 1, the green-sun shed for improving the green-sun quality of green-sun tea according to the embodiment includes a shed frame 1, a green-sun frame 9 disposed in the shed frame 1 and used for placing rolled leaves, a ceiling 2 and an air outlet 10 disposed at the top of the shed frame, an air inlet 11 disposed at the bottom of the shed frame and located below the green-sun frame, and a polyethylene film 3 disposed at the top of the shed frame, around the shed frame and on the top surface of the ceiling.
Specifically, the shed frame 1 is of a frame structure and is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the lower layer of bed frame is composed of a plurality of stand columns, the upper layer of ceiling is supported on the top of the shed frame through a plurality of support columns, and the length of the edge of the ceiling exceeds that of the support columns, for example, the length of the edge exceeds 50cm, so that rainwater in rainy days is prevented from entering the shed through an open air outlet and affecting the sun-drying quality of sun-dried green tea; similarly, the length of the edge of the top of the shed frame should exceed that of the edge of the upright post, and if the length of the edge of the top of the shed frame is more than 50cm, rainwater is prevented from entering the shed in rainy days, and the quality of the sun-dried green tea is prevented from being influenced; the relative width of the support columns is smaller than 1/2 of the relative width of the upright columns and is parallel to each other, so that the open type air outlet is opposite to the open type air inlet. The upper space of the shed frame is narrowed, the gas flow exchange is accelerated, the temperature balance in the shed is maintained, and the quality of the sun-dried green tea is uniform and consistent. The polyethylene film 3 with higher ultraviolet transmittance is covered on the shed frame and the ceiling, so that ultraviolet light can be transmitted to a greater degree to improve the sun-dried green quality of the sun-dried green tea; the air outlet and the air inlet can realize air convection in the shed frame and are used for ventilation and drying.
In the embodiment, the height of the green-sun shed frame from the ground is not less than 0.9 meter. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the present embodiment is different from the present embodiment in that: the green drying shed is also provided with a heater 5, an exhaust fan 6 and a heat exchanger 7, wherein the heater 5, the exhaust fan 6 and the heat exchanger 7 are used for circularly cooling and dehumidifying the air in the shed frame, the inlet of the exhaust fan 6 is communicated with an air outlet 10 arranged at the top of the shed frame 1 through an output pipe 4, and the output pipe 4 is provided with the heater 5 which can heat and dehumidify the over-humid air; the outlet of the exhaust fan 6 is connected with a heat exchanger 7 for cooling the air with over-high temperature, and the heat exchanger 7 is also connected with an input pipe 9 communicated with an air inlet 11 arranged at the lower part of the shed frame 1. By adopting the scheme, high-temperature damp and hot air in the shed frame can be pumped out by utilizing the exhaust fan, and the air returned into the shed frame is low-temperature dry air by dehumidifying through the heater and cooling through the heat exchanger, so that the drying of tea leaves is facilitated.
The heater, the heat exchanger, the exhaust fan and the like in the embodiment are all conventional equipment, are easy to obtain and are low in cost. If the heater can adopt an electric heating device, the heat exchanger can adopt an air-water exchange device.
The sunning shed in the embodiment also comprises a hygrothermograph which is arranged in the shed frame 1 and used for interlocking control of the heater and the heat exchanger. The input pipes 9 in this embodiment are respectively arranged at two sides of the canopy frame 1 and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence in opposite directions, and the input pipes 9 at one side are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the canopy frame 1 and are arranged at an upper layer and a lower layer relative to the sunning frame.
