Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of aquaculture, and provides a special fertilizer liquid for turtle culture and a preparation method thereof, wherein the special fertilizer liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-95 parts of amino acid liquid, 0.5-3 parts of bacillus, 0.2-1.3 parts of bifidobacterium, 20-35 parts of fermented soybean meal, 12-24 parts of chrysanthemum meal, 30-50 parts of defatted fish meal, 20-35 parts of animal liver powder, 3-8 parts of trace element fertilizer, 10-15 parts of additive and 8-17 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition, and through the synergistic effect of the additive and the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the invention, the survival rate of the soft-shelled turtle can be effectively improved, the probability of illness in the soft-shelled turtle culture process is reduced, and the growth and weight gain of the soft-shelled turtle are greatly improved; meanwhile, the survival rate of the soft-shelled turtles, the spawning rate of the female soft-shelled turtles, the hatching survival rate and the spawning period can be effectively improved, the spawning rate is improved, and the method is worthy of popularization and application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture and culture, and particularly relates to a special fertilizer liquid for turtle culture and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The turtle is also called soft-shelled turtle or soft-shelled turtle, is an oviparous amphibian reptile, and has a turtle-like head, but the carapace does not have turtle-like stripes, and the edge is soft and skirt-like and is dark green in color. Turtles live in underwater silt, and are favored by small animals such as fish and shrimp, melon peel and fruit chips, green grass, grains and the like. The turtle meat is delicious, each hundred grams of meat contains 16.5 grams of protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron and the like, and the turtle meat has high nutritional value and is a nourishing treasure.
In the process of turtle cultivation, large-area death often occurs, and virus and bacterial fish diseases can also occur according to the conventional cultivation and planting method. In addition, due to the long-term use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, the content of artificial organic pollutants in a water environment is higher and higher, the phenomena of water environment pollution and ecological imbalance in China are more and more serious, the yield and the quality of the soft-shelled turtles are seriously influenced, the living environment of human beings is threatened, and the problems of water environment pollution, fish quality and safety caused by the pollution are more and more concerned by people and become a bottleneck restricting the continuous and efficient development of the soft-shelled turtle production in a new stage.
The traditional organic fertilizer product cannot better solve various pollution problems, even can inhibit the growth and reproduction of the turtles, and has no suitable medicine on the market, so that the survival rate of the turtles is improved, and the yield is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a special fertilizer liquid for turtle cultivation, and aims to solve the problem that the existing fertilizer cannot improve the survival rate and yield of turtles.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the special fertilizer liquid for turtle cultivation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-95 parts of amino acid liquid, 0.5-3 parts of bacillus, 0.2-1.3 parts of bifidobacterium, 20-35 parts of fermented soybean meal, 12-24 parts of chrysanthemum meal, 30-50 parts of defatted fish meal, 20-35 parts of animal liver powder, 3-8 parts of trace element fertilizer, 10-15 parts of additive and 8-17 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition.
As a further scheme of the invention: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-95 parts of amino acid liquid, 1-3 parts of bacillus, 0.5-1.2 parts of bifidobacterium, 25-35 parts of fermented soybean meal, 15-24 parts of chrysanthemum meal, 35-50 parts of defatted fish meal, 25-33 parts of animal liver powder, 4-8 parts of trace element fertilizer, 12-15 parts of additive and 9-16 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition.
As a further scheme of the invention: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 62-90 parts of amino acid liquid, 0.5-2 parts of bacillus, 0.3-1.1 parts of bifidobacterium, 20-30 parts of fermented soybean meal, 12-20 parts of chrysanthemum meal, 30-40 parts of defatted fish meal, 23-30 parts of animal liver powder, 3-6 parts of trace element fertilizer, 10-12 parts of additive and 8-15 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition.
As a further scheme of the invention: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of amino acid liquid, 1.5 parts of bacillus, 0.8 part of bifidobacterium, 28 parts of fermented soybean meal, 17 parts of chrysanthemum meal, 38 parts of defatted fish meal, 30 parts of animal liver powder, 5 parts of trace element fertilizer, 13 parts of additive and 11 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition.
As a further scheme of the invention: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from gentian, astragalus, purslane, dandelion and houttuynia cordata according to a ratio of 1:1:2:1: 3.
As a further scheme of the invention: the additive comprises oxytetracycline, fresh oranges and a water quality modifier.
As a further scheme of the invention: the trace element fertilizer comprises sodium, magnesium, calcium and iron.
A preparation method of a special fertilizer liquid for turtle breeding comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the following components in parts by weight: amino acid liquid, bacillus, bifidobacterium, fermented soybean meal, chrysanthemum meal, defatted fish meal, animal liver powder, trace element fertilizer, additive and traditional Chinese medicine composition
2) Raw material treatment: placing the Chinese medicinal composition in a pulverizing device, pulverizing to 300-600 mesh
3) Mixing materials: mixing amino acid solution, fermented soybean meal, flos Chrysanthemi meal, defatted fish powder and animal liver powder, adding Bacillus, Bacillus bifidus, microelement fertilizer, additive and Chinese medicinal composition
