背景技术

本公开的实施例提供了一种紧固件,更特别地提供了一种索环,该索环牢固地且可移除地接纳销并且稳固地安置到面板中。在一些实施例中,该销包括具有倒钩的杆、以及弹性凸缘。在一些实施例中,索环包括四个叉指部、两个固位指状物,并且具有多组引入特征,以引导索环进入面板并且引导销进入索环。
根据前述内容,应了解的是上述示例紧固件100经由索环104卡扣配合到面板中并具有四个接触点,并且销106可从索环104中移除。因此,紧固件100比现有的销-索环型紧固件更牢固地安置到面板中。进一步地,销106比现有的销-索环型紧固件可更容易地从索环104中重复地移除。因此,紧固件100可以被重复使用,在安装和拆卸以进行维修期间较少的紧固件可能被损坏,可以减少沿着利用紧固件100的装配线的停工,并且可以减少与停工相关联的所消耗的时间和能量。因此,与现有的紧固件相比,以上公开的紧固件100节约了资源和能量。

Claims (20)

1.一种紧固件,包括:
索环,所述索环具有一组底部引入特征;以及
销,所述销被构造成可移除地卡扣接合所述索环,所述销具有引入特征。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,所述索环包括多个叉指部。
3.如权利要求2所述的紧固件,其中,这些叉指部中的至少一个叉指部包括斜坡和顶端。
4.如权利要求2所述的紧固件,其中,所述索环包括底板,每个叉指部弹性可枢转地连接至所述底板。

所述索环具有多个固位指状物,并且
所述销经由所述多个固位指状物可移除地卡扣接合所述索环。
9.如权利要求8所述的紧固件,其中,这些固位指状物中的至少一个固位指状物包括弹性部分和卡止部。
10.如权利要求9所述的紧固件,其中,所述卡止部向内延伸。
11.如权利要求9所述的紧固件,其中,所述销包括倒钩,所述倒钩被构造成可移除地卡扣接合所述卡止部。
12.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中:
所述索环包括顶板,并且
所述顶板限定了被构造成接纳所述销的开口。
13.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中:
所述索环包括第一凸缘,并且
所述销包括第二凸缘。
14.如权利要求13所述的紧固件,其中,所述第二凸缘被构造成与所述第一凸缘配合地接合。
15.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,所述销包括板和弹性可枢转地连接至所述板的凸缘。
16.一种紧固件,包括:
索环,所述索环具有圆滑的底板;以及
销,所述销具有圆滑的杆,所述圆滑的杆被构造成可移除地接合所述索环。
17.如权利要求16所述的紧固件,其中:
所述索环具有固位指状物,
所述销具有从所述杆延伸的倒钩,并且
所述倒钩可移除地卡扣接合所述固位指状物。
18.如权利要求16所述的紧固件,其中,所述索环具有多个锥形叉指部。
19.一种紧固件,包括:
索环,所述索环包括
顶板,
底板,所述底板连接至所述顶板并具有一组底部引入特征,
多个锥形叉指部,所述多个锥形叉指部弹性可枢转地连接至所述底板并朝向所述顶板延伸,
多个固位指状物,所述多个固位指状物弹性可枢转地连接至所述顶板并朝向所述底板延伸;以及
销,所述销被构造成可移除地卡扣接合所述多个固位指状物。
20.如权利要求19所述的紧固件,其中,所述顶板具有一组顶部引入特征。
