The colony picking apparatus for brewing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the toothpick (230) is uniformly distributed inside one group of the fourth fixed block (240) at equal angles, the diameter of the outer wall of the toothpick (230) is the same as that of the inner wall of the fourth fixed block (240), the bottom end of the scraping plate (270) is of a trapezoid structure, and the scraping plate (270) is uniformly distributed inside the other group of the fourth fixed block (240) at equal angles.

The colony picking apparatus for brewing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the second baffle (380) is of a trapezoid structure, a lamp wick (390) is inserted into the inner center of the second baffle (380), and the second baffle (380) and the lamp wick (390) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the main box body (140).
6. The method of using a colony picking device for brewing according to any of claims 1-5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
the first step: the first sealing cover (180) is disassembled in a rotating mode, a toothpick (230) or a scraping plate (270) is selected to be used according to the size of a colony, the scraping plate (270) is selected to be used for picking a larger colony, the toothpick (230) is selected to be used for picking a smaller colony, and the toothpick (230) is used for picking a smaller colony;
and a second step of: igniting one or two groups of lampwicks (390) according to the time for picking the bacterial colony, picking the bacterial colony under the state of less oxygen, and continuously burning the lampwick (390) to ensure that the bottom end of the main box body (140) is in the state of very less oxygen, thereby meeting the environment for picking the bacterial colony;
and a third step of: pressing the third fixing block (210) towards the inner side of the main box body (140), continuously extruding the toothpick (230) by the first baffle plate (290) under the elasticity of the fourth spring (2100), adhering the toothpick (230) to the surface of the third traceless glue (280), pressing the third fixing block (210) towards one side of the main box body (140), compressing the third spring (220), driving the fifth fixing block (250) and the third traceless glue (280) to move into the main box body (140) by the third fixing block (210), limiting the third fixing block (210) by the sleeve (260), stopping the toothpick (230) from moving to the position of the second traceless glue (1150), adhering the toothpick (230) again by the second traceless glue (1150), and fixing the toothpick (230) in position;
fourth step: after the toothpick (230) is fixed in position, the first fixing block (110) is pressed downwards, the first spring (130) is compressed, the bottom end of the first connecting block (120) is directly sleeved on the surface of the toothpick (230) and fixes the toothpick (230) through the first traceless glue (1120), the third fixing block (210) is loosened, the third fixing block (210) is restored to the original position under the elasticity of the third spring (220), and the next group of toothpicks (230) are adhered together with the third traceless glue (280) again under the extrusion of the first baffle (290);
fifth step: continuously pressing the first fixing block (110) downwards, the first spring (130) drives the toothpick (230) to move downwards and separate from the position of the second traceless glue (1150), the first fixing block (110) drives the toothpick (230) to extend out of the bottom end of the main box body (140), and the toothpick (230) can directly pick out colonies;
sixth step: after the colony is picked, the colony can be adhered to the surface of the toothpick (230) and is not easy to fall in a container, the second connecting block (160) is pressed downwards, the second connecting block (160) drives the third connecting block (170) and the fourth connecting block (190) to move downwards, the first scraping plate (1100) pushes down the colony on the surface of the toothpick (230), the colony is convenient to fall, the lamp core (390) is killed after the device is used, and then the device is disinfected and sterilized, so that the device is convenient to reuse.
