本发明公开了一种发酵式中药加工设备,包括支座,支座上固定有壳体,壳体内固定有发酵室,发酵室的顶部固定有粉碎室,粉碎室与发酵室之间设置有混料室,粉碎室与混料室相连接,混料室与发酵室相连接,发酵室的底部固定有S形蒸汽加温管,壳体的顶部固定有进料斗,壳体的中部开设有与混料室相连接的发酵菌液加入通道,混料室的顶部固定有排气管,排气管上固定有控制电磁阀,S形蒸汽加温管的进入端固定有调节电磁阀,发酵室的侧壁底部开设有卸料通道,卸料通道上固定有控制阀。本发明的结构设置合理,其可以同步进行粉碎及混料,最后进入发酵室内进行发酵,有利于减少加工设备的使用,节省了降低加工成本,提高了加工效率,适用性强且实用性好。

发酵式中药加工设备
技术领域
本发明属于中药加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种发酵式中药加工设备。
背景技术
中成药的制备主要以对草本、木本以及某些动物尸体进行破碎后混合相应的辅料形成丸药、颗粒冲剂或液体药物成药。但是随着中药的发展,很多也以片剂和胶囊的形式作为成药的形式,这样就对中药成药制备方法和制备设备提出了更加精细的改造需求。很多中成药在制备的过程中需要经过发酵处理,而传统的制备方法为成粉之后再进行发酵处理,其不但需要若个干加工设备分别加工,不但大大增加了加工成本,而且物料在输送时也容易出现污染,影响加工的质量,适用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且适用性强的发酵式中药加工设备。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种发酵式中药加工设备,包括支座,所述支座上固定有壳体,所述壳体内固定有发酵室,所述发酵室的顶部固定有粉碎室,所述粉碎室与所述发酵室之间设置有混料室,所述粉碎室与所述混料室相连接,所述混料室与所述发酵室相连接,所述发酵室的底部固定有S形蒸汽加温管,所述壳体的顶部固定有进料斗,所述壳体的中部开设有与所述混料室相连接的发酵菌液加入通道,所述混料室的顶部固定有排气管,所述排气管上固定有控制电磁阀,所述S形蒸汽加温管的进入端固定有调节电磁阀,所述发酵室的侧壁底部开设有卸料通道,所述卸料通道上固定有控制阀。
所述混料室内固定有与混料室的底壁相平行的丝杆,所述混料室的顶壁上开设有平移滑槽,所述平移滑槽与所述丝杆相平行且所述平移滑槽处于丝杆的正上方,所述丝杆上螺纹连接有平移滑块,所述平移滑块的顶部处于所述平移滑槽内,所述平移滑块的底面固定有筋板,所述筋板与所述丝杆相垂直,所述筋板的底面固定有混料爪,所述混料爪贴近在所述混料室的底壁上,所述混料室的外壁上固定有与所述丝杆相连接的驱动电机,所述混料爪在所述驱动电机的作用下在所述混料室内平移完成物料的刮动混均。
所述混料爪上均开设有出液孔,所述出液孔与所述发酵菌液加入通道相连通,所述混料室的底部通过导料管与所述发酵室相连接且在所述导料管上设置有电磁闸阀。
所述粉碎室的顶部固定有粉碎电机,所述粉碎室内固定有与所述粉碎电机相连接的粉碎轴杆,所述粉碎轴杆的底端固定有粉碎刀具,所述粉碎室为漏斗状,所述粉碎刀具成倒圆锥状设置。
所述粉碎室的底部设置有倾斜过滤网,所述粉碎室的侧壁上固定有与所述倾斜过滤网相连接的震动电机,所述粉碎室的底部与所述混料室相连接,所述粉碎室的侧壁上开设有排杂通道,所述排杂通道处于倾斜过滤网的倾斜低端位置,所述排杂通道内设置有闸阀。
所述发酵室的顶壁上均匀开设有喷雾头,所述壳体的外壁上固定有与所述喷雾头相连接的导液管,所述导液管上固定有球阀。
所述发酵室的侧壁上开设有观察窗。
所述壳体上固定有电源插头和开关按键。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其可以同步进行粉碎及混料,最后进入发酵室内进行发酵,有利于减少加工设备的使用,节省了降低加工成本,提高了加工效率,而且使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种发酵式中药加工设备,包括支座1,所述支座上固定有壳体2,所述壳体内固定有发酵室3,所述发酵室的顶部固定有粉碎室4,所述粉碎室与所述发酵室之间设置有混料室5,所述粉碎室与所述混料室相连接,所述混料室与所述发酵室相连接,所述发酵室的底部固定有S形蒸汽加温管6,所述壳体的顶部固定有进料斗7,所述壳体的中部开设有与所述混料室相连接的发酵菌液加入通道8,所述混料室的顶部固定有排气管9,所述排气管上固定有控制电磁阀10,所述S形蒸汽加温管的进入端固定有调节电磁阀11,所述发酵室的侧壁底部开设有卸料通道12,所述卸料通道上固定有控制阀13。本实施例中,在混料时,设置有排气管,可以将粉碎时产生的温度进行散失,使物料在常温状态下与发酵液进行混合。
所述混料室内固定有与混料室的底壁相平行的丝杆35,所述混料室的顶壁上开设有平移滑槽14,所述平移滑槽与所述丝杆相平行且所述平移滑槽处于丝杆的正上方,所述丝杆上螺纹连接有平移滑块15,所述平移滑块的顶部处于所述平移滑槽内,所述平移滑块的底面固定有筋板16,所述筋板与所述丝杆相垂直,所述筋板的底面固定有混料爪17,所述混料爪贴近在所述混料室的底壁上,所述混料室的外壁上固定有与所述丝杆相连接的驱动电机18,所述混料爪在所述驱动电机的作用下在所述混料室内平移完成物料的刮动混均。
所述混料爪上均开设有出液孔19,所述出液孔与所述发酵菌液加入通道相连通,所述混料室的底部通过导料管20与所述发酵室相连接且在所述导料管上设置有电磁闸阀21。
所述粉碎室的顶部固定有粉碎电机22,所述粉碎室内固定有与所述粉碎电机相连接的粉碎轴杆23,所述粉碎轴杆的底端固定有粉碎刀具24,所述粉碎室为漏斗状,所述粉碎刀具成倒圆锥状设置。
所述粉碎室的底部设置有倾斜过滤网25,所述粉碎室的侧壁上固定有与所述倾斜过滤网相连接的震动电机26,所述粉碎室的底部与所述混料室相连接,所述粉碎室的侧壁上开设有排杂通道27,所述排杂通道处于倾斜过滤网的倾斜低端位置,所述排杂通道内设置有闸阀28。
所述发酵室的顶壁上均匀开设有喷雾头29,所述壳体的外壁上固定有与所述喷雾头相连接的导液管30,所述导液管上固定有球阀31。
所述发酵室的侧壁上开设有观察窗32。

本发明的结构设置合理,其可以同步进行粉碎及混料,最后进入发酵室内进行发酵,有利于减少加工设备的使用,节省了降低加工成本,提高了加工效率,而且使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。
本实施例中使用的标准零件可以从市场上直接购买,而根据说明书和附图的记载的非标准结构部件,也可以直根据现有的技术常识毫无疑义的加工得到,同时各个零部件的连接方式采用现有技术中成熟的常规手段,而机械、零件及设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,故在此不再作出具体叙述。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种发酵式中药加工设备,包括支座,所述支座上固定有壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内固定有发酵室,所述发酵室的顶部固定有粉碎室,所述粉碎室与所述发酵室之间设置有混料室,所述粉碎室与所述混料室相连接,所述混料室与所述发酵室相连接,所述发酵室的底部固定有S形蒸汽加温管,所述壳体的顶部固定有进料斗,所述壳体的中部开设有与所述混料室相连接的发酵菌液加入通道,所述混料室的顶部固定有排气管,所述排气管上固定有控制电磁阀,所述S形蒸汽加温管的进入端固定有调节电磁阀,所述发酵室的侧壁底部开设有卸料通道,所述卸料通道上固定有控制阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发酵式中药加工设备,其特征在于:所述混料室内固定有与混料室的底壁相平行的丝杆,所述混料室的顶壁上开设有平移滑槽,所述平移滑槽与所述丝杆相平行且所述平移滑槽处于丝杆的正上方,所述丝杆上螺纹连接有平移滑块,所述平移滑块的顶部处于所述平移滑槽内,所述平移滑块的底面固定有筋板,所述筋板与所述丝杆相垂直,所述筋板的底面固定有混料爪,所述混料爪贴近在所述混料室的底壁上,所述混料室的外壁上固定有与所述丝杆相连接的驱动电机,所述混料爪在所述驱动电机的作用下在所述混料室内平移完成物料的刮动混均。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发酵式中药加工设备,其特征在于:所述混料爪上均开设有出液孔,所述出液孔与所述发酵菌液加入通道相连通,所述混料室的底部通过导料管与所述发酵室相连接且在所述导料管上设置有电磁闸阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发酵式中药加工设备,其特征在于:所述粉碎室的顶部固定有粉碎电机,所述粉碎室内固定有与所述粉碎电机相连接的粉碎轴杆,所述粉碎轴杆的底端固定有粉碎刀具,所述粉碎室为漏斗状,所述粉碎刀具成倒圆锥状设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发酵式中药加工设备,其特征在于:所述粉碎室的底部设置有倾斜过滤网,所述粉碎室的侧壁上固定有与所述倾斜过滤网相连接的震动电机,所述粉碎室的底部与所述混料室相连接,所述粉碎室的侧壁上开设有排杂通道,所述排杂通道处于倾斜过滤网的倾斜低端位置,所述排杂通道内设置有闸阀。
