Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for manufacturing a glass switch panel, wherein the method comprises the following steps: performing AG etching process treatment on the glass raw material to obtain etched glass; respectively carrying out toughening treatment and cleaning treatment on the etched glass to obtain cleaned glass; carrying out CNC cutting treatment and cleaning treatment on the cleaned glass to obtain cut glass; and carrying out AF coating treatment on the cut glass surface to obtain the glass switch panel. Through the technical scheme, the hand feeling of the skin of a very smooth baby can be achieved, and the problem of sticking fingerprints is effectively reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass panel processes, in particular to a manufacturing method and device of a glass switch panel.
Background
The existing switch panel used for glass in the market is generally transparent smooth glass, and glare can be generated after some visual angles are irradiated by sunlight or lamplight in a household use scene, so that the vision and the hand feeling are general, and meanwhile, the problem of sticking fingerprints exists.

performing AG etching process treatment on the glass raw material to obtain etched glass;
respectively carrying out toughening treatment and cleaning treatment on the etched glass to obtain cleaned glass;
carrying out CNC cutting treatment and cleaning treatment on the cleaned glass to obtain cut glass;
and carrying out AF coating treatment on the cut glass surface to obtain the glass switch panel.
In one embodiment, preferably, the AG etching process is performed on the glass raw material, and includes:

In this embodiment, the glass surface treated by AG and AF can achieve a silky tactile impression similar to that of the skin of a baby while avoiding glare caused by reflection of light and effectively reducing sticky fingerprints.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of another method of making a glass switch panel in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, preferably, the method further includes:
step S201, carrying out a plurality of layers of printing ink silk-screen treatment on the area of the back of the glass switch panel except for the light transmission holes of the indicator lamps;
step S202, carrying out silk-screen printing treatment on 0.5% black bright ink on the light-transmitting hole area of the indicator lamp, and attaching a layer of light homogenizing sheet.
In one embodiment, preferably, the last layer of the plurality of layers of ink screen printing is a light-shielding ink layer.
In the embodiment, the indicator lamp hole of the switch panel needs to transmit light, a plurality of layers of printing ink silk-screen printing (avoiding the light transmission area of the indicator lamp) are firstly carried out on the back of the glass, wherein the last layer is black, so that the light shading effect can be achieved, and light leakage is prevented; then, 0.5% black bright ink silk-screen printing treatment is carried out on the light holes of the indicating lamps, and finally, a layer of light homogenizing piece is pasted, so that the silk-screen printing of the indicating lamp holes of the black and white switch panels can be clearly seen in the daytime, the bright light of the indicating lamps can be clearly seen at night, the intensity is weak, and light pollution cannot be caused.

In one embodiment, preferably, the last layer of the plurality of layers of ink screen printing is a light-shielding ink layer.

Claims (8)

1. A method of making a glass switch panel, the method comprising:
performing AG etching process treatment on the glass raw material to obtain etched glass;
respectively carrying out toughening treatment and cleaning treatment on the etched glass to obtain cleaned glass;
carrying out CNC cutting treatment and cleaning treatment on the cleaned glass to obtain cut glass;
and carrying out AF coating treatment on the cut glass surface to obtain the glass switch panel.

5. A device for making a glass switch panel, the device comprising:
