The AG is etched by common chemical etching in a strong acid corrosion mode to form fine grooves on the surface of the glass, so that the light reflection on the surface of the glass is greatly reduced, and although the treated glass surface has high hardness, long scratch resistance life, good hand touch feeling and a certain degree of fingerprint resistance, the AG can only realize a single AG texture effect and cannot realize a combined effect.

Detailed Description

In the present invention, the AG effect is a visual effect that can be collectively characterized by optical parameters such as haze, roughness, throughput, and gloss.
Example 1
The invention provides a glass cover plate with different AG combination effects, which particularly refers to that two or more than two display areas with different AG effects are simultaneously arranged on one side surface of the glass cover plate, and specific products can be shown in the following figures 1-5.
Referring to fig. 1, the glass cover plate includes a region 1 with high fog effect and a region 2 with glittering sand effect on one side surface, the region 1 with high fog effect and the region 2 with high fog effect are adjacent, and the boundary between the two regions is obvious, and the regions with obvious difference effect are distributed on the same surface, so that a visual effect with obviously enhanced glossiness is presented.

Example 2
The invention also provides a preparation method of the glass cover plate with different AG combination effects, taking the glass cover plate shown in figure 1 as an example, the preparation method of the glass cover plate comprises the following steps:
(1) spraying acid-resistant protective ink on the back of a glass cover plate (specifically, a transparent glass plate), pre-baking at 85 + -5 deg.C for 7 + -1 min, and final baking at 160 deg.C for 30min to form an ink protective layer with a thickness of 20-25 μm; then, the front surface of the glass cover plate is subjected to light sweeping, and the glass cover plate subjected to light sweeping is soaked, cleaned and inspected;
(2) spraying photosensitive ink with the thickness of 0.03mm on the front surface of the glass cover plate qualified by the inspection, wherein the photosensitive ink is anti-etching photosensitive ink, drying to form a photosensitive protective layer, and additionally installing a mask plate to expose in an exposure machine to obtain an exposure area (namely a preset area to be processed) and an unexposed area;
(3) adding the exposed glass cover plate into a developing solution for developing, dissolving the photosensitive protective layer of the exposure area, cleaning to remove the residual developing solution and residues, and forming a photosensitive protective layer structure with the same shape as that of the mask plate on the glass cover plate by the photosensitive protective layer of the unexposed area;
(4) immersing the developed glass cover plate into an etching solution (namely flash sand liquid medicine) for etching treatment for a preset time, etching a micro-nano uneven structure on an exposure area which is not covered by a photosensitive protection layer on the front surface of the glass cover plate, taking out the micro-nano uneven structure, and cleaning to remove residual etching solution to form an AG area with a flash sand effect;
(5) immersing the etched glass cover plate into alkaline liquid medicine for ink removing treatment, removing the photosensitive protective layer of the front unexposed area of the glass cover plate and the ink protective layer of the back of the glass cover plate, taking out, cleaning and removing residual alkaline liquid medicine, and inspecting;
(6) spraying acid-resistant protective ink on the back surface of the glass cover plate qualified by inspection again, and baking to form an ink protective layer; spraying photosensitive ink on the front side of the glass cover plate, drying to form a photosensitive protective layer, additionally installing a mask plate to expose in an exposure machine, wherein the shape of the mask plate is complementary with that of the mask plate in the step (2), and an exposure area and an unexposed area are obtained, wherein the exposure area is just the unexposed area in the step (2);
(7) adding the exposed glass cover plate into a developing solution for developing, dissolving the photosensitive protective layer of the exposed area, cleaning to remove the residual developing solution and residues, and leaving the photosensitive protective layer of the unexposed area to just shield the AG area with the glittering sand effect in the step (4);
(8) immersing the developed glass cover plate into an etching solution (acid solution) for etching treatment for a preset time, etching a micro-nano uneven structure on an exposure area which is not covered by a photosensitive protection layer on the front surface of the glass cover plate, taking out the micro-nano uneven structure, and cleaning to remove residual etching solution to form an AG area with a high fog effect;
(9) and immersing the etched glass cover plate into alkaline liquid medicine for ink removing treatment, removing the photosensitive protective layer of the front unexposed area of the glass cover plate and the back ink protective layer of the glass cover plate, taking out, cleaning, removing residual alkaline liquid medicine, and inspecting to obtain the glass cover plate, wherein the surface of one side of the glass cover plate simultaneously comprises an AG area 1 with a high fog effect and an AG area 2 with a flash sand effect, and an obvious boundary exists between the AG area 1 with the high fog effect and the AG area 2 with the flash sand effect.
