Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention proposes an emergency closing and evacuation system for an airport boarding bridge, which, as shown in fig. 1, includes a control system, an emergency closing door 4 located at a gate end of the boarding bridge 1, and a plurality of escape devices located on both side walls 2 of the boarding bridge 1.
Wherein the control system comprises a controller 3, an alarm device 9, a smoke sensor 6, a temperature sensor 7 and a plurality of emergency buttons 8. The smoke sensor 6 detects whether a fire occurs in the boarding bridge 1 by detecting the smoke concentration in the boarding bridge 1. The temperature sensor 7 is used to detect the temperature in the boarding bridge 1. The smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 respectively comprise a plurality of smoke sensors 6, such as 5, 7, 10 and the like, the smoke sensors 6 and the temperature sensors 7 are respectively arranged at different positions in the passage of the boarding bridge 1, and the smoke sensors 6 and the temperature sensors 7 are respectively arranged at intervals to respectively monitor abnormal conditions at different positions in the passage of the boarding bridge 1. The controller 3 is connected to the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 to receive data from the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7.
Preferably, one smoke sensor 6 and one temperature sensor 7 are arranged at the boarding gate, the smoke sensors 6 and the temperature sensors 7 are arranged offset on both side walls 2 in the tunnel of the boarding bridge 1, and each smoke sensor 6 and temperature sensor 7 are preferably arranged at a distance of 5 meters, 8 meters or 10 meters in the tunnel direction of the boarding bridge 1. In order to ensure the accuracy of the detection and to prevent false alarms due to malfunctions of the smoke sensor 6 or the temperature sensor 7, in particular one smoke sensor 6 and one temperature sensor 7 are arranged next to each other, so that the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 can monitor the same location or the same area. Accordingly, in order to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring result, to exclude interference, the controller 3 receives data of the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 at the same position, and when the data of the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 monitoring the same position or the same area both exceed their respective thresholds, the controller 3 determines that a fire is occurring in the area. When only one of the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 monitoring the same location or the same area has data exceeding its corresponding threshold, the controller 3 determines that no fire has occurred in the area.
Wherein, the control system also comprises a plurality of emergency buttons 8, the emergency buttons 8 are connected to the controller 3, the emergency buttons 8 are arranged on two side walls 2 of the boarding bridge 1 at intervals, preferably in a boarding gate, an airport and a passage of the boarding bridge 1 respectively. Each emergency button 8 is provided with a plurality of operation buttons, including a boarding gate emergency button, an arrival gate emergency button and a boarding bridge emergency button.
In addition, the control system is also provided with a plurality of warning devices 9, the warning devices 9 also being arranged at intervals in the tunnel of the boarding bridge 1, preferably the warning devices 9 being mounted at an upper position of the side walls 2 or on the upper ceiling of the boarding bridge 1. The alarm device 9 is connected to the controller 3, and the controller 3 is able to activate the alarm device 9. The alarm means 9 may be a conventional red light alarm lamp, i.e. capable of emitting a flashing red light in the activated state. Further, the alarm device 9 further comprises an audible alarm device, which is preferably capable of emitting a high-frequency alarm sound in a state where the alarm device 9 is activated.
Although doors are respectively arranged at the airport terminal and the boarding port terminal of the existing boarding bridge, the existing boarding bridge is a common door, the strength is insufficient, the fireproof sealing effect is poor, and the doors can be opened or closed only manually and only serve as partition doors of the boarding bridge. In case of an emergency such as a fire or a violent accident, the existing boarding bridge has a door that cannot isolate a danger. Therefore, the emergency sealing door 4 is arranged at the boarding gate end and the airport terminal end of the boarding bridge 1, the emergency sealing door 4 adopts the standard of a fireproof sealing door, and the inner core adopts a high-strength steel frame, so that the emergency sealing door 4 has high strength and can resist the damage of external violence.
In order to be able to automatically open and close the emergency closing door 4, the emergency closing door 4 can be automatically and rapidly closed when an emergency occurs, each emergency closing door 4 comprises a motor 5, the motor 5 is arranged at the rotating shaft of each emergency closing door 4, and the motor 5 can drive the emergency closing door 4 to be closed or opened. Preferably, the motor 5 has a mechanical blocking function, capable of mechanically locking the open position and the closed position of the emergency closing door 4.
Each motor 5 is connected to a controller 3, the controller 3 being capable of controlling the operation of the motor 5 and, in turn, the opening and closing of the emergency closure door 4. And the controller 3 can control each motor 5, that is to say each emergency closing door 4, individually. The controller 3 can control the emergency closing door 4 at the boarding gate end and/or the emergency closing door 4 at the boarding gate end individually or in combination according to the dangerous case situation of different positions acquired by the controller 3, and simultaneously activate all the alarm devices 9 in the whole boarding bridge 1. For example, when a fire, a terrorist attack or other abnormal conditions occur near a gate of a waiting hall, the security of passengers in the boarding bridge 1 is endangered, the smoke sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 of the gate monitor data exceeding threshold values or the passengers in the boarding bridge 1 can press a gate emergency button on a nearby emergency button 8, at the moment, the controller 3 receives the relevant data and judges that an emergency situation occurs near the gate, and the controller 3 controls the motor 5 of the emergency closing door 4 of the gate to close the emergency closing door 4 of the gate, so that the boarding bridge 1 and passengers in the airplane cabin can be isolated from the danger of the gate. Similarly, when the controller 3 determines that a dangerous condition occurs at the airport terminal, the controller 3 controls the motor 5 of the emergency closing door 4 at the airport terminal to close the emergency closing door 4 at the airport terminal, so that passengers in the boarding bridge 1 and the waiting hall can be isolated from the danger at the airport terminal. When the controller 3 determines that a dangerous condition occurs in the passage of the boarding bridge 1, in order to prevent the dangerous condition from spreading to the airplane passenger cabin and the waiting hall, the controller 3 controls the airport terminal and the emergency closing door 4 of the airport terminal to be closed simultaneously.
Thus, by connecting the controller 3 to the smoke sensor 6, the temperature sensor 7 and the emergency button 8, it is possible to detect the occurrence of a dangerous situation in the boarding bridge 1, while by connecting the controller 3 to the motor of the emergency closing door 4 and to the alarm device 9, it is possible to close the emergency closing door 4 in time to isolate the danger when a dangerous situation occurs.
In order to further evacuate passengers from the boarding bridge 1, the emergency closing and evacuation system for an airport boarding bridge of the present invention further includes a plurality of escape devices provided on both side walls 2 in the tunnel of the boarding bridge 1, the plurality of escape devices being provided at intervals, for example, at intervals of 5 to 10 meters, on the side walls 2.
As shown in fig. 1, each escape apparatus includes an escape door 10, an escape platform 11, and an escape slide 12. Wherein the escape doors 10 are provided on the side walls 2 to be openable inwardly or outwardly from the side walls 2, preferably starting outwardly, as shown in fig. 2, each of the escape doors 10 is provided with an opening switch 14, and the escape doors 10 can be opened by rotating the opening switch 14. At the bottom of the boarding bridge 1, an escape platform accommodating chamber 16 for accommodating an escape platform 11 is provided at a position corresponding to each escape door 10, as shown in fig. 2. In a normal state, the escape platform 11 is accommodated and retracted in the escape platform accommodating cavity 16; when the escape door 10 is opened, the escape platform 11 can be translationally slid in the escape platform accommodating cavity 16 from the retracted position in the normal state to the extended position when the passengers need to be evacuated in the dangerous situation. It is preferable that the escape door 10 is opened in an interlocking relationship with the extension of the escape platform 11, and the escape platform 11 can be extended synchronously while the escape door 10 is rotated to be opened. The interlocking relationship may be achieved mechanically or by electrical connections.
An escape slide is usually arranged on the existing passenger plane, the escape slide is folded under a normal state, and can be inflated and then rapidly unfolded under an emergency situation, but the unfolding direction of the escape slide is not controllable. However, the boarding bridge is different from the passenger plane, the boarding bridge is basically in a fixed position or can slightly move, and even if the boarding bridge can move, the moving range and speed of the boarding bridge are limited, so that when the boarding bridge is attacked by external impact or external fire, obstacles or dangerous objects often appear near the outside of the boarding bridge, and at the moment, the escape slide needs to be unfolded to avoid the obstacles or dangerous objects, so that the unfolding direction of the escape slide needs to be controlled.
In this regard, the escape platform 11 of the escape apparatus in the emergency closing and evacuation system of an airport boarding bridge of the present invention is configured as a rotatable escape platform, and the direction of the escape platform 11 is changed by rotating the escape platform 11, thereby controlling the deployment direction of the escape slide 12.
Preferably, the escape platform 11 is a substantially circular flat plate, wherein one end of the escape platform 11 facing away from the boarding bridge 1 is a flat surface, and the outer contour of the portion of the escape platform 11 facing the escape platform accommodating cavity 16 is circular, as shown in fig. 1. The escape slide 12 is a folding slide and can be rapidly unfolded in an inflated state. One end of the escape slide 12 is fixed on the plane of the one end of the escape platform 11, as shown in fig. 2. Preferably, escape slide 12 is made of a fire-resistant material.
As shown in fig. 1, escape platform 11 is substantially circular, and its largest dimension in the horizontal plane is its diameter, and escape platform receiving cavity 16 has a width greater than the diameter of escape platform 11, so that escape platform 11 can rotate horizontally in escape platform receiving cavity 16. In order to provide the escape platform with a joystick 15, as shown in fig. 2, at the end of the escape platform 11 facing away from the boarding bridge 1, preferably 2 joysticks 15 are provided at intervals. The operating lever 15 is configured to be hinged to the escape platform 11 at one end, and as shown in fig. 2, can be received in a corresponding slot of the escape platform 11 at a retracted position, and can be pivotally erected at an extended position, so that the operating lever 15 is fixedly disposed perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the escape platform 11 at 90 degrees. Thus, the passenger can operate the operating lever 15, for example, push and pull the operating lever 15, respectively, to rotate the angle of the escape platform 11, so that the plane of the end of the escape platform 11 facing away from the boarding bridge 1 can be oriented in different directions, that is, to adjust the deployment direction of the escape slide 12 connected to the plane. When a safe direction is selected, the escape slide deployment switch 13 is pressed, the escape slide deployment switch 13 is preferably provided on the side wall of the escape door opening, the escape slide 12 is deployed toward the established direction, the other end of the escape slide 12 contacts the ground, and passengers can be evacuated safely.
The angle of rotation of escape platform 11 is such that it can rotate within an angular range of 45 degrees to the left and right with respect to the outward center axis of escape platform receiving cavity 16, i.e., escape platform 11 can rotate within an angular range of 90 degrees.
Furthermore, the invention also provides an emergency closing and evacuating method of the airport boarding bridge, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the controller detects signals of the smoke sensor, the temperature sensor and the emergency button;
step two: the controller activates the alarm device when the data of one smoke sensor exceeds a first threshold value and the data of one temperature sensor exceeds a second threshold value, or when the panic button is triggered, while closing at least one panic closure door;
step three: the passengers open the escape door, the escape platform extends out, and the angle of the escape platform is adjusted to select the unfolding direction of the escape slide;
step four: and activating an escape slide unfolding switch, unfolding the escape slide, and withdrawing passengers from the boarding bridge through the escape slide.
The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the detection and control device is arranged on the boarding bridge, when the boarding bridge has an emergency event, such as a fire, an earthquake, a collapse or an attack event, the control device can isolate the boarding bridge by closing the emergency closing doors at two ends of the boarding bridge, so that external fire or other dangerous factors are prevented from spreading into a passage of the boarding bridge, then a passenger opens the escape door, and the unfolding direction of the escape slide is adjusted by rotating the escape platform so as to avoid obstacles or dangerous sources under the boarding bridge, so that the escape slide can be unfolded to a safety zone, and the passenger can rapidly evacuate the boarding bridge through the escape slide, and can be prevented from being damaged by danger.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
