The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating effusion of joint cavity according to claim 1, characterized in that: 18g of golden cypress, 18g of turmeric, 18g of scutellaria baicalensis, 18g of rheum officinale, 12g of bran-fried rhizoma atractylodis, 12g of pseudo-ginseng, 12g of arisaema cum bile, 12g of dried orange peel, 12g of mangnolia officinalis, 40g of trichosanthes root, 26g of radix angelicae, 8g of honeycomb, 8g of cimicifugae foetidae, 8g of fructus forsythiae, 8g of pawpaw, 8g of vinegar rhizoma corydalis and 8g of liquorice.
4. A method of preparing a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for use in the treatment of effusion of the joint space, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: baking the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials to prepare a baked material for later use;
s2: crushing the baked dry material to prepare crushed material;
s3: taking the crushed materials according to the dosage, and performing temporary crushing to prepare composite powder;
s4: mixing the compound powder uniformly to obtain paste, and making into ointment until the paste does not flow outwards in palm;
s5: the ointment is sealed and encapsulated on the affected part of the joint.
