Description

Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation patch for preventing and controlling myopia of students and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation patches, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine fumigation patch for preventing and controlling myopia of students and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the incidence of myopia of teenagers in China is increasing day by day, and the main reasons for the phenomenon are as follows:
first, students in middle and primary schools have heavy internal and external burdens. Schools often attach importance to cultural classes, light sight of physical classes, do a big question and sea tactics, arrange a large amount of homework, seriously influence student's sleep time, simultaneously, school's physical classes are marginalized, "one hour of a day physical exercise" hardly ensures. In addition, many parents also put stress on the child, forcing them to increase learning intensity and frequency, rush to various remedial classes, and rarely have the time to relax through outdoor activities.
And secondly, overuse of electronic products. Few teachers write on the blackboard in class, and most of the teachers use electronic products such as tablet computers and projectors directly. The method can naturally reduce the burden of teachers and improve teaching efficiency, but also inevitably brings negative effects. The visual nerves of children and teenagers are not developed completely, and the children and teenagers watch the electronic screen for a long time, so that the eye strength of the children and the teenagers is increased, the blinking frequency is reduced, and the visual deterioration is easily caused. The children can be helped to relax after the children go back to home, but some parents do not have time or do not want to accompany the children to play and play games, and the children are asked to play with a television and a mobile phone, so that the children can be continuously addicted in various electronic products, and particularly frost is added on the snow.
Therefore, a method for preventing and controlling myopia with obvious effect is needed.
