Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sprays, in particular to a spray type dog repellent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As more and more people are raising dogs, the dogs are causing more and more inconvenience or injury to them, for example, the dogs sometimes destroy our furniture or defecate in unfavorable occasions. And the number of wandering dogs in cities is increased, the number of dog biting events of the wandering dogs is increased, and a plurality of dog biting children events can be seen even in news. The best way to prevent such events is to drive them apart when they are not intended to be close.
The existing dog expelling method comprises an ultrasonic dog expelling method and the like. The ultrasonic dog-driving method is a method for driving a dog by using the Doppler effect of ultrasonic waves, and also is a method for driving the dog away by using a substance with a special smell by using the characteristic that the smell of the dog is sensitive. However, the ultrasonic dog-driving machine requires a power supply, an ultrasonic generator and the like, so that the cost is high and the use is not very convenient. The dog repelling spray has the characteristics of simple and convenient use, low cost and the like, and is a promising dog repelling method. At present, the main component of the dog repellent is camphor, which has unique aromatic odor, and dogs are sensitive to the odor and can avoid the odor immediately after smelling the odor. But the camphor itself has relatively great harm to human body and environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a spray type dog repellent which has a good effect of repelling dogs and has little harm to human bodies and environment and a preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
in the present invention, it is necessary to reduce or avoid the use of camphor. The four-position muscone is a by-product in the industrial production of artificial musk, namely 4-methylcyclopentadecanone. It is essentially disposed of as waste, as it is not of much practical value. This brings great environmental protection pressure and environmental protection cost to the manufacturing enterprises. If the environment-friendly plastic can be utilized, the environment-friendly plastic can not only solve the environmental protection problem for enterprises, but also bring certain economic benefits for the enterprises. The quandazidone has certain medicinal effect, basically has no harm to human bodies through research, and has unique smell. Based on the situation, the four-digit muscone and the camphor are combined, and the special smells of the two are utilized to achieve the effect of expelling the dog. The amount of camphor can be reduced to some extent by using the tetra-musk ketone. In addition, the synergic action of the four-position muscone and other auxiliary materials can be utilized to enhance the dog expelling effect and reduce the harm to human bodies and the environment, and the specific scheme is as follows:
a spray type dog repellent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0-10.1 parts of camphor, 2.0-4.1 parts of four-bit muscone, 0-2.3 parts of chili oil, 0-11.3 parts of DMF, 0-9.0 parts of mint oil, 0-3.3 parts of glycerol, 10.0-30.9 parts of ethylene glycol, 0-56.2 parts of ethanol and 0-61.6 parts of isopropanol, wherein the content of the chili oil, the DMF, the mint oil and the glycerol is not 0 at the same time.
Further, the dog repellent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4-6 parts of camphor, 2.0-4.1 parts of four-bit muscone, 2-2.3 parts of chili oil, 0-11.3 parts of DMF, 2-9.0 parts of peppermint oil, 0-3.3 parts of glycerol, 10.0-30.9 parts of ethylene glycol, 0-56.2 parts of ethanol and 0-61.6 parts of isopropanol.
Further, the dog repellent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4.5 parts of camphor, 2.3 parts of four-bit muscone, 2.3 parts of chili oil, 8.0 parts of DMF, 9 parts of peppermint oil, 3.3 parts of glycerol, 11.3 parts of ethylene glycol and 56.2 parts of ethanol.
Further, the dog repellent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6-10.1 parts of camphor, 2.0-4.1 parts of four-bit muscone, 2-2.3 parts of chili oil, 0-11.3 parts of DMF, 1-2.0 parts of peppermint oil, 0-3.3 parts of glycerol, 10.0-30.9 parts of ethylene glycol, 0-56.2 parts of ethanol and 0-61.6 parts of isopropanol.
Further, the dog repellent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10.1 parts of camphor, 2.0 parts of four-bit muscone, 2.0 parts of chili oil, 2.0 parts of peppermint oil, 3.0 parts of glycerol, 30.3 parts of ethylene glycol and 50.5 parts of ethanol.
A method of preparing a spray-type dog repellent as described above, the method comprising the steps of:

Detailed Description
The influence curves of camphor, muscone, capsicol and peppermint oil on dog expelling effect are shown in figures 1-4, wherein the rest is solvent except for effective components.
As can be analyzed from fig. 1, although the increase of the camphor content can improve the dog repelling effect, the increase effect reaches a bottleneck when the content reaches about 10%, and at this time, only 9 levels of dog repelling effect are obtained, and it is known that when the camphor content exceeds 10.1%, a strong uncomfortable feeling is generated to a human body or an animal, and even a small animal is killed, which means that, from the viewpoint of health benefits, if the camphor content is about 10%, the dog repelling effect is at most 9 levels, and if the camphor content is about 5%, the dog repelling effect is at most 7 levels. Similarly, as shown in fig. 2, although the increase of the content of the muscone can improve the dog-driving effect, the increase effect reaches the bottleneck when the content reaches about 8%, at the moment, only 9-grade dog-driving effect is achieved, and more remarkably, the increase of the dog-driving effect is obvious when the content of the muscone is increased from 1% to 2%, so that the content of the muscone is mainly 2.0-4.1%, and is better at 2%, and excessive increase is not needed. Then, as shown in fig. 3-4, with the content of the capsicum oil or the peppermint oil increasing to about 10%, the dog repelling effect can only reach 5 levels, and the improving effect is not obvious.
The invention can reduce the using amount of camphor to a certain extent by using a small amount of four-digit muscone. In addition, the synergistic effect of the four-digit muscone and the capsicum oil or the peppermint oil can be utilized to enhance the dog expelling effect, and the dog expelling effect can be stably improved to 9-10 grade when the mass content of the four-digit muscone is 2.0-4.1% under the condition that the using amount of camphor is not more than 10.1%, and the human body and the environment are not harmed.
