In some embodiments, a heat-resistant component is arranged on the heating component, a heat transfer component is arranged on the refrigerating sheet, the heat-resistant component is located on the circumferential outer side of the heat transfer component, and an elastic insulating component is arranged between the heat-resistant component and the heat transfer component. The container is supported by the heat-resistant component, so that the container can be prevented from being damaged by overhigh temperature of the heating component, and the appearance is attractive; the heat transfer component can realize rapid heat transfer, and improve the refrigeration or heating effect; the elastic insulating piece can enable the heating component and the refrigerating piece to work without influencing each other, and can reduce heat loss.

Specifically, the heating member 2 is used to heat the container, and since the heating member 2 is located on the outer side in the circumferential direction of the cooling fins 3, the heating member 2 is preferably a coil assembly or an annular heating plate, and can be heated by being energized. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the heating member 2 is provided with a heat-resistant member 4, the cooling plate 3 is provided with a heat transfer member 5, the heat-resistant member 4 is located on the circumferential outer side of the heat transfer member 5, and an elastic insulating member 61 is provided between the heat-resistant member 4 and the heat transfer member 5.
When the container is arranged in the placing area 11, the bottom of the container can be tightly attached to the heat-resisting component 4 and the heat transfer component 5, the container can be supported by the heat-resisting component 4, and the container is prevented from being damaged by overhigh heating temperature of the heating component 2; the heat transfer component 5 can transfer the cold generated by the refrigerating surface of the refrigerating sheet 3 to the bottom of the container to realize the rapid refrigeration of the container, thereby improving the refrigerating or heating efficiency. The elastic insulating part 61 ensures that the work of the heating part 2 and the refrigeration sheet 3 does not influence each other, reduces the heat loss during refrigeration or heating and improves the refrigeration or heating effect.

As shown in fig. 2, the housing 13 includes an annular side wall and a top wall opposite to the base 12, in this embodiment, the housing 13 may be an integral structure, and the annular concave table 131 is formed on the top wall of the housing 13; in other embodiments, the housing 13 may also be a split structure, and after the annular concave table 131 is processed on the top wall, the top wall is detachably mounted on the annular side wall, so as to form a housing having an inner cavity, and the split structure facilitates the setting of the annular concave table 131, so as to adapt to containers with different bottom sizes, so that the housing 13 does not need to be integrally replaced, and the processing cost of the housing 13 can be reduced.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the heat transfer member 5 protrudes from the housing 13, and the heat transfer member 5 can be compressed so that the upper end surface of the heat transfer member 5 is flush with the upper end surface of the heat-resistant member 4, so that the heat-resistant member 4 can stably support the bottom of the container when heated by the heating member 2.
Particularly, the upper end of the heat transfer component 5 protrudes out of the shell 13, when the volume of the container is large (larger than the circumferential size of the heat transfer component 5), the heat-resisting component 4 does not interfere with the container, and the container and the refrigerating sheet 3 can be ensured to be in contact refrigeration, namely, the refrigerating sheet 3 can be suitable for containers with different sizes, not only can be suitable for refrigerating cups and the like with small sizes (smaller than or equal to the circumferential size of the heat transfer component 5), but also can be suitable for cooking pots and the like with large sizes.
When the container is a container having a size smaller than or equal to the circumferential size of the heat transfer member 5, such as a refrigerating cup, the container is placed in the placement area 11, and the heat transfer member 5 can also be compressed by the container to be located below the upper end surface of the heat-resistant member 4, so that the container can be protected by the heat-resistant member 4.
In the embodiment, the heat-resistant component 4 is preferably annular heat-resistant glass, so that the container is ensured to be stably placed, and the appearance is attractive; the heat transfer member 5 is preferably a thermally conductive aluminum block to achieve rapid heat transfer; the elastic insulating member 61 is preferably an annular silicone ring; the fixed bolster 7 is preferably the silica gel fixed bolster, through using silica gel circle and silica gel fixed bolster, when guaranteeing to connect reliably, because its high temperature resistant, damage when can reducing the heating, increase of service life.
In another embodiment, the heat-resistant member 4 may be a heat-resistant ceramic or the like, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the cooling and heating device further includes a heat dissipating member disposed in the main body, the heat dissipating member includes a first heat dissipating fin assembly 81, a heat dissipating fan 82 and a wind guiding member 83, the first heat dissipating fin assembly 81 is mounted at the bottom of the cooling fin 3; the air guiding part 83 is provided with an air guiding groove 831, the first heat sink assembly 81 is located at one side of the air guiding groove 831, and the heat dissipating fan 82 is disposed near the air guiding groove 831, so that the air guiding groove 831 can at least guide the air blown out by the heat dissipating fan 82 to the first heat sink assembly 81 and the heating part 2.
The first cooling fin assembly 81 is used for cooling the cooling surface of the cooling fin 3 to reduce the temperature of the cooling surface, and at the moment, the temperature of the cooling surface is correspondingly reduced, so that the cooling surface reaches a lower temperature, and the cooling effect of the cooling surface is improved.
The heat radiation fan 82 can generate wind blowing toward the first heat radiation fin assembly 81 and the heat generating component (e.g., the heating component 2) inside the main body.
In some embodiments, the wind guiding component 83 includes a fixing portion 832 and a wind guiding portion 833 connected to the fixing portion 832, the wind guiding portion 833 is provided with a wind guiding groove 831, the first heat sink assembly 81 is embedded in the fixing portion 832 and located at one side of the wind guiding groove 831, and a first heat dissipation channel formed between adjacent first heat sinks 811 in the first heat sink assembly 81 is opposite to the wind guiding groove 831, so as to achieve rapid heat dissipation.
Further, the air guiding portion 833 is an arc-shaped structure extending vertically and horizontally, and has an arc-shaped air guiding surface, and an arc-shaped air guiding groove 831 is formed in the arc-shaped air guiding surface, so that air blown out by the cooling fan 82 can be blown to the first cooling fin assembly 81 and the heating component 2, and a cooling effect is ensured.
Through the integrally arranged fixing portion 832 and the air guiding portion 833, the air blown out from the heat dissipation fan 832 is ensured to be effectively guided through the air guiding groove 831 while the first heat dissipation sheet assembly 81 is conveniently fixed; and the structure is reasonable and compact.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, a power supply board 91 is further disposed in the main body, the heat dissipation component further includes a second heat dissipation plate assembly 84 disposed on the power supply board 91, the power supply board 91 is disposed near the heat dissipation fan 82, the power supply board 91 is disposed below the first heat dissipation plate assembly 81, the second heat dissipation plate assembly 84 is disposed below the first heat dissipation plate assembly 81, the heat dissipation fan 82 is disposed on one lateral side of the first heat dissipation plate assembly 81 and the second heat dissipation plate assembly 84, and a second heat dissipation channel formed between adjacent second heat dissipation plates 841 in the second heat dissipation plate assembly 84 is in the same direction as the first heat dissipation channel, so that the wind blown by the heat dissipation fan 82 can transversely flow to the first heat dissipation plate assembly 81 and the second heat dissipation plate assembly 84, and the heat dissipation effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the base 12 is provided with a first heat dissipation hole 121, the housing 13 is provided with a second heat dissipation hole 133, the first heat dissipation hole 121 is an air inlet, the second heat dissipation hole 133 is an air outlet, and when the heat dissipation fan 82 works, the cold air in the air can be rapidly introduced into the main body from the first heat dissipation hole 121, and after heat dissipation, the hot air is discharged from the second heat dissipation hole 133, so that the air flows circularly, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.
Preferably, the first heat dissipation hole 121 is disposed at the bottom of the base 12 and close to the heat dissipation fan 82 to increase the air intake rate; the second heat dissipation hole 133 is formed in a sidewall of the housing 21 and is formed to be large so as to discharge air.
In some embodiments, the refrigeration and heating apparatus 10 further includes a temperature sensor 92 disposed near the top of the enclosure 13 to monitor the temperature of the container for improved control accuracy. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the temperature sensor 92 is disposed in the heat transfer member 5, and the heat transfer member 5 can transfer heat to the temperature sensor 92 in time, so as to sensitively sense the temperature at the bottom of the container, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
In particular, the upper end of the heat transfer member 5 protrudes from the housing 13, and the heat transfer member 5 can be compressed by the container, so that when the heating member 2 is operated, the heat transfer member 5 is in contact with the bottom of the container, so that the temperature sensor 92 can accurately sense the temperature of the bottom of the container.
The housing 13 is provided with a control panel 134 for controlling the operation of the cooling and heating device, and the control panel is electrically connected to the heating component 2, the cooling plate 3, the cooling fan 82, the power board 91, the temperature sensor 92 and other electrical components, so as to achieve precise control.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the bottom of the base 12 is provided with a support leg 14 to stably place the cooling and heating device 10, and the support leg 14 is a rubber leg, so that the cooling and heating device can be prevented from being damaged while being stably supported.
On the basis of the technical scheme of the cooling and heating device, the embodiment of the invention further provides a household appliance, which comprises a first container 20, a second container 30 and the cooling and heating device 10, wherein the placement area 11 of the cooling and heating device 10 comprises a first area 111 corresponding to the heating component 2 and a second area 112 corresponding to the cooling fins 3, the first container 20 can be detachably mounted in the first area 111 and the second area 112, and the heating component 2 is used for heating and/or the cooling fins 3 are used for cooling; the second container 30 can be detachably installed to the second area 112 and performs cooling or heating by the cooling fins 3.
The household appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention has strong universality, can meet different use requirements of users, and improves user experience.
The first container 20 can be a cooking pan, rapid heating and cooking can be realized through the heating component 2, rapid refrigeration can be realized through the refrigeration piece 3, so that the temperature of the cooking pan is reduced, the user requirements are met, the heating component 2 and the refrigeration piece 3 are respectively and independently arranged and do not overlap, and the heating component and the refrigeration piece do not interfere with each other when in work; the second container 30 can be a refrigerating cup, and can refrigerate through the refrigerating surface of the refrigerating piece 3, and change the refrigerating surface into a radiating surface for heat preservation through changing the polarity of the refrigerating piece 3. The home appliance may be randomly provided with the first container 20 suitable for a plurality of persons to use and the second container 30 suitable for a single person to use. In addition, the first container 20 and the second container 30 can be made of a household pot, and the use and the cleaning are convenient.

Claims (10)
1. The refrigerating and heating device is used for refrigerating or heating a container placed on the refrigerating and heating device and is characterized by comprising a main body, wherein a placing area for placing the container is arranged at the top of the main body, a heating part and a refrigerating piece are arranged in the main body and correspond to the placing area, the heating part is located on the circumferential outer side of the refrigerating piece, and the heating part and the refrigerating piece can respectively refrigerate or heat the container.

The refrigerating and heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a heat-resistant member is provided on the heating member, a heat transfer member is provided on the cooling fins, the heat-resistant member is located on a circumferential outer side of the heat transfer member, and an elastic insulating member is provided between the heat-resistant member and the heat transfer member.

The refrigeration and heating apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the main body further comprises a base and a housing, the housing is fastened to the base to form an inner cavity of the main body, the top surface of the housing is provided with an annular concave platform, the heat-resistant component is mounted on the annular concave platform, the inner side of the annular concave platform is enclosed to form a through hole communicated with the inner cavity, and the housing is provided with a mounting position corresponding to the inner side of the annular concave platform for mounting the heating component;
the heat transfer component penetrates through the through hole and is arranged in the inner cavity, the elastic insulating piece is fixed on the side wall of the heat transfer component and is connected with the shell through a fixing support so as to fix the heat transfer component, and the refrigeration piece is fixed at the bottom of the heat transfer component.

The refrigerating and heating apparatus as recited in claim 3 wherein said mounting location is provided with a screw post having a screw hole, and said heating element is provided at an outer periphery thereof with a first mounting hole engaged with said screw post, and a first screw is inserted through said first mounting hole and screwed into said screw post to fix said heating element.
5. The refrigerating and heating apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein an upper end of said heat transfer member protrudes from said housing, and said heat transfer member can be compressed to be flush with said heat-resistant member.
6. The refrigeration and heating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said heating member is a coil assembly or an annular heating pan; the refrigeration piece is a semiconductor refrigeration piece, and the polarity of the refrigeration piece can be adjusted, so that the refrigeration surface and the heat dissipation surface of the refrigeration piece are exchanged;
the heat-resisting component is annular heat-resisting glass; the heat transfer component is a heat-conducting aluminum block; the elastic insulating part is an annular silica gel ring; the fixed bolster is the silica gel fixed bolster.

The refrigeration and heating apparatus as recited in claim 2, further comprising a heat dissipating member disposed within said body, said heat dissipating member comprising a first heat sink assembly, a heat dissipating fan and a wind-guiding member, said first heat sink assembly being mounted to the bottom of said refrigeration fins; the air guide part is provided with an air guide groove, the first heat dissipation sheet assembly is positioned on one side of the air guide groove, and the heat dissipation fan is arranged close to the air guide groove, so that the air guide groove can at least guide the air blown out by the heat dissipation fan to the first heat dissipation sheet assembly and the heating part.

The refrigeration and heating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the air guide member includes a fixing portion and an air guide portion connected to the fixing portion, the air guide portion is provided with the air guide groove, the first fin assembly is embedded in the fixing portion and located on the one side of the air guide groove, and a first heat dissipation channel formed between adjacent first fins in the first fin assembly is opposite to the air guide groove.

A cooling and heating apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a power board is further disposed in the main body, the heat dissipation member further comprises a second heat dissipation plate assembly disposed on the power board, the power board is disposed adjacent to the heat dissipation fan, and a second heat dissipation channel formed between adjacent second heat dissipation plates in the second heat dissipation plate assembly is aligned with the first heat dissipation channel.
10. An electric household appliance comprising a first container, a second container and a refrigerating and heating device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the placement area comprising a first zone corresponding to the heating element and a second zone corresponding to the refrigerating sheet, the first container being removably mountable in the first and second zones and being heated by the heating element and/or refrigerated by the refrigerating sheet; the second container can be detachably mounted in the second area, and performs cooling or heating through the cooling sheet.
