Background
The air filter is also called as an air filter, and refers to an air filter device, which is generally used in clean workshops, laboratories and clean rooms, or used for dust prevention of electronic mechanical communication equipment and the like. The filter has the models of a primary filter, a medium-efficiency filter, a high-efficiency filter, a sub-high efficiency filter and the like. The various models have different standards and use efficiencies. In the pneumatic technology, an air filter, a pressure reducing valve and an oil atomizer are called pneumatic three major parts. These three types of air handling components are often assembled together in a sequence for multiple functions, referred to as a pneumatic triplet. Used for purifying and filtering air source, reducing pressure and providing lubrication.
In the process of installing the air filter, the upper part of the air filter is also provided with a shell serving as a covering piece, and the shells need to be processed with more holes in the processing process, so that the shells need to be fixed and then processed by a numerical control machine tool.
Chinese patent (publication number: CN 205685075U) discloses a clamp for processing an engine shell, belongs to the field of clamps, and aims to adjust the height of the clamp. The device is suitable for the field of clamps, but the device is inconvenient for clamping air filters with different sizes, so that the device needs to be improved.

a clamping processing device for an air filter assembly shell comprises a bottom plate, wherein a first fixing plate is arranged on the outer side of the upper surface of the bottom plate, a top plate is arranged on the upper portion of the first fixing plate, the front side and the rear side of the first fixing plate are slidably connected with the middle portion of a guide rod, one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of a second fixing plate, a fixing rod is arranged on one side, close to the bottom plate, of the upper portion of the second fixing plate, a first rotating seat is arranged at the end portion of the fixing rod, the first rotating seat is rotatably connected with the lower portion of the clamping plate, a sliding groove is arranged in the middle portion of the clamping plate, a sliding block is slidably connected in the middle portion of the sliding groove, one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the sliding block is rotatably connected with the upper end of a first supporting rod, the lower, one end of the second supporting rod, which is far away from the main shaft, is rotatably connected with the middle part of the third fixing plate, and two ends of the third fixing plate are fixedly connected with one end of the guide rod, which is close to the main shaft.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the lower end of the main shaft is fixedly connected with the middle part of the push rod.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bottom plate are provided with second rotating seats, the second rotating seats are rotatably connected with air cylinders, and piston rods of the two air cylinders are rotatably connected with two ends of the push rod.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the lower surface of the bottom plate is provided with supporting legs, and the lower ends of the supporting legs are provided with cushion blocks.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, a fourth fixing plate is disposed on a side of an upper portion of the clamping plate away from the top plate, and a spring is disposed between the fourth fixing plate and the slider.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, a reinforcing rib is provided between the lower portion of the fixing rod and the second fixing plate.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the upper part of the rotating disc is provided with a limiting hole, the middle part of the limiting hole is provided with a limiting pin, the middle part of the limiting pin is sleeved with a rotating sleeve, and the middle part of the rotating sleeve is connected with one end, close to the main shaft, of the second supporting rod.

the clamping device is suitable for an air filter assembly shell clamping processing device, the air cylinder is arranged to drive the rotating disc to rotate, so that the eight clamping plates can clamp the air filter assembly shell, an automatic centering effect can be achieved in the clamping process, an operator only needs to place the air filter assembly shell on the top plate when using the device, manual centering is not needed, the clamping difficulty is reduced, the clamping plates of the device can rotate around the fixing rod, the air filter assembly shells with different sizes can be clamped well, the clamping area is large, and clamping is more stable.

In the implementation process of the invention, firstly, when the device is used, an air filter assembly shell needing processing treatment is placed on the top plate 4, at this time, the air cylinder 25 is started, the piston rod of the air cylinder 25 extends out, so that the push rod 24 is pushed to rotate around the main shaft 23, the push rod 24 pushes the main shaft 23 to rotate, so that the main shaft 23 drives the rotating disc 22 to rotate, at this time, the rotating disc 22 pulls the third fixing plate 17 to move towards the main shaft 23 through the second supporting rod 18, namely, the guide rod 5 and the second fixing plate 6 move towards the main shaft 23, at this time, the clamping plate 12 moves towards the direction of the air filter assembly shell, at first, the upper part of the clamping plate 12 contacts with the upper part of the air filter assembly shell, the upper part of the clamping plate 12 pushes the air filter assembly shell to move on the top plate 4, so that the air filter assembly shell moves to the central position of the top plate 4, at, with the continuous rotation of the rotating disc 22, the fixed rod 9 continues to move towards the direction of the air filter assembly shell, so that the clamping plate 12 rotates around the end part of the fixed rod 9, so that the lower part of the clamping plate 12 is attached to the lower part of the air filter assembly shell, the clamping plate 12 is attached to the outer side of the air filter assembly shell, the spring 15 can continuously provide clamping force, the upper side and the lower side of the air filter assembly shell are stably clamped, and the air filter assembly shell can be machined; the clamping device is suitable for an air filter assembly shell clamping processing device, the air cylinder 25 is arranged to drive the rotating disc 22 to rotate, so that the eight clamping plates 12 clamp the air filter assembly shell, an automatic centering effect can be achieved in the clamping process, an operator only needs to place the air filter assembly shell on the top plate 4 when using the device, manual centering is not needed, the clamping difficulty is reduced, the clamping plates 12 of the device can rotate around the fixing rod 9, air filter assembly shells with different sizes can be clamped well, the clamping area is large, and clamping is more stable.
